the food isn't the issue here, their salads are some of the best pre-made salads around this area and are always a solid choice, however, the ambiance and service are made practically unbearable by the staff. i will say that the individual workers are not the problem, its specifically the management. Mid afternoon managers seem to be completely unable to treat their staff with any shred of respect and much of the ordering process is made to feel like a school cafeteria with the amount of yelling coming from the person "in charge" and i now understand why i never see the same worker there twice read more

Worst Wendy's ever. Possibly the worst fast food restaurant location ever as well. Sat at the window for 10 minutes after ordering nothing but a 6 piece nugget, without a single person taking my payment, giving me my food, nothing. I literally just drove off. Got the 4 for $4 which is a good deal on a budget! I got the crispy chicken blt, 4 piece chicken nuggets, small fries and a drink. Chicken blt was decent for fast food, nuggets were typical frozen nuggets, fries were luke warm. Service was friendly and quick, dinning area was nice and clean. Hard to rate to low bc price is hard to beat. For a quick cheap meal its hard to beat. read more

We went to order and there was maybe 4 people in front of me and Jose the cashier was very rude and we ordered and got sat down I went up to get ketchup and both of the machines were empty and there were 5 ketchup packets in the bin. I walked up to the counter and politely told Jose that their ketchup machines were empty and he hastily snapped back at me "do we not have any packets?" Was very rude, I replied there are 5 and he said "well here" and threw 3 packets on the counter. Will not be returning here. read more

My family normally enjoys Wendy's but tonight they let us down. We ordered the simple 4 for 4 meals, my daughter asked for no tomato on her burger and they put it on there. She is allergic so it's not as simple as just taking it off. They also gave us no sauces for our nuggets and the frosty's were completely melted, they tasted like chocolate foam instead of ice cream. The only thing good I have to say is at least the fries were hot. read more

Seems to have a bad habit of closing early. I.e marked hours at 11p.m. and it's 10:45. This is not a good thing in my book. Typically I get decient service at this location. The food is good quality and 90% of the time fresh. read more

Today's experience was a positive one. We ordered 3 items from the value menu and everything was correct, including extra ketchup. Service was friendly and prompt today. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for previous dine in experiences. It seems that when dining in, the cashier, more than once, has had difficulty taking and fulfilling orders. I don't know if these cashiers were new and in training or just didn't get it. Orders have been correct though not always prompt when dining in and the ordering process has been more complicated when dining in. read more

Probably one of the worst fast food joints in Joplin. This particular Wendy's gets my order wrong each time I order. Also, the food is never fresh. The tables are never cleaned off. I hope they can soon figure out all these issues. Hopefully it is only temporary flaws that won't last long. I can say the workers are helpful and friendly. read more

I went here on Tuesday 3/31/2020 at about 8:30 pm. I ordered 2 large chili's and a hamburger. When I got the food home and we sat down to eat, we found the chili was so thick that it had the consistency of slow drying cement. Also,the taste was unlike any chili I got there before, really awful. The hamburger was so thin the lettuce was thicker. It was also burnt. I never received this kind of terrible, inedible food from this restaurant and I hope I never do again. read more

I ordered my food no problems there. When I received my food two sandwiches were supposed to be only ketchup so I asked for them remade cuz my kids won't touch them with everything on them. They remade them and handed them to me and I unwrapped them cuz I just watched him put lettuce and everything on them so I opened it and said really that's only ketchup. The manager in kitchen processed to tell me if I wasn't so rude maybe it would already be made. One I was not rude he hadn't seen rude yet. No manager should talk to a customer like he did and the other manager did nothing about whole situation just kept filling bags and ignoring everything. The new girl at counter had no idea what to do. This manager that was in kitchen should not have a job if that's how he wants to talk to his customers with an attitude when I was very calm about the whole situation. Just wish I could have caught his name. Will never return to this Wendy's ever and I come here from Nevada mo at least twice a month sometimes more. read more

This Wendy's is usually good at getting orders correct, but they can't ever seem to get Junior Cheeseburger correct. 95% of the time, they hand out a Junior BACON Cheeseburger, which is not what I want. This happened yesterday, I went back and told them. They gave me a regular, but with stale buns. Probably won't be going back any time soon. read more

None of the Wendy's locations around Webb are very good. But this Wendy's in particular. Food is usually good and fresh. I find that most of the time the soda machines are not functioning. Floors are always extremely slippery, wet, and seem very dangerous. The workers all need to work on their customer service and their attitude. I have had one young man be polite to me and he was skinny with brown hair. All other workers I have come into contact with have been rude and not polite at all. Doesn't seem like they have a good general manager running the store. read more

