We got our food but wow was it a process and then we received an unexpected "show" during it. Stopped in here to get a quick bite to eat and ordered a basic value meal (burger, fries, and chicken nuggets). Something was delayed with the fries and was holding up all of our orders. After we got our orders, which were ultimately correct and hot at least, we ended up having to listen to the day manager (presumably), berate all of the employees that were working about different complaints over the last few weeks. It was really uncomfortable and the manager wasn't letting the employees speak their peace. It definitely could have been something that was handled further back in the kitchen area in a lower tone. Other patrons were in the restaurant and they all looked equally concerned. I felt really bad for the employees because they seemed like they were trying their best. There was a woman in training that took our orders, would not be surprised if she isn't there anymore after witnessing that. read more

- don't go here for your own health Horrible manger, health code violations workers and restaurant based, forgot food, also the food was... not good, some how fucked up fries, and is also close to 'hotels' as well. read more

No one would acknowledge us at counter.. look at us and just kept ignoring us. Walked out Work area was not clean, workers did not appear to have Good hygiene.. sloppy, shabby dressed, big hair.. no hair net. No other customers at counter, 2 cars at drive thru. read more

spent 35$ they forgot half my order, chicken was dry, fries were cold.. the frosty was half melted when they handed it to me, they didn't have any baked potatoes ready. I've called 2 separate times and they will not pick up. at this point they just steal your money DO NOT GIVE WENDYS YOUR MONEY. read more

We stopped around 430 tdy, we went inside and waited for someone to take our order, after observing the employee getting the French fries in Oder he kept wiping his face on his shirt several times like he was sweating real bad , it grossed us out so bad thinking that sweat was dripping onto the fries we walked out!! It was pretty disgusting! read more

We did the drive through for lunch today. Service was fast and overall it was ok fast food. I had the avocado chicken salad. The dressing is Marzetti southwest ranch, a great product! Salad was fresh and good except it came with 3 small undercooked mushy pieces of bacon- yuk. The junior burger, fries and chicken nuggets were for my grandson. Typical mundane fast food, nothing to write home about. read more

Disgusting food. Bad service. Food tasted and looked days old. When you ask for fresh, they give you crap about it. Troy would be better off if they just closed. Both locations in Troy suck. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Rude employees. Especially the dude with the long hair. My grandpa asked how he was doing and he just walked away

Ordered using mobile order, sat and waited watching cars go through the drive thru, called in and person that answered replied with, "there are only 3 of us working, we will get to your order as soon as we can". 35 minutes later my order comes out, I go home and my chicken sandwich does not have the bacon on it. I call back and the manager states, "I know it has 3 pieces of bacon on it because I was training my coworker as she made it"!! My sandwich has some nasty looking cheese sauce that looks like rice is mixed in it! The manager told me, "you can bring it back and we will remake it". WOW...THIS PLACE IS TRASH, I WILL NOT RETURN!! read more

I was literally told not to come back because my large family had a large order. That is fine by me.

Slow food delivery. Very slow. Did I mention this place is slow? There were at least 4 customers waiting for their order. And we didn't get offered our drink cups by the order taker. Oy! read more

Dont stop in here for food. Keep driving on to the next place to eat in the area. Reason being: my husband and I stopped in here on our way to a concert at Hobart Arena. When we first walked in the door, the line was all the way from the register to the door. There had to be at least 12 people in line infront of us. (It was the dinner hour.) It must of taken 10 minutes to finally get to front to give them our order. The gentleman behind the counter had said that he never ran the register before. There was a manager there too, but she was busy filling the orders for the dining room and drive thru. We placed our order and it was filled quickly. However, when my husband opened up his sandwich, it was the same sandwich that I had. (Me #8, he ordered #9). Given that we didnt have much time and the line was still long, he decided to eat it. It was also hard to find a table in the dining room area that had been wiped off from the previous customers. He also went to the restroom while were in line. He noticed that the toilets, the sinks and the floor was not very clean. (We should of walked out the door right then and there.) I dont know if this place is always like this or not. Dont stop here. read more

DON'T EAT HERE! This is a hands down simple review for me. Food is cold with slow service and when asked to get hot food after waiting in line again, you get snapped at with a so much nasty attitude I did not eat my food because I felt they might have did or put something in it. i did measure the temperature ane it was still below Health Departments serving temperatures. DON'T EAT HERE! read more

The slowest Wendy's in the country. The Lincolnsquare diner next door so much better.

