The service was open and very welcoming, enjoyed the joking and conversation coming in ordering. Ambiance and atmosphere was relaxed and homey, all the employees were very friendly and fun to interact with. Food is and always has been absolutely amazing and fresh, every tip counts towards a good meal and time in this place. Food is fine but this is one of the filthiest restaurants I have ever been in. Food and crumbs on every table and all over the floor, soda fountain was a disaster area, trash cans overflowing, restrooms out of order with broken sinks and broken soap dispensers. If you must go here, safer to use the drive thru. read more

If there was a negative star rating, that's what I would give this dirty Ass, Hazmat, Health Safety Dump Hole. The only reason I stopped there was to buy my worker lunch cause that's what he wanted, Not my choice. So we walk I and first thing I see are only occupied 2 tables and rest of the place looked and smelled horribly dirty. We get to the line to order and there's an older couple who looked confused & upset, and were trying to get the attention of someone to come to the register to take their order. Behind them was a young couple on their phones who appeared trying to place their order online since they appeared to be waiting quite a while behind the elderly couple and then us behind them. I tried looking past them and see if anyone was ever coming to take orders, only saw one lady way back on drive thru window, one cook on the line assembling orders wearing only one blue latex glove on one hand the other NO glove cause he had a bandage finger wraps with tons of dirty gauzes. That was 3rd Red Flag, finally I yelled behind the counter for a manager or anyone to come take everyone's orders. The lady from drive-thru yelled back, the manager is the only one taking orders but he's at the men's restroom with a plunger trying to fix an overflowing toilet that was flooding out the restroom door and onto the lobby hallway, 4th red flag. So there I go looking for the manager at the men's restroom but no where to be found, I see a sad looking handwriting paper note on the door saying out of order, so I open the door and peak inside and notice no manager inside. The only things I saw, and still can't get those images out of head, was flooded red looking water all over the floor, clotted blood on the floor next to the toilet, inside the toiled was bloody gauzes floating in a clogged toilet, totally grossed out. Out goes my iPhone & start taking several pictures and one video of the crime scene unsanitary restroom. I go the the front of the counter & yell out to anyone who's listening to tell the manager what I just saw and that I'll be notifying the Health Department. I then tell my worker, we're Out of Here and start walking out the same door we walked in, with the elderly & young couple that were waiting line right behind us. This is not the first time I've heard or read on Facebook of how Bad this location run and is operating either worst employee crew, poor service, and nasty ass food. Never, Ever again will I ever waste my valuable time and even think of stopping by there. How can this place still be opened, the Health Department should have shut this place down several times. BEWARE to Anyone who's thinking of going there, be ready to get grossed out as we were. Nasty, Gross, Not worth it!! read more

Dear Franchise Owner, Please improve your wait time and inventory counts. You have very slow service and you have run out of chicken 50% of the time I've ate here. There are a lot of travelers who stop here because it's Taco Bell and KFC. We don't want to spend an hour in your drive thru when we could be on the road and get to our destination at a decent time. Went there last week at dinner time & they were short handed. Ordered 8 piece chicken original except for the breasts which I wanted crispy. Also ordered 2 taco supremes. Waited over 30 minutes for the order. When it came, I checked the chicken & they had the mix wrong. The girl took it back to fix it but when I got home found that they still didn't get it right. This had to be the worst Taco Bell/KFC I have ever patronized. The register operator was very rude to my wife and I when I asked him for information on meals. He also was very dirty and smelled like he had not taken a bath for weeks (white male with dreadlocks). Once we left with our order we discovered that we did not even get what we had ordered. Wow, beware of this place. A customer in front of us had to go back to the counter to get their order corrected because it was wrong. We got our order and my wife quickly checked hers and they forgot her biscuit, it took about 5 minutes to get the biscuit. We took our 'to go' order and left, and then discovered what my wife originally thought was her mashed potatoes was in fact just a container of gravy! They had missed giving us mashed potatoes! How to lose customers 101: I received some KFC coupons in the local mail, so I took one to the local KFC-you. The clerk would not honor my coupon, but I could purchase the same meal for about twice the cost without it. He said he could not honor my coupon because it was not in the system. Huh? As we began to drive away, I noticed that I hadn't received the meal we paid for. When I went back in, The clerk said the manager said he personally gave me my dinner so she couldn't do anything about it. She turned to walk away. I told her I wasn't leaving without my food. When the manager came to the counter, he insisted that he had given me my food in a clear bag, himself, and had apologized that it had taken so long. Meanwhile, the clerk was complaining to the other customers that I was trying to get my food for free. When the manager showed me where he had put the chicken, he spotted the bag he had forgotten to give me. I hate to say it because I like both KFC and Taco Bell but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Service is always slow and typically bad. I have received my order wrong way more time than right. Many times the food is substandard and attempts to get things made right are usually ignored. I prefer to patronize local places but I won't go here any more. read more
