Went to Wendy's on 1st Ave & Locust, Thursday, 1-23-2025, ordered a chicken wrap with a coke. Ate the whole thing, went home and got food poisoning. Thru up all night. got a fever and had to call mom to help me. Mom Called to let them know. They hung up on her 10 times. Mom drove to Wendy's and spoke to Jesula who first claimed she was manager then said no manager there. laughed at the complaint and kept serving customers. I've never had a problem with this Wendy's up until yesterday. I ordered a 4 for 4 meal including a double cheeseburger for my 9 year old niece. We get home & after a few bites she tells me the burger is pink. I take a look. The burger was completely raw in the middle! How does this happen??? I think this might be the world's most inefficient Wendy's. Everytime I go here I wait what seems lik an eternity. The food is the same as it is in every Wendy's, but there are consistently missing items, and loooong lines at the drive through for no apparent reason. The service is extremely slow. Awful attitude from employees (especially the girl who worked the drive up on 9/24/17 at 5:15pm). I ordered my food twice because she said that she didn't understand my order. I proceeded to pay at the first window and the guy was friendly. I went to the second window to pick up my food and the girl gave me nasty looks. She didn't greet me or said anything to me. She gave me my drink and food while looking at me. I looked in the bag and realized that she didn't give me my second chicken nugget. I waited for a minute before she came back and when I told her, she just looked at me. I asked her if she had a problem with me but the responded by using profanity.
