Let's face it, Taco Hel...excuse me, Taco Bell hits the spot every now and then. I've been to this branch a few times (always late at night) and fortunately haven't received a wrong order. The only items I order here are the promo $5 boxes or the Cravings Deal. When it's late at night and cannot care less what you end up eating, they hit the spot. They're cheap, come with 3 or 4 items (depending on which one you get), and they fill you up. It takes awhile to get your order because there's almost always a long queue at the drive-thru and inside. There's one cashier (skinny guy) who's easily distracted. A group of teenagers were screwing around with him one night I was here and he couldn't focus; he started handing out wrong orders to different people and made the wait even longer. That same cashier is also stingy as hell with the Diablo Sauce, which is kept behind the counter for some reason. read more

Food is good and fresh but they forget to send your drinks sometime. So delivery is not so good

worst service i have ever seen! the manager clearly needs better help. the workers have no idea what is going on and clearly don't belong in food service read more

Taco Bell - This should tell it all - Fast Food Near Me - Roselle, New Jersey

Pretty standard Taco Bell. The drive-thru lines are always long but it goes by fast. I haven't had any issues at this location.

I recently went to this taco bell for lunch through the drive through. I tried ordering 2 crunch wrap combos with one that doesnt have lettuce or tomatoes. Once we got to the window she accused me of only ordering one combo and just a single crunch wrap without lettuce and tomatoes. She then started to give me attitude so i ended up leaving with a bad experience. I will never come back here because the employees are very disrespectful and have no sense of customer service. read more

So many bad reviews and nasty comments about people and a notice of lack of respect to hard working people. Today is the second time we have stopped because there was some kind of parade in St George Ave. The woman who helped us was Carmita Pierre and when my sister asked for her name she thought she was in trouble she called her Manager Dilsham Giana. These two people could not have been more professional and courteous. Add surprised when my sister said you all work so well together no lines. Orders brought out quickly and each time correctly done. We all been through a tough year let's all try to a kind an courteous. if you are treated rudely go inside and calmly talk to a manager Make Linden business work. read more

taco ! Half my order wasn't in the bag. The food was just thrown in the bag Half of it was out of the wrapping... just ridiculous and poor quality. Tried to call the restaurant several times NO ANSWER. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO PUT HALF THE ORDER IN THE BAG read more

If you are coming to this Taco Bell you better make sure you have at least 30 min to spare. I have spent as long as 45 min in the drive through line (only location anywhere near me; I regret it EVERY time). And, this is with no more than 5 cars ahead of me. The food is nauseating. If you thought Taco Bell messed your stomach up before, then you should stay far away from this location... it will be much worst than any other Taco Bell experience you have ever had. The service is NON existent. Everyone that uses this location has the same complaints. We thought it would get better after the renovations but that was clearly onlya cosmetic change. read more

Taco Bell - Crunchy Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Roselle, New Jersey

The drive thru customer service used to be on point when it was this young Spanish guy. He was a people person. Polite, had manners, great customer service skills. He made me want to go there. But now....a very unprofessional girl taking orders. Telling me I have an attitude because I told her that I wasn't finished with my order when she told me to drive up to the window. No customer service skills at all! She needs to take some pointers from the other guy. Her job should not be dealing with the public. I didn't even order because of her unprofessionalism. I tried to call to speak to the manager about her and every time I called, they would pick up and hang up. Corporate needs to clean up shop over there. read more

Well well what a disappointment!! I was looking for some place to eat and passed by this Taco Bell decided to stop and eat inside, first of all the decor is old and our dated that staff is rude and lack customer service skill the girl taking my order was extremely rude and not friendly at all, the food was cold and barely put together, very disappointed after not haven't eaten Taco Bell for so long, Would not recommend this spot to no one They need to do a better job hiring!! read more

The only reason I came here was because it was closer to my boyfriends house. But boy was I mistaken. I should have travelled the extra mile to go to the one in hillside where they would take my order accurately. I ordered a double chalupa and I received a regular chalupa and might I add that it was even filled as much as it was advertised for. Truly disappointed. Won't be returning. read more

Roselle, NJ This was a memorable random Taco Bell for me. My fiancé and I then spent my last dime. Oh does the food taste so good when you are spending your last dime. To old memories and to the last dime. May you never reach this point too often in life. But at least you can sit back and smile because of it. Not Mexican food person at all- but it sure heck tasted good that afternoon! read more

Awful. I was the only one in the drive thru and good still took over 15 minutes. When I opened it it was all slop and nothing tasted right. There was too much of one ingredient and not enough of others and it just was not good. Would not return. read more

This location has recently been remodeled but the food is 0 quality. For example last night I purchased a 2xl stuffed burrito with steak. Guess what? No steak, one huge glop of avocado and just a waste of my money. Sadly I bought this for my lunch today and boy what a glaring disappointment. If you pay for steak you should get steak. Smh! I want a refund. When I called oh you can bring it back and we will replace it. As if I could drive an hour back for a burrito. Not acceptable. read more

Im almost ashamed to admit that I eat this stuff every now and again. And, it hit's the spot but not the wallet! 2 stars based on their slow, slow drive-through. It's basically a parking lot. The point? It's not 'fast food'. read more

The person who picks up the phone is so rude and ghetto I told her I placed an order through door dash and the name is Kween and she answers "ok what about it" I told her I made a mistake and on the 12 craving party pack & chose 4 burritos instead of all tacos & she replies "okay u can't do that if that's what I pressed you can't change it" ‍ read more

I've been to plenty of Taco Bells but this takes the cake of the worst one I've ever been to, last night we walked and was already warned it is going to take forever to get your food (FAST FOOD), we still ordered, one of the workers there I guess was overwhelmed with the orders he was showing his frustration, he was messing up food, dropping food on the floor, getting orders wrong, talking back to customers complaining about the wrong orders they received, i don't know why they just didn't send him home, after about 20mins of watching him I decided I didn't want him making my food I canceled my order left and went to get something else to eat, will not attempt to eat here again. read more

