We didn't have time to wait for another meal to be made for him, so we got her attention and let her know what had happened. She apologized and took it off the bill. We appreciated that, but we were frustrated because he didn't get to eat an entree. She put the credit card machine down on the table for us to pay. When my husband picked it up to leave the tip, it indicated that the machine had "timed out". We again, got Kimmy's attention and she said that it had already gone through with a tip. My husband explained that he didn't enter a tip and again, she said that was okay because it had already gone through (with the highest tip percentage selected). My husband told her that the experience didn't warrant the highest tip percentage in his opinion, but he was so frustrated that we just got up and left. Very disappointing to say the least.