Place a has a horrible fly problem. My family and I watched in horror as a fly went into a frosty and they served it out the window. I am not exaggerating when I say that we were being harassed by flies. Food was fine though but it would be so much better if people wore gloves :) The health inspectors would go nuts here. read more

Food is edible. Restaurant is decent, but service is ass. Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to honestly. I downloaded this app just for this Wendy's. I went through the drive thru the first time and they messed my order up, no biggie I went through A second time.. worse then the first. But other then constantly getting poopy incorrect food, everyone there is super nice. Just sucks fat onions sometimes. read more

place is terrible! went through drive thru this morning, there was no line which should have caused concern. ordered a #9 and French toast sticks and an additional bacon breakfast sandwich. repeated my order twice to make sure they got it. got the wrong sandwich and no syrup for French toast. actually sad that someone can't handle a simple order. read more

They get a 2 cause I'm nice. Over the last several months they have gotten my order wrong every time. Seriously. Check your bags before you leave. Tonight I pulled in a few minutes before close and they looked out, saw me, and shut off the lights. Come on Wendy's you can do better than this! read more

Hands down the worse Wendy's I've ever been too, and with 5 little ones I've been to more Wendy's than I'd like to admit. This place is hands down one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Yes, I just repeated that sentence. Trust the other reviews, trust me- keep driving- don't stop here! I'll make this quick. I was stranded in the bathroom without toilet paper. My husband said it looked like someone went #2 all over the men's stall. I tried to order food and the employee was too busy on her cell phone. She eventually looked up at me and said, "Ya??" with an attitude. I said I'd like to order but your obviously busy. All the while she was STILL texting on her phone! I politely said I'd just wait for her to be done, because apparently it was more important than me. She let out a sarcastic sign and said, "well order already then!". I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave right there and then, but I had hungry kids on a cross country trip. I had to go through with the order. I gave her my order and she never made eye contact with me. She got my food and I kid you not threw it across the counter to me. She never handed me my receipt so I retrieved it from the kiosk myself. You can bet your butt I did the survey on back! I doubled checked my order before and you wouldn't believe what I received if I didn't post the pictures for you. My kids chicken and fries were in Frosty cups. Seriously!? This employee was mocking me?? Just trying to be difficult with me?? Not to mention she never gave us any ranch. Thankful I'll never have to see this Wendy's again. Trust me- skip this place! read more

Not a review on food as I was ordering for Door Dash customer. However, during prime lunch rush they had only one cashier. Employees behind the counter taking their sweet time and moseying around, no pep in their step at all. Place is clean and the cashier was friendly. However, if you're in a hurry, don't rely on this Wendy's to get you out the door fast if it's prime eating time.. read more

Don't waste your time coming through here. They wouldn't let me finish my order and when I pulled up, they were rude for no reason. Gave me the wrong drink and when I went back around, they forgot to close the window and continued to talk loudly about us. Food was cold and horrible. Wouldn't even give this one star just don't eat here you'll be better off cooking at home. read more

I don't review anything. I usually dont give a crap but they sucked. They got our orders real wrong and complained when we said something about it. the person who served us was a Karen and was terrible at her job. It has to be BAD before I comment on anything. Just saying. read more

Painfully slow service. Only three people ahead of me in line yet I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. Finally order, and they give me fries that were already boxed when I arrived. Lukewarm at best. Had to go back to the counter to get ketchup packs as their dispenser was on the fritz. The kicker, though, was seeing the manager from the Waffle House across the street (yes, in his WH uniform and wearing his nametag) come in to complain about his order, as they were shorted a large fry. Poor service and dysfunctional staff, but apparently better food than the neighboring Waffle House. read more

