Please train your employees to know the difference between a shake and a smoothie. A smoothie should not have ice cream. They made it wrong twice and after sitting in the drive through waiting area for over 30 minutes I decided to just leave because the food was getting cold. Overall not bad. butter burgers were fresh, hot and good. pretzel bits were enjoyed by my wife. My fries were not hot and definitely not fresh made. People were very friendly and nice and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, I got what I expected except for the fries. read more

First time here and I've gotta say, the food was not that bad and the wait time wasn't as horrible as others have said....considering you're getting your food freshly cooked to order. I like that you can place your number on the driver's side mirror but I wonder how do they pivot when it rains?? I also like that there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and while the sandwich isn't as plump and juicy as other chicken sandwiches I've had, it is tasty and crisp for sure. The chicken is flattened and breaded like a schnitzel, dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickles and I think some kind of sauce on the bun. The bun was soft and buttery and just a really well prepared sandwich. I will more than likely have another one before I leave because there are no Culver's in New Orleans. I'll probably try the grilled chicken next time but I will say, I don't like that the menu has no prices. Other than that, I would recommend. read more

Never have had a complaint about this place! It's one of my go to "fast food" restaurants because I believe there meat is more natural than that of "Chick-Fila" and Mcdonalds ". There burgers are absolutely amazing and there fries are even better especially there chilly cheese fries!! read more

Stopped to try their Reubin sandwich. Could add more meat. Noticed only two slices. If you like sauces, you get it. Toasted bread is good on one side, burnt on the other. read more

You really taste the excellent quality in the food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I alternate what I get when I visit here. Oh, and their Mushroom and Swiss is SO GOOD. It puts others to shame as they seem to be the only ones who do it right. The staff are always cheerful and happy to greet you. Sometimes orders take a while if you are getting custard since it's made in batches. One of the times I was getting a Concrete in-store they saw me waiting a few minutes and made sure I was being helped. And when they bring me my food they do so with a smile. Food was OK. Service was not great, the woman taking our order stood in front of us at the register and spoke to her coworker for a good minute before rudely asking if we knew what we wanted. Food then took at least 10-15 minutes to come out to our table, (that we had to wipe off by the way). All the tables were dirty. All in all this is the worst Culver's I've been to, made McDonald service look great. If you want to go to a restaurant ran by high schoolers, this is the place for you! read more

This Culver's has terrible customer service. We had a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream from the ice hogs game. When we went to redeem she said she could not redeem for 24 hours. The coupon clearly states it's only good for 24 hours. She was getting my upset with me for asking and would not allow us to redeem it. The is the most inconsistent fast food I've ever eaten. Sometimes it's good, but mostly it's disappointing or downright inedible. They use way too much salt on everything. I'll never forget about a year ago, going to the Phelps location and it was closed early due short staffing, to so had to race to the Harrison location. It was a nightmare. They were short staffed and it looked like 14 year olds were behind the counter learning to cook on their first night. We ordered grilled cheese, salads and shrimp and a fish sandwich. They had to recook the entire meal because they screwed it up on the first try. We waited as they assured us they'd get it right the second time. We got home and the salads were covered with what tasted like Lawry's seasoning -- like they went to season the shrimp and missed and it all landed on the salads. The shrimp was burnt and barely edible. The grilled cheese was like wet soggy cardboard with undercooked American cheese. The entire meal was disgusting. Close to $60.00 down the drain and four very unhappy customers. Most of the time the french fries and cheese curds are stone cold. I cannot believe how overpriced this place is and don't get how they're still in business. I'm giving 2 stars because their shakes are okay and their fish is usually edible. read more

Our server / cashier was very kind and got a few laughts out of the family, but he didn't really ask about what we wanted. May sound odd saying that.. Most of us got banana splits and they were pretty sloppy and the ice cream / custard was melted.. I really did need a straw to eat it. My younger brother got a milk shake and the lid they "put" on was not actually on and when the server dropped it off at the table it fell over everywhere.. I went through the drive thru since I was on my way to work. I expect fast service when I go to a fast food restuarant. I did not have a complex meal, and I was in first in line when I arrived. They right away after giving them the money, they took almost 15 minutes for my food to come. If you have a lot of time on your hands, then this place is great, but don't try if you're in a hurry. read more

The Culver's chain is great, but this location is subpar, the employees are rude and uninterested in providing service. Management is just as bad as the employees if not worse. The bathroom never have toilet paper, and the seats are dirty. read more
