Pretty standard Taco Bell. The drive-thru lines are always long but it goes by fast. I haven't had any issues at this location.

I recently went to this taco bell for lunch through the drive through. I tried ordering 2 crunch wrap combos with one that doesnt have lettuce or tomatoes. Once we got to the window she accused me of only ordering one combo and just a single crunch wrap without lettuce and tomatoes. She then started to give me attitude so i ended up leaving with a bad experience. I will never come back here because the employees are very disrespectful and have no sense of customer service. read more

So many bad reviews and nasty comments about people and a notice of lack of respect to hard working people. Today is the second time we have stopped because there was some kind of parade in St George Ave. The woman who helped us was Carmita Pierre and when my sister asked for her name she thought she was in trouble she called her Manager Dilsham Giana. These two people could not have been more professional and courteous. Add surprised when my sister said you all work so well together no lines. Orders brought out quickly and each time correctly done. Let's face it, Taco Hel...excuse me, Taco Bell hits the spot every now and then. I've been to this branch a few times (always late at night) and fortunately haven't received a wrong order. The only items I order here are the promo $5 boxes or the Cravings Deal. When it's late at night and cannot care less what you end up eating, they hit the spot. They're cheap, come with 3 or 4 items (depending on which one you get), and they fill you up. It takes awhile to get your order because there's almost always a long queue at the drive-thru and inside. There's one cashier (skinny guy) who's easily distracted. A group of teenagers were screwing around with him one night I was here and he couldn't focus; he started handing out wrong orders to different people and made the wait even longer. That same cashier is also stingy as hell with the Diablo Sauce, which is kept behind the counter for some reason. read more

If you are coming to this Taco Bell you better make sure you have at least 30 min to spare. I have spent as long as 45 min in the drive through line (only location anywhere near me; I regret it EVERY time). And, this is with no more than 5 cars ahead of me. The food is nauseating. If you thought Taco Bell messed your stomach up before, then you should stay far away from this location... it will be much worst than any other Taco Bell experience you have ever had. The service is NON existent. Everyone that uses this location has the same complaints. We thought it would get better after the renovations but that was clearly onlya cosmetic change. read more

The drive thru customer service used to be on point when it was this young Spanish guy. He was a people person. Polite, had manners, great customer service skills. He made me want to go there. But now....a very unprofessional girl taking orders. Telling me I have an attitude because I told her that I wasn't finished with my order when she told me to drive up to the window. No customer service skills at all! She needs to take some pointers from the other guy. Her job should not be dealing with the public. I didn't even order because of her unprofessionalism. I tried to call to speak to the manager about her and every time I called, they would pick up and hang up. Corporate needs to clean up shop over there. read more

The only reason I came here was because it was closer to my boyfriends house. But boy was I mistaken. I should have travelled the extra mile to go to the one in hillside where they would take my order accurately. This location has recently been remodeled but the food is 0 quality. For example last night I purchased a 2xl stuffed burrito with steak. Guess what? No steak, one huge glop of avocado and just a waste of my money. Sadly I bought this for my lunch today and boy what a glaring disappointment. If you pay for steak you should get steak. Smh! I've been to plenty of Taco Bells but this takes the cake of the worst one I've ever been to, last night we walked and was already warned it is going to take forever to get your food (FAST FOOD), we still ordered, one of the workers there I guess was overwhelmed with the orders he was showing his frustration, he was messing up food, dropping food on the floor, getting orders wrong, talking back to customers complaining about the wrong orders they received, i don't know why they just didn't send him home, after about 20mins of watching him I decided I didn't want him making my food I canceled my order left and went to get something else to eat, will not attempt to eat here again. read more

We were only inspired to write this review because of the manager, Kimberly. The Uber eats order under Elida was packed missing 2 items. We have tried to call other restaurants in these situations and particularly with fast food restaurants, we never get a helpful response. However, in this case we felt Kimberly was not only polite and receptive but she went above and beyond to make sure we got the missing items and she made sure that in the end we were satisfied despite the inconvenience. She even saved our number and called us back to follow up. We didn't even mind having to put in a second Uber eats order just because she put us at ease. This girl needs a promotion or a raise ASAP. read more

Maria the Manager was extremely rude. I asked for my side of sour cream and she rudely replied well it's on the quesadilla. I said well I didn't ask for it on the quesadilla she said well you have to pay 25 cents. I said I did and I asked for it on the side. I've never had it on my quesadilla. She said well we can't make it over that's how you ordered it. Do you have your receipt I said yes I absolutely do. Then all of a sudden her attitude changed. Great service!!! Didn't matter it was late. My order was right and very friendly. I recommend this location.

For now, i have not had one bad experience with this place and boy do i love my taco bell. The staff here is very friendly to me and even when they are rushing and forget something *usually small* (happens to the best of us sometimes especially during rush hour) they are very kind about it and apologize and do not show any annoyance like some other places do. This location is horrible. They leave items out of your order in drive thru, they don't answer the phone when you call. Then when you go back and say something the manager lady, Patrice, is so ignorant and oblivious, I have no idea how she is a manager her cashiers are more competent than her. This place is very hit or miss. The food is decent if made correctly. The service can be alittle slow and the manager and staff can be alittle rude and cold but it's decent. The decor also hasn't changed since this place opened like all the other taco bells. They can mess up substitutions sometimes so I always have to check the food before I leave. read more

I came to this place quite a few times during the spring when I didn't have my car for breakfast and it only let me down once because it opened late and I walked away. This is a Taco Bell, you're happy Walking in and happier when you leave. I wasn't bothered by anyone when I sat down for 30-40 minutes waiting for my bus with my breakfast bowls watching Netflix.
