I make a McDonald's app order, go to pick it up, but the store close half an hour early. 2 other cars also drove to the drive thru to find it closed. I literally went to this McDonald's it was so gross there was fruit flies everywhere the place was a mess. I was going to get breakfast and the lady came out and told me I had to wait 12 minutes it was 10:24 breakfast ends at 10:30 I waited the 12 minutes and then the lady came back out saying that breakfast was over and I couldn't even get my apple pie and she tried to charge me for the apple pie after I got the rest of my food. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service.... the worst customer service I've experienced ever in my life. My most favorite thing at McDonald's is their Mac sauce and when I would order 2 cups of make sauce, they would only put a literal tiny squirt into this already small cup... and now I have to remind THIS MCDONALD'S SPECIFICALLY EVERYTIME to fill the cup to the top otherwise I would like a refund if I'm not getting the portion cup that I paid for... I also work for doordash and today something must have happened where their toilets overflowed and spilled Fecal matter into the rest of the restaurant... This service is so slow, didn't even know what items they have on their menu, got my order wrong. Ordered a McDouble and the bun was burnt on both sides and it was wrapped up horribly. The lady working forgot to make our latte so we sat there for 5 minutes waiting until she finally realized we still needed our drink. There today at 2:30 on November 27, 2018. Used the bathroom and went to wash my hands. The soap dispenser was empty. Their was no bag of soap in it at all. I approached the Manager and asked how the employees were washing their hands with no soap in the bathroom and she said no one had used the bathroom yet??? Went here last night and my friend ordered nuggets and fries and I wanted a McFlurry . The lady over the speaker literally told us that she isn't getting us the McFlurry because they're busy and short staffed. When we pulled up to the window, I saw people making shakes. Worst customer service ever. Alex (currently wearing a Christmas themed Bulls hat) told me I couldn't do 2 orders at a time, even though there were no other cars behind me. Decided to get everything on one bill. Now, I've waited over 20 minutes while "Alex" walks around and smirks at me through the drive-thru window. This McDonald's location saved my son's first birthday party today. We had to move indoors due to bad weather and we were scrambling at the last minute to find a place for 25 people to gather. They reserved half of the restaurant for us and allowed us to basically take over for a couple of hours. We will not forget the incredible service that we experienced here today! Thank you!! read more
