Sandwiches and fries are good too. Just wish they would not use canola oil, but it's fast food. Ambiance is always great too, because they run a tight ship and the place is always clean. They always have someone cleaning and attending to the tables. Thank you ! One little thing ... My change was 39.50. I gave her 50 cents so I can get $40 back and no change. She had to ask manager if it would not mess up the drawer ?!!! If one can't do simple math without a computer maybe one should not be handling money... Boggles my mind as a parent and as an educator. Some of us do make sure students can read, add, subtract, multiply and divide for that matter. When I was hired for a cashier at a very highly busy venue, I had to take a math test and if I couldn't do basic math, I would not have been hired. I think we need to go back to that. If you're going to handle cash, you need to be able to add and subtract basic amounts. What is this world coming to when young people can't do math ??? Sorry not sorry. The other day the same thing happened at a different business... so this is not the only place that has workers who can't add or subtract mentally without being dumbfounded... Parents need to be aware that their children are not learning the basics in school. I'm saying parents because the majority of workers are teens or early 20's Maybe it's time to homeschool or find a better school or some tutoring. My 2 cents...

I arrived with my wife at 1000 (opening time) and ordered two box combos. There were three cars ahead of me and three behind. After ordering we waited for an extended time to the point that the guest in front of me left before getting his order. This leads to the person at the window greeting me with "what did y'all order?" Once we finally received our order it was 10:10. It took ten minutes to order and receive our food. This is the opposite of fast food.

One girl walked past us and into an office but never asked to help us. Stood there waiting for a minute longer and asked the girl at the counter if the deli was open and she said yes. I asked her if she knew who was supposed to be working the deli area and she said she is probably in the office. Went back to the deli and two girls came out of the office and past us to the front counter. One of the girls ( I assume the manager) asked the other if she could make sandwiches but the girl said no. All three seemed stressed and it was apparent that the deli was open but although there were 3 employees there nobody was assigned to or knew how to work the deli area so we left.

We ordered a steak burger bowl, Freddy's Original Double with Bacon, cup of chili, Freddy's tots and fries, and drinks. I had Freddy's Double with Bacon Burger! The hamburger patties were the SMASH burger style. It was cooked with crispy edges. YUMMY!! The tots were crispy outside and soft in the middle. The onion rings were crispy! The salad was good with hamburger on top. I heard the chili was very tasty. The chocolate shake was tasty. I like the seasoning packets. Their variety of sauces were tasty, too. I that their silverware were plastic sealed. Overall, we had a nice visit with tasty food. The restaurant was clean and trash can was not overflowing. Competitive prices. Ample parking. For a fast food restaurant, this was very good.

Note that most of the bad reviews are really old, some aren't even Vaud. Oh well. It seems this…read moreDenny's has been remodeled, it's one of the nicest looking Denny's we've ever eaten in. It's got a great Route 66 decor going on with stylists maps and local photography. It's fun just to look around it. Generally it's pretty quiet, social distancing helps that too. We've been here a dozen times. Bo it's not amazing, it's a Denny's so people that give it one star for being what it is, isn't really fair. The pancakes are always good, better than our local ihop and most coffee shops and diners in the area. Inlets are good and I'd say better than anyone Ele SES in Joplin. Some menu items are hit and miss but they do some things really well. Here's the surprise The menu always HS good Photography, it makes me suspicious of the food because I expect the food that's served to look nothing like that. I mean think about Subway, their ads have giant sandwiches bursting with veggies and meat. But they never look like that in real life. The pictures in the Denny's menu of hamburgers are really well done (my compliments to the food stylists and photographer). But I haven't had a burger in a Denny's in more than 30 years, they just aren't or weren't very good. I was wrong, so are you, if you like a good homemade burger you got to give this Denny's a chance. Check my photo, my burger was huge! More than that it was fresh, good quality meat, well crusted in the outside but juicy and flavorful inside like a good steakhouse burger! The veggies were fresh, cool, crisp and also had flavor. The bun was not a cheap grocery store in either. It was worth eating, I often skim the bun at a lot of places because they are just cardboard or fluffy but tasteless. This was simply a very good burger that I would expect from a good neighborhood bbq or a steakhouse. I was really surprised. My came with seasoned fries which were crisp and fresh but kind of flavored like curly fries which I don't care for but good if you like curly fries. Last we ordered smoothies which was more of a dessert, I had the mango yogurt, my wife had the green one which was mango, spinach, apple, yogurt and I think other stuff. Both were good and we took them home as desserts. Ok let's be clear, it's a Denny's. Starting from that point the service was fair, prompt and our waitress was funny as was the host. It looks better than most small town diners and coffee shops, seats are comfortable and it's clean. It might be the best Denny's we've ever been in. Last, why are my last review from here missing Yelp? My wife and son also gave it good reviews several months ago and they are missing too. Something seems broken at Yelp.
