Nice touch! Finally, there are less than 10 of these in the world, so each one has a quality feel to it and is uniquely decorated with quality decor. (Regular grilled) chicken & potato burrito was not listed on the menu, and one of the employees overheard and engaged with me about it, as he was surprised since the menu boards were brand new in the past few months. He didn't have to care as he wasn't the one ringing me up, but he seemed to take pride in his work and customers and engaged in this conversation. My food was made, and I was on my way out when this same gentleman/employee cheerfully said goodbye. Looked like he was on his way out too, as he told his coworkers he'd be back at 5:30am the next morning. I don't usually Yelp. But when I have genuinely had a great experience somewhere, I want the people and their managers to know it. This gentleman went above and beyond. Kudos to him.