We were only inspired to write this review because of the manager, Kimberly. The Uber eats order under Elida was packed missing 2 items. We have tried to call other restaurants in these situations and particularly with fast food restaurants, we never get a helpful response. However, in this case we felt Kimberly was not only polite and receptive but she went above and beyond to make sure we got the missing items and she made sure that in the end we were satisfied despite the inconvenience. She even saved our number and called us back to follow up. We didn't even mind having to put in a second Uber eats order just because she put us at ease. This girl needs a promotion or a raise ASAP. read more

The service wasn't good at all and neither was the food at this location ... Got the worst food poisoning ever ... my stomach is still not right. Ill never go there again read more

Maria the Manager was extremely rude. I asked for my side of sour cream and she rudely replied well it's on the quesadilla. I said well I didn't ask for it on the quesadilla she said well you have to pay 25 cents. I said I did and I asked for it on the side. I've never had it on my quesadilla. She said well we can't make it over that's how you ordered it. Do you have your receipt I said yes I absolutely do. Then all of a sudden her attitude changed. She walked away and had the gentleman in the back the make it for me. As a manager, Maria was very unprofessional and her nonchalant attitude was very upsetting. read more

Let me tell you this place just plain out Sucks at mostly Everything from customer service to getting orders right... this has to be a joke of a so called business. i can actually bet my wife that before we order that something will be missing or wrong with our order. whoever the manager is needs to be put through a vigorous training session on what customer service is all about read more

Great service!!! Didn't matter it was late. My order was right and very friendly. I recommend this location.

For now, i have not had one bad experience with this place and boy do i love my taco bell. The staff here is very friendly to me and even when they are rushing and forget something *usually small* (happens to the best of us sometimes especially during rush hour) they are very kind about it and apologize and do not show any annoyance like some other places do. The food is always great :) not a big fan of their limited time chicken rolls tho ‍ read more

Went there last night cus we had some cravings around 1 am. We were treated very poorly by the drive through attendees. They had very nasty attitudes. They def can use some improvement on their customer service. And you know they were nasty cus this is the first bad review I've ever written! Although I've experienced some bad customer service. This is the first time I've felt compelled to let the establishment know. One star purely on customer service. read more

This location is horrible. They leave items out of your order in drive thru, they don't answer the phone when you call. Then when you go back and say something the manager lady, Patrice, is so ignorant and oblivious, I have no idea how she is a manager her cashiers are more competent than her. I've told her she gave me the wrong item before and brought the item back and she tried to make the cashier charge me again for them to correct my order.. but to order the cheesy gordita box meal tonight and pay extra to have everything be chicken then they leave two items out and on top of it the give me my nacho bell grande side ways, they have no lemonade, no mild sauce, wtf are the managers doing there? They have one girl who works as cashier who should replace that lady. read more

A. Get my order wrong by giving me chicken B. Im a vegetarian C. Call they say come get your money back D. COCO CICI!!!!! After going back i get told by coco that you need the food and receipt to return I say heres my card and you gave me chicken in a burrito I did not order I can get sick. Her reply well you're driving so you're not sick you need the food to return. After a brief disagreement i go get the burrito out of the garbage bring it back for them to hide and not come to the window. COCO is on the phone laughing at me looking out the window as well as someone else (who I later found out is a manager named NANA) 10 MINUTES at the drive thru they tell me come inside where she continues to smirk and even sticks her tongue out at me. When I say I'm going to complain (NANA steps in) I don't want you to complain because it looks bad for me!!! So I hear him out until he starts smirking in my face and smiling when I fully explain what happened. So now TWO managers think its funny that I ate something that can make me very sick not to mention the fact that i despise the thought of eating meat!!!! After a ridiculous hour long argument with management and speaking with a regional manager and not to mention being publicly humiliated and being laughed at because I don't eat meat. I finally get my money back. All I wanted was a replacement burrito and this is what I had to go through. THEY SHOULD BOTH BE FIRED! HOPE FULLY ill be saying NANA HEY HEY HEY GOODBYE TO COCO! read more

This place is very hit or miss. The food is decent if made correctly. The service can be alittle slow and the manager and staff can be alittle rude and cold but it's decent. The decor also hasn't changed since this place opened like all the other taco bells. They can mess up substitutions sometimes so I always have to check the food before I leave. read more

I waited 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru.. 10 minutes is a long time in a drive thru!! Especially when it's supposed to be fast food??? Update: It took 20 MINUTES! I was still in line when i wrote the first review. The cashier started making my order after i paid read more

Slowest service ever and they forgot my straw at the drive thru window. 10/10 disappointed

Cashiers are juvenile and just rude, disregard for the customer.

I came to this place quite a few times during the spring when I didn't have my car for breakfast and it only let me down once because it opened late and I walked away. This is a Taco Bell, you're happy Walking in and happier when you leave. I wasn't bothered by anyone when I sat down for 30-40 minutes waiting for my bus with my breakfast bowls watching Netflix. Yeah I get it, "this isn't real Mexican food." Well duh! But for fast food, this place is tops for me. The last few times I've been to this location, the food has been even better than usual. The drive thru gets packed at night, so be mindful of that if you're really in a hurry, but this is still my favorite Taco Bell location nearby. Service is courteous too- they can customize for you (I'm a vegetarian and they will make most things veg for me). This is my top secret guilty unhealthy pleasure food. So glad cheesy bean and rice burritos are back - I'm pretty sure they made up 75% of my cravings during my last pregnancy. Oh Taco Bell. read more
