I don't know how they managed to stop this location with so many incompetent people. They must have deliberately not hired competent people. I watch this extremely slow moving young woman take 10 minutes to take two small orders while she wandered around aimlessly in between orders. So many people laughed while waiting in line because this girl was straight up slow. The people around her weren't moving much faster. Don't bother stopping here. Just keep driving down the road. read more

This place has obviously improved since others reviewed it. Our food was good, especially the fresh fries (which was noticed by everybody at the table). My Mediterranean salad was a great healthy option. The service was very friendly (greetings, order was right, we modified it a bit after it was already closed and the guy went to the cook to tell him about the modification). The bathroom was clean although shared with another business. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of salad leaves that could be fresher. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. read more

I went in to get a frosty when I stopped to fill up for gas. The frosty was the same as everywhere, but the service was horrible. When I walked up to the counter to order, I was the only customer there. Several employees were standing in the kitchen chatting. They obviously seen me, but nobody came to take my order. I stood there for a couple of minutes, then all of a sudden this teenage boy walks up and steps in front of me at the counter. It turns out he works there, and stopped in to say hi. A couple of the girls in the kitchen left their little huddle to come talk to him. They were telling Isaac all about how horrible their day was, and how messy the kitchen was. All while nobody has yet to take my order! Now, Isaac decided to get some food, so they went ahead and took his order, even though I was still standing there waiting for them to take mine. Finally somebody took my order. When the frosty was ready, the girl had to walk it around the counter to me, since Isaac was still standing in the way, laughing with a couple of the other girls who worked there. Overall, horrible customer service. read more

Wow after 3 times of getting my order wrong I asked for a refund the Manager Niki refused to refund my money and called the police because I refused to leave with out my refund. Lol needless to say the police got my money back for me! Thank you Trinidad Police Department. read more

When my order was taken wrong, the manager said to the girl working the drive through, " it's fine, just give it to her,no charge ". He then went and got 1/2 of my combo meal. In the bag was a burger. I asked could I please get the fries too? He responded by saying " oh, you wanted the meal? ". I smiled and said yes please. He then slammed the drive through window in my face and yelled, " F you give some people a free f' n sandwich and they want the whole mother f' n store! The profanity was uncalled for. I would gladly have played for my meal. I won't be going back and hope no one else does either. I feel sorry for the poor young girls working there if they have to listen to that kind of language and have a manager who gets so mad that easy. read more

Busy and slow. Outside behind, litter everywhere. Looks like it was last cleaned up when Bush was President. Not sure whether to blame Wendy's or adjoining store where restrooms are located, but very dirty. read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Trinidad, Colorado

Oh Holy Disgusting. Save yourself and make a different choice. Garbage overflowing; unhappy order taking (wiping nose with back of hand); no soap in bathroom dispensers; completely mixed up order. It. Was. Soooooo. Bad. read more

Do not stop here.. worst Wendy's food ever.. please don't get me wrong I love Wendy's .. but the food seriously sucks.. I got burgers they were so small and burnt it reminded me of white Castle sliders not a triple with the works.. I was so disappointed.. I became green on the spot and the 2 states that we near by said they the felt 4.6 on the rector scale.. the hangryman was so mad for the next 5 hours of the trip.. the wife liked her fries read more

This is the worst wendys ever. The employees are horrible. They do not listen. The food was served cold. The drinks came with no ice & were flat. They gave a completely wrong order. Next time I am here in Trinidad I will not be eating here ever again. I would rather die or eat the snow outside then support this establishment & contribute to their paychecks. read more

I am not sure what is worse, the filthy surfaces or the ridiculous amount of flies!! Instead of handing us our cup, the manager who happened to take our order placed it upside down on the dirty counter. Won't be going back!! read more

This was by far the worst Wendy's I've been to. The food wasn't good and the employees were arguing over where to put a salad. Flies EVERYWHERE. Employees had dirty under finger nails. It smelled like ass too. read more

This store is over priced, dirty, extremely rude service and food is horrible for the last 4 times. Drive thru averages 9 minutes. Definitely needs some investigation from corporate. read more

The staff moves sooooo very slow and after waiting almost 20 minutes my order was wrong and all they said was a sarcastic sorry and didn't bother to make it up to us. read more

