It has a shelf life of 5-7 days on average. Of course, you want to eat salads, wraps or sandwiches first. Most all dishes come with veggies, often replacing normal pasta with veggie noodles. Dressings are homemade and it's quality ingredients. Many meals start at $5, some a bit less and it gets more.
