Cusotmer service was fine but when we for home our salad was terrible. See pictures of some of the lettuce pieces. The diced tomatoes were crappy...see pics. There was no bacon bits. *Raw Chicken* 1/17/2022 around 11:30 PM we ordered 2 spicy chickens, 1 burger fries and lemonade, 1 spicy nuggets. However one sandwich, the spicy chicken my wife took two bites of was truly Raw. Not a little pink, but genuinely uncooked even in the slightest. Apparently Wendy's crispy chickens have the batter quickly cooked on at the factory, but do not cook the actual chicken until you order it at the store. Ours was not cooked. At all. Normally I'd let this slide, but my wife is 8 months pregnant, and this exposes our baby to significant risk of listeriosis, meningitis, salmonella. We will be contacting Wendy's, and in the event that we experience harm to our newborn in a few weeks, we will find out from our lawyer what legal action is possible given sufficient means and persistence. read more

Pretty shitty, not my first time here by the way. my boyfriend and i pull up to the drive thru and one dude in front of us is ordering something worth $76. as they put all of their attention on him we have to wait until he drives away until we get to order. we order one large chocolate frosty and one large strawberry frosty. takes them nearly 20 minutes to fill the wrong sized cups after getting the order wrong the first time. then they spend a good 30 minutes figuring out what some guy is trying to order behind us. im in the passenger seat of the car and i can hear the other guy yelling his order from the worker's headset. overall just bad, they're slow no matter the time of day and they do not know how to multitask in order for everyone to get things out quickly and efficiently. read more

Last time, the service was slow in the lobby as they were busy for drive thru but the lobby begin filling up with people so the counter help kept disappearing to work the drive thru. This was a disaster. The wife and I went inside, it was steady not busy. I had to go up to the counter 3 times to get our order corrected, and they still could not do it right. I ordered a triple Peppercorn Mushroom melt and asked that the Onion Rings be placed on the side...should have known trouble was ahead when the clerk said "we don't have onion rings" (they come on two different sandwich offerings!). The next flag came when she said "I'll have to go and explain this to them back there". What restaurant cook has to have the meaning of what "on the side' means? Okay, appreciate the apparent diligence, but it apparently only confused their cook even more, even with the Manager apparently back there "helping". We also ordered another (regular) double Mushroom melt, a Avocado Chicken and a Frosty cookie "Sundae" with chocolate frosty instead of vanilla. Though not busy, it appeared that several tables had not been cleaned off, and we had to do this ourselves for a place to sit. My Triple came with Onion Rings ON the burger. My wife got a SINGLE melt, not a Double, with no onion rings. The "Sundae" had a melted mess of goo of vanilla, not chocolate Frosty as ordered. I took the burgers up to get them corrected. I've never been to a Wendy's or any fast food restaurant that took the food back to the kitchen to "fix it", then hand it back-especially more than once. Back at the table, the "Double" now had Onion Rings, but was still only a Single. Are we building a rocket ship or a burger here? I understand anyone can make a mistake, but this was a comedy of errors that borders on retarded. Of course by this time the food was barely lukewarm, but they served it back anyway-very unprofessional. How many times has this burger been handled? Three times by my count. The Health Dept needs to do an inspection and check for T.B. test certifications for food handlers at this rate. I asked about the melted "goo" Sundae, and the clerk claimed it 'it was ice cream (it is NOT "ice cream" it is non-dairy Frosty! You sell this all day and remain that clueless?) and was "supposed to be that way" (a melted pile of liquid Frosty)'. Well, it tasted like crap, even the nasty "cookie". This is over priced rip-off of poor quality even if served with Frosty that is actually frosty. Dave must be turning in his grave. "Quality is NOT their recipe". I've loved Wendy's in general for the longest time and chose this for my after-movie Birthday lunch to celebrate. Never again. Also, the bathroom was a grungy, dingy, stinky mess, like one would expect at an old school service station or in a turd-world nation. Just a horrid experience in casual fast food "dining" setting. ALL of the Wendy's in Tucson we've visited have been sub standard disappointments. We're a "5-Guys" family, now. At least we get served fresh food and get the quality that we pay for. read more

I came here tonight to do a food delivery. I waited at the order menu for around 5 minutes without them saying anything or helping me and I brushed it off and assumed they were just dealing with a customer. When I ordered everything was fine but they forgot that the sauce the customer ordered I went back to the window to ask for it thinking it would be an easy fix but they looked at me and did not come to the window. I sat there for a couple minutes waiting to be helped before just calling the customer and asking if she would be fine without the sauce because they refused to do their job. This is not indicative of the food quality or staff, which are both good. The only negative as of right now is the speaker being down. Long wait times because of this ( staying in like 30+ minuets when busy ) I am almost positive this affects the workers there as well. I used to manage restaurants prior to Federal service and I claim this is the MOST horribly ran joint that should have its manager fired and relieved. This was the first fast food place I came to after moving down from Chandler. I was so disappointment with the atmosphere. Terrible- there was no one at the counter when we arrived to ask us for our order. We had to wait for a young man to approach us. He was smirking. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Once we placed our order it took a long time for our food to be ready. While waiting for our food a line formed at the cash register. Several people left as it was taking a very long time. There were also several trays of trash/food on tables in the dining area. The chicken sandwich was very dry. Ordered a side salad and it came with cheese / asked for no cheese due to food allergies. (A late evening, with a simple Cheeseburger, Biggie Fries, Biggie Drinks, & Chilli) But over a decade has passed since I have started to visit this Wendy's location again and as we all know things seem to change overtime, correct? WRONG!!! (Well ok, maybe the staff has changed, definatley the wrappers changed, and dear lord the prices have changed for sure, but none of that is important right now!) This Wendy's location feels just like it did back in 2003, But by all means the classic nostalgic atmosphere is not a bad thing, in fact it's a Wonderful once.... OK, twice... fine, a more than once in a lifetime feeling! (friendly employees, friendly environment, heck even the cool sun roof *which seemed to be a 90's fad* and the retro logos are still on this building!) As a child growing up everyone would always say that "Change" is good, but I completely disagree because "Dollars" are way better! (No bulk of change, no heavy pockets, ect.) Anyways as I walked into the restaurant I was immediately acknowledged and the service was rather quickly, Cory already knows me by name from all the times I have recently visited this location, and the restaurant seems to be rather cleanly! The food looks exactly like the advertisements, The environment is classic and the food is prepared so well & fresh it just seems to give me a nostalgic feeling, almost as if it was like Mom's home cooking... (Son of a Baconator! The new logo spells MOM on Wendy's collar!!!) It's all starting to make sense now!!! Anyways with the quality of service this location provides I'm positive Dave Thomas or even Wendy Thomas themselves would be more than proud with the operation of this franchise, Why you may ask?