The food was fine but the ketchup pump was empty so I went to the counter to ask for ketchup. I could see 6 people working. I asked 3 different people for ketchup packets and continuously got ignored. One woman I asked walked by the counter as I asked and told me yes, just a second and went to the friers and opened a bag of fries and poured them into 2 baskets. She then walked to the back and never helped me. A man and his family came in to order food and saw that I was being ignored. He asked if they were closed or what was going on. He too was ignored. A few minutes later someone finally came to the counter to help us. By this time, my food was no longer warm. Ridiculous! read more

The Wendy's here is truly 4 star. Good food, workers kind and respectful, and restraint is clean. I've been here more than half a dozen times and I'll keep going back. read more

I ordered a single, no cheese and a small coke. Got the meal. Gave it back, explained "No fries" requested. Asked for a refund of the difference. Evidently there's only an 18 cent difference between getting or not getting fries. And I evidently paid for the Manager's attitude because she certainly shared it. If ya'll happen to read your reviews, know that when Ms. Fink comes through the drive-through, she expects ya'll to get it right or she will sit there and tie up the line, indefinantly. I'm older than you and I understand "Bitch" so much better. read more

Only two other people in the restaurant. The woman at the counter (dark haired older woman) would not take my order, waited for ten minutes with her telling me she would be with me in a minute. Never got any service, so we walked out. She watched us walk off and never tried to stop us. She stood at the register the almost the entire time, then would walk back and talk to the cooks in the back....guess she didn't want to work. Won't stop there again! read more

Terrible customer service, which is typical of any fast food place in Trinidad. The kids running the place think they are doing you a huge favor by taking your order. Weird hours, they close very early. read more

I wish I'd read the reviews first. This place is awful. I made the mistake of trying it twice, .y fault. The first time through the drive thru I go a baconator with 1 black half piece of bacon and a hockey puck burnt patty, cold fries and the wrong drink. I was already ob the interstate heading south though so oh well. I stopped in Raton to through it out and got so getting else. I was back in town 3 days later and having simply forgotten about the exp I stopped and grabbed some food on the way out of town again. I went inside to order and the cashier was dismissive and just unbelievably rude, I had to wait who I she plugged in the scanner and such before she could even take my order. This made me remember my previous and getting back to my car I at least remembered to look at me order this time. The same burnt half piece of bacon and burnt inedible patty. Not wanting to deal with the same rude staff I contacted the Wendy customer service right from the restauraunt. I was told it would be taken care of and the District manager etc would contact me to "make it right" Immediately. Well I just got off with customer service for the third time in as many weeks and still nothing. Now it's been sent as a "priority" message though ha. This is usually a decent fast food chain, but I certainly won't be returning after the complaint response the company is clearly checked out and heading downhill. I'll spend my money elsewhere read more

It's not true that Wendy's is the same the world over! I have worked at and eaten at Wendy's that were much better! The fries are soggier than at other Wendy's, if you can stand to eat them at all with all the salt. I have ordered them several times and had them inedible over it. It's impossible for them to get a double cheese burger without mayo right for some reason. Every time I order it I have to bring it back because it's a single with mayo. EVERY TIME! If you go between the lunch crowd and the dinner crowd, you will be unhappy with the drive thru service. Sloppy looking food, order rarely as ordered, fries always over salted. The drive thru itself is a complete mess. People don't understand the set up. Frequently there are inside customers parked where they are restricting it's entrance. To say they could do it better is quite an understatement. It's the first restaurant coming into the state from NM, so they know they don't have to do better. It's a disappointment. read more

So many employees for being the only one in line and made to wait 15+ minutes just to get our order wrong! Once inside I had to wait longer for them to only get the order wrong again!!! Come on people if you can't manage a crew that big you should not be managing!!! At least the guy at the window was asking people to hurry up not like it worked though... I heard bad language and excuses from this store and will never step foot in there again! read more

Food was Wendy's quality. Young kid behind the counter was unhappy to be working and the restaurant was a mess. We couldn't even put our trays and trash away because the trash bens were overloaded. As I said good was good but I can only imagine what Wendy's corporate would do had they walked in to see the pigstie read more
