" Delicious food & friendly service " The food here is delicious. The vibe is friendly. The price is a deal and sometimes you can save even more with specials . During Halloween they give you free ice cream coupons when you get a kids meals . That is greatly appreciated . My dog and I love ice cream . They have a drive through as well . They have a parking lot so parking should not be that much of an issue. They have seating indoors if you want to eat inside . Enjoy !! read more

They have NO customer service, long lines no matter what time you go, & when you get your food it's not even hot! I try mobile ordering to avoid the wait but even that doesn't work! I ordered at 330 and I didn't get my food in my hands until 415. & when you question them on the delay they act as if you're bothering them. They might as well be the arc because their frosty machine doesn't work 90% of the time and then they'll give you some frosted coffee thing as a replacement without even asking! My partner is a Door Dasher. He relies on completing multiple orders each hour to make a living wage. Usually restaurants will keep their doors open for drivers in the evenings, but not this Wendy's! They told every delivery driver that they would need to wait in the drive thru lane, which is currently more than 20 cars long. Thanks to this, my partner will be late to deliver someone's meal. He can't afford to wait in lines this long when the compensation for fast food delivery is already so low. Some delivery drivers tried to talk to the Wendy's staff. We tried to call in a couple times, but they hung up the phone as soon as it started to ring. The response was the same: they don't give a fuck! Is there a manager at this place? A franchise owner? I noticed him in the back joking around with other employees until he notices me sitting there for several minutes and come to find out he doesn't really speak English so that was a struggle. I had to write a review mainly to question why the wait is alwaaaaayyyysss sooooo long in the drive thru? I have no clue if the people at this location read these reviews but the wait is truly ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of having a drive thru. It also blows my mind that there's only 1 window (when there's two) the ONE guy is taking orders, pouring drinks, giving out food, taking the payment for the food...like come on! Y'all really don't see the benefit of having more staff to handle at least the payment/food orders in one window and staff in the next window giving the food out? The two windows are there for a purpose! The food is always hot and probably made to order which is a smart idea because I rather not wait for 45 minutes for cold food.
