This location is Kiosk ordering only. I tried to order a single hamburger with no cheese on the self service computer as I have a dairy allergy. The customization at the kiosk did not allow the deletion. I had to ask staff to assist and after a brief wait at the employee terminal, the deletion was made. Doesn't it seem wrong that customization does not allow this action and that I can't order a plain hamburger and not be forced to pay for cheese? I confirmed from my receipt the store number and time placed. Ok next window, keep going at 3 window we were told sorry that is a 3rd party app. Ok, I asked, can you take or order? Manager Doug said NO you have to pull around because you would be 4 orders behind. I asked how do I get my refund and was told the app is separate. I was waiting at the second window, watching them prepare my order, the young lady taking orders and helping bag the food idk her name but she was short with pink hair and glasses, I got disgusted as I watched her pick her nose. I Thought that was it but she didn't wash her hands ! Then as she was walking over to bag my food I saw her scratching her butt!!!!! This is NOT sanitary at all!!!!! My wife and I went through drive through at midnight ordered a Dave's double and Dave's single burger with lettuce wrap. The burgers were terrible. The burgers were not even warm and had no flavor. They were all going in circles as if they didn't know what to do next. Their only concern was waiting on the drive thru window. The manager was just standing around giving orders and then walking to the back (his office?). I finally asked to speak with the manager because he should have been helping the staff to get orders. After ordering for dine-in we went in at 9:45 and started eating took us 15 min and they didn't care to let us finish our food. they turned the lights off while we were eating and immediately asked us to leave in a mean way because it was "closing time" Their online schedule shows closing time 12:00am. Very nice, new facility, but with poorly implemented dine-in self service stations. Dine-in customers have to use self service touch screens to place orders, which was relatively easy. Not sure if they were short staffed, but the lobby was chaos and we waited at least 10 minutes for our food. The tables and floors were in need of cleaning and it just seemed poorly managed. It was terrible! No one at the front. Three kiosks. People who couldn't figure out how to use them and the chipped cards didn't work. Once I finally got my order in, it took at least 15 minutes to get two burgers and two chili's. The person behind the counter preparing my food was extremely slow. Then she burnt herself on my fries and went in back. She didn't tell anyone and my food just sat there. I felt bad she got burned, because she didn't handle the fries correctly ... but why wouldn't she have told anyone else. I got food poisoning from here while pregnant and when my fiancé called to make them aware, Kenneth told him it couldn't possibly be them and said if I was really that sick he should take me to the ER. Here's the kicker- our fridge had been out of service for over a week, so I had only been eating non perishables until ordering from here, so there was literally nothing else I could have gotten food poisoning from. Also news flash- not everyone can afford ER bills, and as I got sick Friday night a few hours after consuming the food I couldn't get a regular doctors appointment until Monday and by that time I was no longer sick. Kenneth also tried to blame my pregnancy for the fever, chills, PROJECTILE VOMITING, and severe stomach ache and diarrhea I experienced just a few hours after eating the food. I have a 9 month old daughter to care for and my fiancé had to rush home from work because of how sick I was. You would hope that a manager would care enough to be concerned about the state of their restaurant when getting a report of something like this, but instead I was treated with no empathy or kindness and was essentially told I'm wrong, am I really that sick, it's probably because I'm pregnant etc. I worked as a manager at a restaurant when I was a teenager and I would have been incredibly apologetic and concerned to know someone got sick from our food.
