The food was amazing and the prices were very fair, but unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. The woman taking the drive-through orders was extremely rude from the beginning. While I was ordering, she kept rushing me and seemed irritated for no reason. When I got to the window, I asked to add one more item to my order, and that seemed to make her even more upset. She immediately started yelling at the other employees, telling them to hurry up because "this lady needs her food." I had literally only been sitting at the window for maybe one or two minutes, and there was only one car behind me, so I'm not sure why she was acting as if I was causing some huge inconvenience. Her attitude toward me was rude and unnecessary, but what bothered me even more was the way she spoke to the other employees. No employee should have to be yelled at or spoken down to like that, especially in front of customers. I asked for her name, and I believe she said Jesse, Jess, or Jessica. I couldn't hear clearly. She had very short grayish hair. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what the issue was, but there is no excuse for treating customers and coworkers that way. I genuinely love the food here and would absolutely come back because of the food and prices, but management really needs to address the way this employee speaks to people. One person's attitude can completely ruin an otherwise great experience.
