I thought I'd give Wendy's another try as it's been a bit. I should have kept waiting. This restaurant is off the highway but there are a few turns involved. The dining room is open, and that's a good thing. Once I had a chance to see that there was no queue, I used the Wendy's app to finalize my order. Placed an order through the app for carry-out. We were making a trip back to Jacksonville, and the kiddo needed to use the restroom, plus we needed to eat. Order was placed 15 minutes prior to arrival. The food and drinks were ready when we got there. I'm use to them making the order when we get there. Had I known that. I would have ordered when I go there because the burger, fries and nuggets were basically cold. No point in asking them to remake it. We decided to eat there instead of on the road. The ketchup dispenser did not work so we had to ask for packets. Restroom was mostly clean. I came I. today around 5 pm and ordered an iced coffee. after getting my drink I noticed what was a dead insect of sorts in the lid of my drink, I wouldnt blame the establush ebt if I had grabbed my own lid, however with this coffee the lid came already on it and due to negligence I drank a coffee that had a insect in it and didn't notice till halfway through. When you place an order, you hope something, just something will be good. Well, this place is not the place to go if you want anything to come out right. I have attached a picture of what was suppose to be a Double burger with mayo, catsup, mustard, onions and lettuce. I really and not sure where the catsup and mayo are on the burger, the bacon was just added I guess because they forgot the catsup in mayo. One half of one ring of onion does not really count as onion and I be danged if I would call what they put on this dry sandwich as lettuce. Wendy's is the only fast food place I frequent mainly because of the great point system, but I love coming to this location specifically because the employees are ALWAYS so sweet and never look at me sideway when I show them the app to scan or pay. i do not recommend this store. i bought two chocolate chunk cookies through the drive through window and when I looked in the bag they were both burnt. I took them inside to get my money back and report the burnt cookies the manager just stared at me. I repeated myself in case she didn't hear or understand me. Nope, she just stood there. Then I looked down and saw that every cookie in the case was burnt so I pointed out to her that none of the cookies in the case were decent enough to sell. She just stood there - staring at me with her arms folded. So, I put the burnt cookies on the counter and left. Wendy's on SW Lost River Road, you lost a customer over two burnt cookies worth $2.98, plus you got a bad review, a telephone call to Corporate and someone who will share their experience with neighbors. Time for the manager to go back to Wendy's manager's school. That Wendy's leaves a bad taste in your mouth - like burnt cookies. read more

Guy working was a total asshole. 20 mins before they close they were closed. Could careless it was early. His excessive attitude towards us was blasphemous. Will never go back and will tell anyone and everyone not to support this place because the lazy teen didn't want to do his job and feed a traveling family. Cashier (looked like he may have been the manager) had his young daughter running around where the food was being prepared and we had to repeat our order 3 times because he kept stopping to help her find apps on her phone. If you're looking for great fast food with exceptional customer service, then give this Wendy's a hard pass. My family & I pulled off during a roadtrip to grab a quick bite to eat. The bathrooms appeared to be in a state of disaster, but I saw no caution tape blocking the entrance, which means they were perfectly fine allowing guests to use the facilities in these deplorable conditions. We waited in line, and had the pleasure of meeting Dina at the cashier. Whoa Nelly. Dina, for reasons unbeknownst to me, went past the point of being rude, and seemed outright mad that we, and the other guests, were there. While taking our order, she yelled at a few employees and rolled her eyes a handful of times. Usually Love Wendy's but first time I'm noticing a trend...we had a 20 minute wait just to get a medium frosty. That was all we ordered and once we got to the window, it took four minutes to ring up and get the frosty. People were deserting the drive through line. Just went through the drive thru. It took 3 people to complete my order. Had to repeat to each of them at least 3 times what my order was and what I had not received.
