The staff seemed fairly nice and helpful, although you could tell they were a little stressed. It took about 25 minutes to get our to-go order ready, which seemed like a pretty long wait given I was one of only two parties there and didn't order much food. To be fair, I was already starving so that made it feel longer. We ordered the tacos Mexican style (comes on a corn tortilla, with onions and cilantro) because a) that sounded delicious and b) I can't eat cheese/dairy and that is what comes on the other option, the American style of taco. It came out to be more expensive than I thought it was so I checked the bill and sure enough, the special tacos were almost double the price of a normal taco, which was not told to me or written down anywhere. And when we finally got the tacos, the Burria tacos were covered in cheese. Now I can't eat any of those plus I paid more than I wanted to for them. I told the lady working at the counter that I didn't want cheese (that's why I ordered them Mexican style) and I thought there might have been a mistake. She told me "sorry that's just the way they're made." All in all the food was very tasty (the two carnitas tacos that I could eat were great and my wife said the special tacos were very tasty although pretty heavy) and I like that it's locally owned and operated, but bummed at the poor communication.

Food is very good, my wife ordered a couple of pork chop tacos (delicious, order with the potatoes…read moreon top), and a steak taco, and they misheard her and made two potato tacos with toppings, so we called the food truck to see if they'd remake and they did. Turns out my wife called the Beloit truck on accident so when I arrived at the Menards Janesville location (5 minutes from our home), they didn't know what I was talking about. But the guys were very cool, very kind and made the two pork chop tacos with potatoes and didn't charge us anything, even though I offered to pay the difference since we only paid for the potato and steak tacos. We've been here many times and it's always good food, and they always give great service.
