Garbage. Always has been. Clearly always will be. The service for lunch at a maximum security prison is probably better than this place. I've been meaning to make a review the past couple years but was being lazy like the employees are. Is it a prerequisite to be inconsiderate and rude to work at this Taco Bell? 98% of the employees treat customers like we're inconveniencing them. Like we're bothering them at work. It's fucking bizarre. I didn't make you work here so why treat me like you're forced to do this? Typically they're outside smoking or just ignoring customers. If it were an option, ZERO STARS. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I get it's fast food but by god. Sat at the drive thru menu for probably 10 minutes with a visible line of sight into the store. No one there. I asked repeatedly if anyone was there, because this is last resort, closest fast food to home. I then see three young twenty aged boys come in from the back with Taco Bell aprons on. One came to take my order finally, when I told him what I wanted, he insisted I have something else. After multiple back and forths understanding what I wanted AND ordered, I proceeded to back out of the drive thru menu and park in a stall to look for other places to eat that were open. Upon that, these three THUGS approached my window, knocking on it asking if I had a problem! Never ever approach someone's window. Ever. I hope these idiots learned their lesson because I'm not so sure the next one will be as nice. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I thought I'd leave one! I'm actually from IL but work in Beloit and go to this Taco Bell frequently but tonight was different. It was around 23:30 (11:30pm) I walk in and there's only 1 worker back there. Seriously only 1 taking orders and making the food all by himself. I couldn't catch his name but he was very nice and welcoming despite him having to make all these things by himself. This lady who usually works the gas station side asked if someone else showed up he said no, and she closed the drive thru. He even said he didn't know how to make some of these things. I felt really bad for the guy and hope he gets through this! but otherwise, everytime I come here the food is great and hot! read more

The workers here are incompetent as hell! Ordered a quesalupa with no tomatoes and no sour cream. Guess what it had on it. Sour cream. And it said on the receipt no sour cream. So obviously they can't read! Then when I brought it back in, they wanna act ignorant about it. Teach your workers how to make the food the right way and there wouldn't be an issue! So at that point, I told em I wanted a full refund on everything! My husband is a truck driver and we have to leave out at 12:30 am to be on the road! We don't have time for ignorance! Found black mold spores on top of the beverage/ice station. It was literally covering the lid they lift up to put the ice in the machine. I took pictures and fully intend on reporting it to the health department even though the manager cleaned it up when i reported it to him. I went to order the number 6 but asked for one steak chalupa and one chicken chalupa and was informed that the total was $8.99 instead of the $7.99 price shown on the menu evidently the manager had forgotten to change it. Then they still gave me 2 chicken chalupas lol. The cleanliness and attention to detail are far below sub par. read more

They were so slow and on top of that they got my order so wrong. I am allergic to dairy. I ordered my taco fresco which means NO DAIRY. I left and opened my taco to find it COVERED in melted cheese that I couldn't remove due to it being melted all over the meat. Please learn the menu. Also they were out of nearly everything. But ya I basically just paid for 2 over priced tacos that I am unable at all to consume. We ordered a large drink and they didnt have lids for the large drink so they gave us a medium and made us pay for the large even though we didnt get a large we also ordered a 6 pack of tacos 3 of them were supposed to be hard shell and three were supposed to be three of them were supposed to be soft and we got 5 hard shell and one soft shell. So not your typical Taco Bell! I don't know what they do at this location to make their food so tasty. It's absolutely delicious and worth the stop if you're driving through the area. I usually stop by between noon and 10pm. You don't have to be a big Taco Bell fan to appreciate the quality of food served here. read more

I ordered 3 grilled tacos with no tomatoes and a large drink at the drive thru, a whole whopping $10.01. After waiting a good ten minutes after placing ny order, I finally made it to the drive thru window and paid for my order. After doing so, I waited another 6 minutes until another employee came to the window to tell me they were all out of steak and offered to make my tacos chicken or beef. I then told her I wasn't interested in either and wanted what I paid for, not to mention there's a price difference between grilled steak tacos and beef or chicken tacos. She then told me she could make me steak tacos but it would be a 20 minute wait. I then told her that i just wanted my money back. She then left and the girl who I paid for my order returned after another 3 minute wait and tells me that she'll get me my steak tacos and a free taco. So after waiting longer I finally get my tacos only to find out that they all had tomatoes and the steak was chewey and tasted like crap. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this place. I love taco bell and have never had such a terrible experience at one like this before. read more
