I feel so bad that so many Yelpers had a bad experience with this Wendy's. Honestly, I've just been getting lucky at the last few fast food places but it's been consistent luck so I'm not complaining. I ordered on Door Dash and initially it said 58 minutes for delivery. I got the Double Stack Biggie Bag, with regular nuggets, a large fry and a large chocolate shake. They could've fumbled on the whole meal as long as my frosty hadn't defrosted (and it didn't). Every condiment I wanted was in the bag, nothing was missing, the ingredients were fresh and the frosty was nice and thick. I haven't been to Wendy's in years and here's why ever since Dave passed away and his daughter took over things changed and in my opinion, they weren't for the better I always like the square hamburger patties from the original days, but once the daughter took over those patties changed and I don't think there is good not sure if they changed up the type of meat or not, but I specifically went there for that type of hamburger I can get what they're selling now at any hamburger chain. As for ambience, no fast food restaurant has ambience in my opinion and most don't even have any service anymore. You order it at the counter you wait for it. You pick it up you clean your own table you leave So I would suggest perhaps Wendy's brings back the old hamburger at least for a month and see if your sales increases read more

They surely don't know what they r doing. We came in the store around 6 pm and the wait has been more than 20 mins without any reason. The service is slow on purpose and the people who work there just hang out at the table talking to each other. Idk how this business survive but seems like they don't need customer to pay their rent. On 8 Dec we stopped here for breakfast. The manager greeted the regulars, near they got their usual meal quickly and with a smile. We were also greeted warmly by the cashier. The convenience of this location to where I live is the reason for frequent visits. Today the service was quick and friendly! Wendy's salads are made fresh daily, and their chili is great. Its not usual for me to critique fast food restaurants. As a rule, I go by the mantra of "You get what you pay for". Today is a different day. As someone who's worked in the food industry for years, I'm well aware of food photography. I've done photo shoots with some great restaurants. The Big 3 aren't any different. Thy spend a great deal of money on food representation. But as a chef and a foodie, in any restaurant, you want to at least receive some similarity to what's on that menu. It was nice of Yelp to put in the disclaimer about the Covid era we live in now. I assume this is to forgive poor food preparation? I think not. That disclaimer pertains to wait time not quality. It has zero to do with the location of the establishment. As a business owner, I take full responsibility for whatever goes in in my company. Wendy's #00001336 management. First time leaving a review anywhere in my life. Just a waste of money. even the little money that you are spending, you could do better somewhere else. I don't think I have ever gotten a complete and correct order from this Wendy's during the 4 years I have lived here. Stay away and go across the street. The employees (probably half a dozen) seemed to wander aimlessly between drive thru, walking back and forth in the kitchen area, running food back and forth, taking unnecessary steps in doing so, and just being poorly trained. We finally just told them give us whatever you have that's already prepared. Even that took 10 minutes. All in all, about 30 minutes to be served, even though we were third in line to begin with. The heavy set black girl with tightly curled hair ringlets helping Jekhi this evening at 6:50 p.m. played with her hair the whole time she assembled our order. She wore neither gloves nor hairnet. We opted to eat inside. The lobby is old and a bit run down. It was lunch time and the line was long. Surprisingly, it moved fast and we got our food quickly. My mom and I both got the 4 for $4 deal. The food was hot and the fries were seasoned perfectly. We were handed our drinks as soon as we placed the order, however, a young lady came to our table with drinks while we were eating. I enjoy Wendy's, expect at this location. Always long waits, the only thing they're consistent at is getting my order wrong. I went inside to order this time to see if it would be faster than waiting in the drive through but I was wrong. I was the first person in line to order and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me or took my order. My experience was moderate to low being that it's a fast food, dining in by myself. There was no line, so my order came pretty prompt. The staff seem to work together but somehow I just don't feel like it's a clean Wendy's to eat at. It smells like a casino in here. When I say everything was cold and old and hard , I couldn't believe I even spent my money there . they don't even deserve 1 star my drink was even warm !! The service is always rude and annoyed with the presence of anyone and apparently have never had shift change and have to close down the whole store when it happens. I went to this Wendy's for lunch, as luck would have it I got behind a person ordering 7 different orders. This was NOT the problem! Every single time I have been here I get an incomplete order. Something is ALWAYS missing. I went in tonight for a taco salad. It's supposed to have chili which they put in a separate container, I got home and the chili was missing so I pretty much paid for lettuce. To make things worse, I paid for lettuce and a worm.
