This Wendy's location gets a zero I don't often go to fast food restaurants. But I have been to this Wendy's three times now for Chili around lunchtime three times they're chilly either wasn't ready or they didn't have any. They have a nonchalant attitude. First of all, the potential high school-aged workers were very nosy and asked my partner and I about our relationship while we waited on a sandwich, which was rather unprofessional. We overheard one of the workers confirming our relationship and then one answered with "really?", which is simply rude. secondly, while taking our order, rather than saying "can you repeat that" or "I'm sorry", the worker kept loudly saying "huh" when they supposedly couldn't hear me or my partner, which felt weird. Lastly, and WORST of all, the spicy chicken sandwich we waited on was completely raw in the middle. Would not recommend coming here, unless you want your chicken to still be clucking. read more

went through the drive thru at about 9am and there wasn't a car in line or a car in the parking lot. Lady looked high and asked me to pull ahead and wait for about 4 minutes. Ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my single sandwich at a "fast food" line with not another customer in a 5 mile radius. Now i understand why. Additional i asked for sauce and that wasn't included as well. The food i got was pretty good so it's a real shame. read more

Everybtime i go to the drive thru at this location somerhing is always left out of my order. I have small children and sometimes I don't want to cook so I order out it is a realky big inconvenience when a family members food is left out. Most the time the food is also cold which lowers the taste quality. I don't recommend this drivevthru to anyone. read more

Food was not correct the first time. Then one of the workers kids came and ran around, jumping,and running around.

my daughter and I ordered 2 large fries and a frosty in the drive through . when they handed us our order they said nothing, handed it out the window and abruptly closed the window. I looked in the bag and the large fries were less than half way filled. I never complain over stuff like this but it was drastic and it was the only thing we ordered. they would not reopen the window so I backed up to where we paid and showed the women the fries and she said she would tell them. I pulled back to the 2nd window and they were nasty and said give us the fries. I handed the bag back and multiple employees stood there laughing and we were waiting forever. I saw one employee handing off a large bag that looked like a grocery bag that was all greasy. they continued laughing then someone came from the back, handed me a bag, shut the window without saying a word. when I checked our fries they were ice cold an nasty. I believe they grabbed old fries from the trash to serve my daughter and I. very disrespectful and could make someone sick. I paid for fries and I was not mean about it. the fact anyone let alone a handful of employees would think it was funny to feed us old fries from the trash because they didn't give us what we paid for and I brought it to their attention is disgusting. read more

It was only a chicken sandwich, but it was delicious. Service was fast and the price was cheap. Definitely will return.

Was given strange looks by the manager for ordering a plain baked potato, apple slices, and a garden salad with no croutons. Guess it's strange to order healthy items. I don't need to feel awkward for making good choices. read more

"Woohoo! As good as it gets!"...Well at least for a Wendy's. Why bother yelping about such a huge chain? This store is THE BEST Wendy's I have ever eaten in. Their food is so carefully crafted that it doesn't even look like fast food. I only order items that are less than $2. I usually order a salad, fries, and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The new fries are great at this Wendy's. They have a little crunch when you bite into them. The hamburger was fit enough to be in one of their commercials. It actually had a ripe tomatoes and fresh-tasting lettuce. The bun was not smashed in any way. The salad was actually really good and was filled with different types of lettuce--non of which were from Iceburg lettuce. I always thought these fast food joints just threw stuff together and handed it to the customer...Not this store. The store itself is really clean and I have found the staff to be very friendly. I thought this was just a fluke, but I have been back 2 other times and have had the same result. Good job Wooster Wendy's, corporate should make you their poster restaurant. read more

I usually have no problem with this place but, tonight was the worst night I've ever been there, first off I ordered 1, 4 for 4 with a Dr. Pepper, the I ordered 1, 2 for 5 with a spicy Chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets with ranch. When I pulled up to the window the man asked me what kind of sauce, I said ranch, he then tells me to pull forward which is okay I understand, then this lady brings out 2 bags and no drinks, I politely say I ordered 2 Dr. Peppers, she goes back in and brings out 2 Dr. Peppers, and very rudely says, "the order only said 1 but here you go." I drove around the corner and look in the bag to notice that I got 2 spicy nuggets and no sandwich, I pull back around and say I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got 2 spicy nuggets instead, she said "okay pull around." I pull to the window and politely say I will give you the nuggets back, she takes the nuggets and brings me the sandwich I say thank you and pull into a parking spot to eat and notice that they didn't even give me the ranch and gave me honey mustard instead, omg you're kidding I said ranch the first time at the box and the guy even asked me what kind of sauce I wanted and he still gave me the wrong sauce like really how do you mix up ranch for honey mustard, I was just very upset with the way they were acting and how much they don't listen, thank you. read more

Went in for a quick lunch today and tried the new Chicken Sandwich. I get back to work to eat my lunch and my bread was burnt. So the sandwich i just paid almost $5.00 for I couldn't even eat!! So i called and asked for a manager and she said they do toast the bread and sometimes they burn it and she was sorry. She asked if i would come back and she would replace it. At this point my lunch is over and i am back at work. So i tell her no i cannot come back today and she offers to mail me a .99 cent coupon for a free frosty for my inconvenience. What a joke!!! The worker named Jewel, messed up our order, along with being very rude. She made rude faces at the stuff in which we ordered. When we back to get our correct order, she said us as customers were wrong. I shall not be returning to the Wendys in wooster again.