Archer Wendy's is a bad place to eat and to go to parking lot dirty with trash and cigarette buts in front of doors every ware and the night crew won't wear gloves whwn making food wont wash hands dont cover mouth or nose when they sneeze or cough i will never eat there or let mt family and friends eat there and the closing manager doesnt tell them to wash up and glove up! And they spend way to much time outside the side door wnd smoke 20 to 30 min.i give this store a below 0 rating! read more

Terrible and slow service. Seems that the employees feel it's more important to be on their cell phone than take care of customers. I only go to this restaurant in an emergency. Wish they would put phones away and do their job, maybe the lines would move quicker. read more

Good food, the restaurant itself looks nice and it is not always busy so you can quickly get through the Drive-Thru

Slowest service ever! Waited 30 min in drive thru and received the wrong order! Manager I spoke to had the worst customer service/ relations. This place need to fire the entire staff and start over. I remember years ago fast food employees were fighting for $15 an hour. You just showed your customers you don't deserve $5 an hour. read more

I wouldn't have given a one star on this place. I only go here if I'm at that end of town, and hungry for Wendy's. Its always a looonnnggg wait. Tonight we waited probably 10 minutes at the speaker to order, cars were lining up behind us and 2 cars in front of me. Finally my son said let's just go to Subway, I pulled away from the speaker and drove off. The service here is awful. If this was a one time thing I would understand but obviously the management doesn't care to much about efficiency and making money, because this is the norm for this Wendy's. read more

Had to wait a very long time for food.... person taking order was not very clean looking and was not very professional. Walked out to car to 3 employees standing by front door smoking, 2 of them cuddling, and conversing with not so nice language. This place is terrible, the order is NEVER right, but worst of all, the drive thru will take you an hour on a good day, my tip to you would to go to the one on the other side of town, because this one sucks, the building is nice but you will stick to the floor and it makes that disgusting sound. Don't come here. read more

I honestly don't understand how this place is even still open. You are destroying your reputation because you are so under staffed. This used to be the best Wendy's in town. Apparently the general manager doesn't care and it's pretty obvious corporate doesn't care. I know how hard it is to get good help now a days but this is just sad. I doubt I'll ever be back to either location. read more

After waiting in the drive through for over 30 mins for my order at 6:05pm on a Sunday. When I inquired about the length of wait to the person at the first window, the manager Angela, inserted herself into the conversation and shouted at me that they were busy. She was incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional. I then decided to cancel my order due to fear the staff would retaliate on my food. I will never eat at this establishment in the future. read more

Stopped by for lunch today and went through the drive through. Got my food (which is EXTREMELY over priced) and got to my destination. When I went to take a drink of my tea, something was preventing the tea from coming up the straw. I investigated and found a plastic bag stuffed in my drink. It looks to be intentional because the bag was ripped open. I called to report this incident and they offered for me to drive back in and have my meal replaced. No thank you. I will not be going back to this Wendy's! read more

Wendy's - A picture of the bag found in my drink - Fast Food Near Me - Troy, Ohio

This Wendy's is the worst! I eat hear around twice a month and they are so slow Sunday's evenings between 6-7. Wait time has taken as long as 15 min and that is in ththe drove Thru with just one car in front of you. At least half the time my spicy chicken sandwich won't even have lettuce on it and most of the time my fries are old. JAmes, who works the drive thru is good though, he is nice but everything else is not good read more

Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I've given this place at least 3 chances to redeem themselves and they just get worse. First bad experience, waited in line for 20 minutes when there was only one other car in the drive thru. When I finally got my food, it was cold. All of it. Like it had been sitting on the counter and they just forgot I was there. Sent a complaint to the manager via email, never heard back. Second time, sat in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes and when I finally get to the window, cold food again. And the drinks weren't even close to what I ordered. And the last time was just this past Friday, sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Literally. 30 minutes. There were two cars in front of me. The first person sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they even said acknowledged they were there. Same thing happened to the guy in front of me. I don't know how long he sat there because I just left. Never will I go there again. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. Hands down read more
