It's our first time trying Burger King in US and we really enjoyed everything! We tried Burger King several times in Russia, and we didn't like it. So we were thinking if it worth trying it here. Has to be the worst Burger King ever! Where is the king? He would of been dissatisfied! We order the Texas double meat burger. Absolutely awful, warm and NO seasoning! Had to go back in to ask for salt, pepper and ketchup. I was given pepper and no salt! People were not friendly, I had to ask four times before the lady heard me say, is that my order. Okay so this looks really new and nice from the front. Also inside, but parts of it look really ghetto. The drink fountain is SUPER dated and the soda labels are peeling off. The tables are not wiped down and have trash on them. A member of our party got a burger and when she bit into it the burger was frozen. The mac and cheetos were weird and the fries were gross. The staff didn't seem very happy to be there and we couldn't even understand the lady who helped us at the register. If you go there take a fly swatter or bug net with you, the amount of flies in the restaurant is unreal. read more

Knowing that we have a long trip ahead of us, my father and I decided to take a break from our usual road warrior food (courtesy of the clown 'neath the Golden Arches) and patronize its competition here. We left with two large sodas, a double bacon cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, and a large order of onion rings to smite the trail. A note on burger composition: A reasonable person would rightly expect a cheeseburger to contain both a beef patty and a slice of cheese. It seems a reasonable inference that a double cheeseburger would contain double meat and double cheese. Here in our little thought study, we're missing a crucial point though; whoever named the Burger King double cheeseburger wasn't a reasonable person. What these equate to over at Chez Ronald might call "le McDouble". That's right, two patties, but only one piece of cheese. That, on top of wanting me to pay 50% more for the privilege of buying it here. Well, that and a few sesame seeds on the bun. My compatriot said that the bacon (or what passes for it here) was certainly not worth the upcharge for what he had hoped was fatty, porky goodness. A note on onion rings: Our reasonable person from earlier would consider that an onion ring would be exactly that, an onion slice (presumably deep fried) in an ovular format. Well, the King got half of it right, at least. They did come in rings. However, if the food already looks pre-masticated as these "onion rings" did, you shouldn't hold out much hope. I believe I had seven of them, hoping I would get used to them (or at least gain a tolerance). After finishing the seventh one, I concluded that I ate eight too many. The Burger King in Trinidad, Colorado has an excellent staff, they are courteous friendly and helpful. I don't know why people coming off I-25 are so down on the King. They serve the needs of the traveling crowd between NM and Denver. read more

Nothing awful. Burger was decent. And fries were good. Service was fine except there was water all over the floor where you ordered.

This Burger King joint is by far the worst I have ever, EVER been to. Had the Impossible Burger, and it was nothing more than just meh. Ordered large fries, but yet left with about a small to medium amount of fries. Also had mozzarella sticks, and please, BEWARE, they were so crusty and it was extremely obvious that they had recooked these. So so bad. If I could give this zero stars, I would. This is a disgusting place. The trash cans both in and out of the restaurant were overflowing. Tables were not wiped, full of trash and crumbs and women's bathroom was gross - trash again overflowing. No reason, this wasn't a crowded restaurant. Food was fine but got our order wrong. read more

Being a local this is one of the few options in town and let me tell you.... don't go there. They always forget things I order and there is always... ALWAYS a massive wait for any type of service. Don't even think about going to the drive through unless you got 30 extra minutes to wait. Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Update 4/11/17: They messed my order of a triple whopper up and also forgot the onion rings instead of fries. They charged me for the zesty sauce even though one is supposed to come with it. Worst experience ever. I pulled up order and waited and waited no one ever asked anything. So I called the store and no one answered the phone. I pulled up to the window and asked is your drive thru open? Told me yes that she had her head set off. Wtf. I was mad but I still ordered. She got my tea wrong had to make her change it and got our whole order wrong. And this isn't the first time either the food is either wrong or cold or you have to wait forever. Never going back. This was a gross experience. The restaurant was very dirty, my burger was cold (which is just gross), the kids play area literally had dust bunnies and hair and old stuff all underneath the first stair to the play area (which is easily accessible to clean) which goes to show how much they have ever cleaned that area, I had to wipe down the kids' table from old syrup left from the morning and nasty old crumbs! This place is the most unorganized fast food restaurant I have ever visited. The staff was clearly struggling to fill orders, was filling them all out of order. The manager on duty just walked by all of the long waiting customers to her office and did not attempt to help at all. Clearly no leadership here. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese no bun extra pickles and tomatoes and lettuce and I got a piece of chicken with cheese. They even messed up our sauce!!! Waited in line for 20 minutes before we decided to reverse and leave!! Their speaker to order from is broken and they are taking and filling orders from the same window despite having two windows. We waited in line for 20 minutes behind a truck and when he got his food he kept giving it back to them, so we looked this place up on yelp (remember, we had a lot of time to think while we waited). Based on other reviews, they probably got his order wrong!! And one person said they waited 45 minutes, so we reversed all the way out of their drive-thru! Bottom line: do NOT go here. The staff is very nice! Their not rude and the food isn't gross or nasty or it isn't brunt and the bathrooms isn't filthy!! The food is delicious good and bomb!!!!
