Seriously, I PAID for a crispy chicken BLT with EXTRA TOMATOES and PICKLES and what I received was a bun with crispy chicken and a very sad looking piece of lettuce. No bacon, cheese, or extra tomatoes, for my crispy chicken BACON, lettuce, TOMATO, sandwich with CHEESE!!!!!!! Also, the kid's cheeseburger was ordered with extra tomatoes and extra pickles as well, but as you can guess, those too were MIA...oh well...all I can say is that this Wendy's must go bye-bye and a much better food chain or restaurant needs to take over this much inept location!!!!! read more

Picked up two meals today. I went at 11 expecting for everything to be fresh. The food was not good at all, actually it was awful. The burger patties were old, cold and had no flavor. The cheese wasn't melted at all. We got three burgers, all of which had hard bread, like the buns were left out all night. The fries tasted like the frier oil hadn't been changed in forever. I ordered food for the family here and was utterly grossed out by vermin in the burger I was eating. The store manager did nothing to address the concern and simply just offered another sandwich. I subsequently got sick and took 2 weeks to recover. Their customer support teams have been utterly useless so far. read more

In the drive through, the person taking our order thought he was off the mike and said "what the f*ck is going to happen?". I had my wife and three young kids with us. He realized his mistake, apologized quickly, and then I gave our order. They didn't have 3 of the items we ordered. Then we pulled out and found they missed a 4 count nuggets we paid for, and my burger looked like this picture. Literally a burned bun. How does whoever puts that together not see it? So I'm pissed enough, I go in and talk to the manager. He is nodding and smiling like it's nothing when I tell him the whole thing. I told him the problems there are systemic and he should be incredibly unhappy with how he runs his place. He avoided any of the problems, and offered me some feee fries. I said I don't want your fries because you will think these problems aren't real. I then told him about their rating here in yelp. I have to agree with a few other posts: this isn't the best Wendy's. The good? Management. I asked for two small coffees. They gave me two large but only charged me for one. The bad? Well, the bathroom, while clean, was swabbed with a dirty mop. The ugly? One of the workers was openly sneezing on the food before they served it. I tried telling her, "You may not want to sneeze on the food." She replied, "It's okay, I only little sick." The people here are great. The food is exactly the same you'll get at other Wendy's (minus the sneezing). The managers are nice. It's just lacking leadership. read more

Burgers and bacon. A sure path to triggering cravings in my brain. Enter the latest Wendy's TV commercial advertising "The Baconator" burger. Lots of beef - lots of bacon - I have no choice - I have to check this out. I took advantage of this craving on the way home this evening. I was actually craving a burger yesterday/last evening - so it was time to listen to my inner burger demon! This is the first time I've visited this location - for a place that is a "fast-food" restaurant - the service is kind of strange. I say strange because there was one family of four in front of me - two kids - each parent was paired off with a kid and let the kid order and pay. It took five minutes to place and process two orders. And there seemed to be an ongoing dialogue and negotiation taking place in Spanish (for reasons that will remain unknown - c'mon! It's food - place the order and forget reciting the Magna Carta)! I ordered the #4 - Baconator with medium fries and Coca-Cola zero - to eat in. I paid with a credit card. My order was clear and succinct and was processed promptly and my food came up fast. Not sure how they went from that kind of service to the slow-poke service from the order before me. The burger was just okay - not bad - just okay. It needed to be a tad hotter, the bacon needed to be hotter and a tad more crispy. The burger comes with cheese, mayo, ketchup - and no veggies. The quantity of bacon was surprising for a fast food burger - it was more than I was expecting. The fries were very good - hot, lightly salty, and crispy. I could see ordering this again. Hopefully the burger will be a tad hotter next time. Currently this address and other establishments in this retail complex are not properly recognized by Google maps and therefore do not generate a proper map. Horrible very slow drive-through it's almost 30 minutes since I stop waiting in line placing my order and I just got my food....

Service was incredibly slow inside; it took 10 minutes to take my order with staff just standing around. Would not recommend coming to.

The service is pretty standard for a Wendy's, nothing special about it. I have been through this drive thru many times as it is limited in selection right here. The biggest complaint is the diet soda mix. It has never been good. It is almost all water and only enough syrup to give it a light brown hue. It is pretty gross. Someone needs to open a McDonalds here. read more

We come here often. Pre-Covid, when the dining area was still open, one of the Coke Freestyle machines was always down. Then on top of that some drink choices were out of order on the one that was working. There were a few times they forgot something from our order. Other than that our food has always been tasty. The kids love their fries because they actually taste like potatoes. Their words, not mine, lol. Employees are always super friendly and apologetic when something was missing. While the drive thru is only open now, they seem to be handling things well whenever we've gone. We'll be back! read more

This Wendy's is horrible. Plain and simple. I've lived in the area for almost 4 years and for some reason I keep trying to come here. But I won't anymore. Today was the last straw for me. Never once have I been greeted with kindness or manners. It's always "what do you want?" And always just a straight through the price of my food, no complete sentences. I brush that off. Get to the window not greeted, nothing. I get to the second window, only half my order is given to me before they're like "move along" and I ask for sauces and they tell me I didn't order them. To which I was never asked if I wanted any and just rushed through (it doesn't matter whether it's busy or not.) I find that I'm missing something in my order. I go inside and I'm asked "how do we know you aren't lying?" Well geee I wouldn't be in here asking for my cookie if you gave it to me, so there's that... Never once has my order been right. I clearly state what burger I want, and for some reason they give me every burger except the one I want. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Between the rudeness of the employees and the fact that I never get to eat what I want, I've decided that after 4 years of trying, I'm done with this location. I highly recommend you do not go to this one. Unless you're ok with eating an order filled with things you didn't order and what you did order you don't get, along with being greeted by every employee who seems to want to kill themselves more than just wanting to get one order right. read more

I was 4th in line, spent 19 total minutes in the drive thru, including 8 minutes after I was at the second window. The food seems fine (plus one star), but zero sense of urgency in this place. They did have two trash cans in the drive thru lane (plus one star), so I managed to clean every scrap of trash out of my vehicle while waiting, but.... Fast food should be.... fast. read more

Been twice now and had no problems. Fries are good, nuggets tasty, and the frosty is a great finish to the meal. I haven't been to the drive-thru yet so no reviews for them. This is hands down, the WORST spot in Aldie. And the worst Wendy's, or fast food period. They cannot get a single visit without missing something. They miss food I've ordered. They miss straws for the drinks. They ring up stuff wrong. They are simply bad at being a restaurant. It is seriously last on my list of places to eat. Really bad. Had 1 cash register running so it took a long time to even get to order. Finally make it to the front and the cashier goes over to get fries and gets pulled aside by the guy working the drive through. They watch his phone for a little bit and then he finally gets back to taking orders. Both drink machines ran out of Dr. Pepper too. Won't be back any time soon. read more
