Have ordered a few times and loved Todays order 10/19 was not up to par. Cheeseburger was lukewarm and fries were cold and soggy!

I came here for 5 guys but sadly there was only one guy in the whole building, two guys if you include me. They should call this place 2 guys, amiright? Anyways I got a grilled cheese burger and when I herd the total I had to call my bank to take out a massive loan but sadly my credit wasn't even high enough to take out the amount of money needed. I ended up bargaining with the other guy behind the counter and he said he would give me a discount if I didn't tell anyone that there was only two guys in the building at the time. Turns out it's against company policy to have less than five guys in the building at a time because it damages the branding or something. I told him your secret is safe with me, but little did he know I had my fingers crossed while they were in my pocket. This place is too expensive the burgers are good but, the fryes are too greasy and if you get them to go they just dump them in the sack.You can have a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for wht you pay for a burger frys and a shake there. read more

Tried to call ahead to place order but was put on hold right away. When I walked in the restaurant 10 minutes later, I showed the employee that I was still on hold. Not very apologetic regarding it and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the food togo and the items weren't very good. Fries were cold. I just got home from five guys & opened my food. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger, the lady asked if i wanted any toppings. I said no just bacon & cheese please. I also got a little fry & drink. I asked for a side of hot sauce as well to go with it. Normally I would give them a 4-5 because their burgers are fantastic and their customer service is usually right on. Their shakes are delicious (try the chocolate malt or double Oreo) and so good. Tonight's order went like this I waited till we got home to check them and one is completely wrong. My wife's burger was correct and perfect. Then they just made another one exactly like hers and just forgot mine all together. It was supposed to be Lil Bac Chee with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mayo, Ketchup, Sautéed onions, and Sautéed mushrooms. So it was missing 90% of what I asked for and we are way east on Becker and they are west on St. lucie so another 20 min drive is not in the cards when they close at 9pm. Just frustrating to order and pay for food for it to be so wrong they just didn't make it. This place used to be really good. I don't know what happened, but quality of burger was terrible. overcooked, mushy tomatoes, and fries were soft, and cold. The food was tasteless. This is the first time I have eaten here in a year, so very surprised at the downturn. Won't be back. Best burgers around by far, I compared every place around DUFFYS, Shindigs, Burger fi wagyu, every fast food restaurant, every family restaurant and five guys kills all of them by a long shot, it's night and day.... the meat is just superior way more tender softer melts in your mouth, also they toppings are the freshest. If you want the best burger around just come here or get it to go or delivered by bite squad. Sorry about my grammar I'm typing with a burger in my hand. This place is the worst as far as customer service goes but I'm sure it's the same at every 5 guys I deliver for door dash and I know they take long so I even sat in my car for 5-10 minutes before going in. When I go in you can see the buns and one for my order was a hot dog so I can pretty much know how long it's going to be. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the meat to be cooked, which I feel at least the Patty's can be cooked a few minutes ahead of time without affecting freshness in the least but that's their policy I guess, anyway after seeing the sandwiches get made, bagged and placed on the upper shelf with others to wait for fries I'm in a total of 18 minutes of wait time (car and store) we are now waiting for fries. Now I know 5 guys puts an extra tray of fries in the bag which is the dumbest practice I've ever seen it isn't impressing anyone as most go in the trash I'm sure if they surveyed they would see no one can finish that amount. Anyway I saw a customer finally get his order and said you forgot my fries..he looked to be a friend as they were joking back and forth she proceeds to fill a brown bag full of fries and he remarks wow that many fries and the female worker smiled and shrugged. I figured surely my order would be next but then she went to the fryer and added 2 baskets of fresh fries...she gave her friend the rest of the fries so I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the fries to be made. We're at about 28 minutes from me receiving the order to getting the bag now and another 3 minutes to get the shake she forgot to make..31 minutes in a fast food restaurant 25 more minutes of travel time and I'm in almost an hour for a $12 order a complete and total waste of my time but it will be the last time this affects me as I will no longer take orders from this place nor will I eat here again...goodbye slow guys read more

Even though the burgers are ALWAYS cooked to well done, my husband loves this place, too. The burgers are cooked fresh and are always juicy. When ordering fries, a small fry is large enough for 2 people to share. The drinks are self serve. Five Guys is way better than your typical fast food burger joint. read more

This is the 5 guys in the store mall by Peacock. Get your food with a large side of attitude! !!! After waiting way too long in line and for the food , girl calls my number ands gives order to me with no shake. Guy who may or may not be the manager ask what the problem is ( already with an attitude) so I say my order isn't complete. I check my order while he's getting the shake and again with attitude "is there a problem?" I say " no, just checking because the last 5 guys got my order wrong" Then he went off . My boyfriend and I came here the other day and spent $25 worth of food and I was NOT impressed at all. I haven't been to five guys in a while since this visit but when I did go they were fairly exceptional but this visit was not. Our burgers were very small, we didn't get many fries which is unheard of and they switched their jalapeños from pickled to fresh which I wasn't happy with. After eating we were both still hungry and told ourselves we would rather go to McDonald's. Realistically hwy55 will definitely be our option from now on. read more