This used to be the best Wendy's in the area. They have gone downhill in a big way. I wouldn't feed their food to my dog! The service is horrible! This review is not based upon a one time visit. I live very close to the Wendy's and I used to go often. After having 2 terrible experiences I called the store and told them I would web spending my hard earned money at a different burger joint. This Wendy's used to be super fast with decent food. The last two times I have been there the drive thru has been ridiculously slow. Most recently I sat in line for 15 mins for two Ceasar Salads that are already prepared and sitting in a fridge waiting to be handed out. Typical fast food joint as far as atmosphere. I had my order wrong the past 5 visits in a row, and started making money placing bets that my order would be wrong (Thanks guys). A co-worker wanted to try out the baconator fries. Hilariously, he received fries with a couple of sprinkles of bacon. I warned him, but he insisted. Yes, my order was wrong on that trip too. Placed a simple order in the drive through. Summer Strawberry Salad, just the half size. They were out of the regular dressing that accompanies the salad and that was fine the other salad dressing was very good. I asked for two dressing packges. This is the second time I have ordered this salad and asked for two packages and got only one. The package of almonds was also missing from the bag. First thing to learn, check for the two packages before you drive away. Second, I ordered a sour cream and chives potato with cheese added. When I got home there was only a tiny amount of chives and nothing else. It was the smallest potato ever and at most it was luke warm. I was so disappointed. So, I focused on the tiny potato and went to the fridge and got the butter, sour cream, cheese, etc. and started redoing the potato. I stopped and became so angry. If i had wanted to fix my own dinner I had all the ingredients to do so but i had worked all day and just needed a break before I started back on my work. I am not THAT person who sends food back, or complains about meals out, I'm genuinely just happy to not to have to cook and clean up after. But, this was so very wrong and the very clear message was "just throw something in the bag and give it to the person and get them on their way". I called and was SO angry. I described the problem and the young manager was not exactly the most professional manager i have ever spoken to. Strike three. When i do my job every day, I don't have the luxury of being able to "half ass" things. And this was the very definition of that. It doesn't matter what job you do, if you go there and get paid to be there, have some pride in what you do because it is a reflection on you and the company you work for. Yesterday was an epic fail for Wendys. I stopped going to Wendys years ago because the food was notoriously not good. The location is near my residence so i decided a week ago I would give it another chance because no other fast food restaurant has baked potatoes frankly. It was a huge surprise to me at that time that the order, exactly the one from yesterday, was great. Hence the return visit. So, the answer to my complaint was that they would replace the food, and bump my salad up from a 1/2 to a full. I tried to end it on a calmer note but hung up feeling like ... the last thing I am ever going to do is go back and have them fix food for me because I do not trust that the food will come to me in a non molested, edible condition since I complained the first time. So i will never go back there and claim my replacement meal. And I will not get to have that lovely salad again because I am done with Wendys, again. Where does the fault lie? With the corporation, because this is not the only location I have tried. Is it with the Management who doesn't manage and train their people properly, or is it simply the person who filled the order? After making the call and letting myself get SO upset about the bad experience, i was then sick to my stomach and my head was pounding. I hated making that call. I looked at my dinner, salad now in a new bowl, my potato now dressed as i had requested that it be dressed, and just pushed it aside. Someone please see to this particular Wendys location. Tell your employees to please take pride in the work they do because sometimes grabbing something that is quick AND good is the best part of the day. Sad but true. I do not want to see people lose their jobs, only to be encouraged to do it better and for the workers to understand that they offer a valuable service to people on days where for whatever reason, being able to grab something and relax is very important. We took our grandkids for lunch, 11-23-16. Service at the register was poor. We ordered spicy chicken nuggets, we got regular. They had no sweet and sour sauce. We ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato. Didn't get any butter or sour cream, so had to go back to counter and wait to get it. Ketchup dispenser was empty. Ordered chile and got no crackers. Ordered Caesar salad and got a garden salad with no dressing. All this happened with just one order. It was a very unpleasant experience. It happens all the time. Bad, went through the drive thru, i was the only one there, order taker was rude and when I got to the pay window service was slow. The manager came to the window and offered a free drink or Frosty, which was nice. Then they handed me the one I had already paid for and acted like I was nuts to mention the free one. The food was terrible- the French fries were ice cold. The meat on one hamburger was not cooked through. This whole experience is totally unacceptable. read more
