I tried the ribs that seemed to be reheated and we got the smoked chicken that was pretty good. The grilled potatoes were raw inside and the greens were undercooked and lacked any flavor. Prices were a little high for the quality of the food. Overall the staff were great, the restaurant was nice but the food was not great.

The service was great, very attentive. The mixed cocktails were excellent. When you think golf course, you have to remember this is Akron and this place is on the edge of a neighborhood. It was nice enough for the enjoyable dinner we had for decent prices. Again the service was on point and the cocktails rocked. Bonus for having vegetarian options. I look forward to returning and enjoying the patio that over looks the golf course. They also set up a few weekly events so be prepared to see an artist preform on a random night.

The gentleman explained exactly where to go and event came out of the door to help wave me in. I really appreciated the customer service. I dined on Sunday, February 26th around 12:30 p.m. and my waitress was wonderful. I believe her name started with a K. She was helpful without being overbearing. As a solo diner, she made me feel welcome and at-ease. I got the Combo #4 and added a pound of King Crab legs. I requested garlic butter with medium spice and added an egg. This all came with potatoes and corn and the food came out perfectly cooked and seasoned. I was pleasantly surprised that the egg was not overdone. I was surprised at the volume of crab I received. I got so much crab I was struggling to finish! My husband is sadly allergic to shellfish so when I eat it I am on my own. It was a cold night (20 degrees or so), but I was surprised the restaurant it self was chilly. I'm not usually cold, so it was surprising. Second, I ordered the "Build an Entree" and chose the pork chop and broccolini as my side (it comes with two sides, but I asked for extra broccolini because of my diet). The pork chop comes out covered in this glaze that I find out is a bourbon glaze, but there are onions in it. I cannot eat onions at all (allergy), and nowhere on the menu is it listed that there is a glaze. The broccolini was cooked but was no longer warm. I mentioned these things to our server, and she said that their pork chop has always come with that glaze and it is mentioned on the menu. I asked to see a menu, and the only place the pork chop is mentioned is in this "Build an Entree" section, and no glaze/sauce is listed. The pork also looked slightly undercooked for medium, but maybe that's just me. They cleaned off the glaze and reheated everything, and the food was good. My wife had the salmon and very much enjoyed it. Finally, the check came and everything was priced 4% higher than the menu prices. When I inquired about that, they said it was because of credit card fees, and if we paid in cash, they would remove that fee. I understand the need for credit card fees, but it's not listed anywhere on the menu that they have such a fee, and the fact that it came out with such a fee built in already makes me question whether or not they reduce it unless someone asks specifically. All in all, it just wasn't the quality experience we were hoping for on a date night. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.
