We love eating at panda express. They were able to turn this 2 star review into a 4 star. We ordered our food and they ran out of fried rice and sweat fire chicken. I heard the lady serving us yell to the kitchen that she needed more of both. We were able to get enough rice and orange chicken for the kids. She asked if we were willing to wait since it would be right up. However, the workers in the kitchen didn't listen to her and did not make the rice or sweet fire chicken. She had to say it multiple times as we were sitting with the kids. 18 mins later, after the kids were done eating they finally brought us our food with and extra side of sweetfire for the wife. He apologized and I asked since we had to wait so long can we get some complimentary rangoons. He said yes and brought them out with another apology. I appreciate them realizing they messed up and trying to make it better. We will be back to give them another chance to get 5 stars. read more

Food is okay, service is poor. There was only person serving the dine in and drive thru. The worker largely ignored the dine in group. Additionally the cook was washing the floor using one of the cooking wok's as a mop bucket, which is super gross. He didn't wash his hands after cleaning the floor. read more

Grand Opening Panda Express. We ordered online via the app for pick up later. Pick up went pretty smoothly, parking spots available, drive thru was moving. When we got inside there's plenty of seating if you want to dine in. We were pick up and directed to the screen that lets you know the status of your order. The status changes every 15 seconds, so it's up to date. We received the order 5 minutes after time requested. Our order consisted of 2 plates: Fried Rice, The Original Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Angus Steak, Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, Chicken Egg Roll, Veggie Spring Roll, and Crab Rangoon. The plates were hot and fresh the Egg Roll, Veggie Spring Roll and Crab Rangoon were not. Our favorites were: Black Pepper Angus Steak, Broccoli Beef and the most flavorful Original Orange Chicken. I recently ordered five meals in five different visits within this location's first two weeks of being open. Three times I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast Bowl with half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice as side. This had very good taste, but the first two times I ordered it, the food was nearly tepid or lukewarm. Simply not hot enough. So, it did honestly degrade the taste a bit. Additionally, my first two visits to this location I also ordered a Dr. Pepper from their fountain drink dispenser. Both times the pop was watery and weak. It did not taste like Dr. Pepper. I stopped ordering a drink after the second visit. However, the third time I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast Bowl with Chow Mein and Fried Rice, which was the fifth visit overall, the food was appropriately heated and hot. Very nice. And tasted delicious. One time I ordered the Black Pepper Angus Steak Bowl with half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice. This would have been my third overall visit. The food was very good, but again, was rather tepid and should have been hotter. Another time I ordered a Plate with both String Bean Chicken Breast and Broccoli Beef with half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice as the side (this one was great because it seemed as if I received more noodles and rice than when ordering bowl size). The food was delicious and I could tell the food was a few degrees hotter than the first three visits. An overall improvement. In summary, while the food always tasted good, in both of the two visits I ordered Dr. Pepper, the drink tasted watery and weak. I stopped ordering pop here. At least temporarily. Additionally, the first 3/5 meals were quite tepid in temperature. The fourth meal was at least a bit hotter. And the fifth meal was pleasantly hot and correctly heated. With that being said, a 3.5 rating would probably be appropriate, but I love the convenience and taste, so will round up to a 4 out of 5 star rating with plans on continuing to order meals from here and expecting to update rating to 5 stars in future if all meals are hot like the fifth one, and especially if I ever try their Dr. Pepper again and it tastes good and correct. On a final note, it's quite odd being asked at payment time on each of the five visits if I, a rather average consumer and not an exceedingly wealthy individual, want to donate my personal money to a medical business that earns multi-millions in profits each year. Almost makes me want to remove another star. Extremely weird. Probably inappropriate. But I like the taste and convenience. I'll stick with four stars. And on a final positive note, I don't know if it is new or if I simply never noticed it before at other locations, but I like the rewards program. read more

If 0 stars was an option, that would be what I would rate this. The food was disgusting. Took a bite of the chicken egg roll and spit it out. The grilled chicken didn't even taste like chicken. Rice was bland and dry. Nice look of place, employees were fine. Food was worse than a frozen meal. Will never go to a panda express again, just gross. If you want tasty Chinese food, go to wild ginger or the other little Chinese restaurant by dollar tree. read more

I'm a big fan of Panda Express, I love the food. We stopped for lunch today for the first time at the Wooster location. I was so disappointed in the serving size I received. Apparently it is determined on how much food you receive by who dishes it out. My coworker had twice as much as I did and we both ordered the plate. We have been waiting a year for Panda Express to open here in Wooster. We went there the second day they were open and got the best customer service ever. All the employees were working like a well oiled machine ! whoever trained them, and whoever is the manager of the store should be proud..! The food was great and the portions were huge! Pricing was very good. Also, we ate cheaper going to panda express vs if we would've went to McDonald's and we got higher quality food and much better service! All employees had a smile on their face. You could just watch the littl busy bees in the back pumping out fresh food. They welcomed everybody when they walked through that door and told everybody to have a fabulous day! To the employees of Panda Express , you guys rock!! This is one of our favorite places.
