Elk sausage, mushrooms, green chile, ooey gooey cheese, and oh my, my tastebuds came alive! The crust had just the right amount of crisp on the bottom, while the sauce had a delicious complimentary exchange with the ingredients. I ate way more than what I'd normally eat for lunch! Then to top that off, I was offered hot honey to finish off the crust that was absolutely fantabulous on it's own. This was the perfect way to complete an amazing pie! It was so good, that we ate the leftovers for dinner, and we were just as pleased, minus the great company that the restaurant offers with their local vibe and interest in your experience. When placing the order we requested blue cheese on the side which they provided but then drowned the salad in caesar dressing. I'm confused why you would put any dressing on a salad that is carry out because obviously by the time you get it it's going to be soggy. When we called to talk to Jennifer (manager) she was rude and appeared agitated that we were not happy with the condition of the salad. She accused us of trying to get free food...I offered to bring the salad back and she said the kitchen was closed so it wouldn't do any good. Jennifer's exact words were "maybe we're not the restaurant for you." I eventually hung up on her due to her rude tone and the fact that I have patients to take care of. Hopefully someone over Jennifer will address this so I don't have to discourage other hospital staff from ordering.
