I tried, in the meantime, to call the store directly to place the order after about 40 minutes of complete online frustration. A young guy answered the phone and I tell him my plight with online and that I wished to place a pickup order..................I was told.......... they have (WAIT FOR IT) NO WAY TO TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE! Seriously???????????????????????????? Has this younger generation just given up..... I wanted to ask if this kid had ever heard of a pen and paper but, thought if he already said there's NO WAY to take an order over the phone, THE POINT WAS MUTE because clearly there was no work ethic or dare I say maybe a little ingenuity that would make this kid want to actually help and/or do his job...... So two questions..... 1) if you can't take orders over the phone ...WHY ARE YOU ANSWERING THE DAMN PHONE???????? 2) IF I HAD WALKED IN OFF THE STREET WOULD YOU HAVE A WAY TO TAKE MY ORDER??????? The taste was ok, but one thing noticeable is the cooked ingredients weren't hot and not really warm but barely Luke warm. I should have returned it but I was kind of in a hurry to get home, so as I type this I'm a little worried if I'll get sick or not. Not the best first impression when a basic order with zero crowds doesn't meet public health standards for temperature. If I don't get sick, maybe I'll try again. To Del Taco management, please use this review for feedback to train staff on proper health standards and be sure cooked items are at the proper temperature.
