I walked in for an interview and the GM wasn't there. I was told she was supposed to be there, and she was clocked in, but wasn't at the location. This is the second time I've had an interview scheduled and been turned away because the GM didn't show up. Aparently, the first time she was on vacation and still decided to schedule the interview. Service: I had to repeat our order; sour cream & chive baked potato and a Spicy Chicken Combo Sanwich meal, Dr. Pepper 3 times to the worker. Then I get to the window and have to repeat it again. Then she said she'd get the Coke! I told her once again it was a Dr. Pepper. Then they put no silverware in for the baked potato. UGH! Once we got to our destination my granddaughter opened her sandwich and there is a light sprinkling of lettuce very little mayo and the last single butt end end of a tomato. Her fries are also old. I went through the drive-thru and ordered several meals that included a total of three fries. When I received my order, I noticed that one fry and sauce were missing, so I drove back around to the window. At the window, I was helped by a young male employee and a female employee with blonde hair. The male employee told me that I needed to check my bag before coming back to say I was missing something and insisted that all 3 fries were in the bag. I explained multiple times that they were not and asked him to please look. He snapped back at me and said that the fry was "at the bottom of the bag, if I would have looked!" Assuming I may have missed it, I left. However, when I got home, I confirmed that there were only 2 fries. What the employees had counted as a third fry was actually the chicken nuggets, which were in the same container as the fries come in from my biggie bag meal. I then called the restaurant to explain the situation since I was more upset at how I was treated then actually missing food. I asked to speak with a manager because I Knew I wouldn't get anywhere with the Blonde Female. I was told there was no manager available. As I tried to calmly explain that what they saw were chicken nuggets, not the 3rd fry, the female employee say yeah ok whatever and hung up on me. I am disappointed not only that my order was incorrect, but also by the poor customer service and dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to resolve a simple issue. The pineapple Frosty was horrible not at all what I expected all the so-called flavoring was at the bottom of the cup . Not to mention on the outside of the cup and sticky ! First off. We were driving home to Wisconsin Stopped for gas and a quick on the go meal. Going down the highway I took a bite of my spicy chicken sandwich. It seemed rubbery. I look and it's PINK. almost every time I come to this location the employees always act as if they couldn't give less of a care about working here and there's usually always something wrong with my order. there doesn't seem to be any accountability at this location. if you order a large fry expect to get a small fry that they've put into a large box most likely to avoid having to make more fries and actually do their job. I have also received a small regular cheeseburger in lieu of a baconator and so on. this place needs to really look into the management of their location. read more

The packaging costs more than the 8 blueberries at the bottom of the cup where you could still see white at the bottom. The Beavis and Butthead "manager" came up and said I'll refund the $2.19. No sorry and thought that was good enough. They would've let me drive off with this product. Fortunately my wife caught as I was waiting for my debit card they forgot to hand back to me. read more

Quick drive through, produced horrible fries, over cooked chicken sandwich but the tenders were tasty. The worst part was the individual working the drive through. Could not understand him through the speaker and when we pulled up.....it was gross. Ate here 2 days in a row. Order taker couldn't remember if the tea out front was was sweet or unsweetened, she was wrong.. Food was good, place was clean. What was awesome was that there is a real sense of community here. Elderly couple there both days, he was obviously struggling today with decisions for wife's future care. Order taker was sensitive to his feelings, so important for these folks who are regular customers! That's customer service, great job. read more

This place has terribly bad servie. I tried to buy dinner at the drive thru at approximately 9:45 p.m. on July 7, 2020. There was 1 car in front of me and no one behind me. I placed my order and was immediately asked to pull ahead into a parking spot to wait for my food. I declined and said that my order ought to be filled in the same order that i gave it. The cashier immediately called the manager over to the window. He is white mail with tattoos on his forearm, deep sunken eyes and thinning blonde hair. He instructed me to pull into a parking spot to wait for my order. Again, I declined. He then told me that his time was more valuable than mine, that it was more important to serve customers who's order was ready than it was to serve me. I then told him to refund my $. Once I received the refund I went to a nearby Beef A Roo and spent $3 less for dinner. I will never go to another Wendy's again because their time is more important than mine! read more

The restaurant was clean and cheerful the food is always very good and fresh but what turned off my friend and I was the two cashiers. Very crabby and very curt. Not pleasant at all. This is the worst fast-food restaurant in the history of restaurants. They often run out of things on their menu: large and medium cups, salad, fries and even once we were there and they were out of MEAT! It makes me feel horrible that I ever even ate at this place but sometimes it is just the closest place and we needed something quick. Also, the service is extremely hit and miss. There is one girl who works the drive-thru who is an absolute unpleasant person. Ugh! Anyway, stay away from this hole. It is just horrible. read more
