It's back in Operation! This McD location needed a major upgrade. There's lots of parking, 2 drive through for ordering which is a major plus, is very nice looking inside, but one problem! they kept a few previous lame employees especially the (Assistant Manager, Manager or Supervisor) giving you the same bad service!...You need to double check your order and make sure they giving you the correct and right portion before driving or walking out the location! I noticed on Opening Day when the "Big Dogs" were there overseeing the operations, all employees were on the deck going above and beyond to serve you! Which should always be that way regardless, but once the "Big Dogs" were gone!...It's back to the usual BullShit service (Take their Money and keep them Moving). 1- They need to learn when it's time to change (The Oil) - Again stop trying to squeeze every penny out of the consumer- That's bad service! 2- They need to stop giving a paying customers leftover ("Scrap" Fries) - Again stop trying to squeeze every penny out of the consumer - That's bad service! 3- They need to learn and highly understand - Stop giving a paying customer a (Small or Medium portion of fries) when clearly the customer order and pays for Large Fries! - Again stop trying to squeeze every penny out of the consumer - That's bad service! There's 1 particular female (Assistant Manager or Supervisor) here that acts like you're taking away her food off her plate!? and when you ask her to correct the order, she gives you that unprofessional face as if you only come in to McD to start some argument- I will take a picture of her next time, some might already know who I'm talking about. Overall this McD finally looks nice and it's a few blocks away, I go here every other day because my kids sure loves McD fries! ** 6/24/2019 @ 1pm I ordered a hamburger and fries, got home to a burger without the "meat" how can you actually messed that up!?? There's always issues at this McDonald's location under that same old unprofessional behavioral attitude manager...She needs to go!!! ** 7/1/2019 @ around 1pm - The management attitude still continues, as I get my fries and shake it to actually see the poor amount of fries added...She's watching me and I show her see the small amount of fries in this large purchase and then I say can you please add the right amount of fries? She starts lecturing me about how I'm not supposed to do that to the fries, that's why I see less fries in the box...I told her you mean the actual poor amount of fries you keep charging your customers for a Large, yet you're giving us Small to Medium amount. She needs intensive training in Hospitality Management and a good reminder to why she decided to work in this business and in this country. read more

The order was quick from the drive-thru to pick-up, still hot, and also correct. We asked for extra sauce but didn't receive that. This is my favorite McDonald's, they knocked down the old building and started fresh . The new McDonald's is bigger and modern. They have tables , countertop bar to eat and lounge bench tables. You can order at the counter or at two big screens that look like iPads . Place your order and they bring it to you which is nice . What I also like is that they keep this place clean and also have a person walking around asking if everything is ok and if you need something they will get it for you. Thee drive thru has multiple order bays and the service is pretty fast . Other fast food competitors should do the same thing they do here , and every staff member is polite and friendly. read more

I'm only giving them two stars because they did beautiful renovations. Other than that its the same bad service we've always got. They got rid of a lot of bad employees but kept the worse ones. They have horrible monsters I'm sorry I meant managers. The managers are so nasty , I just don't get it. The food is never hot , you can't ask for extra condiments or they will charge you. Stopped here for a quick breakfast. We went through the drive through and had to question whether or not it was open because we sat through 1/3 a song on the radio before we were greeted. Well, a half-assed greeting. You can tell when someone had an attitude. There is a screen by the speaker that shows your order. We thought it was broken because we didn't see a thing while placing our order. After giving her our order, it was displayed totally wrong. As we were correcting it, she further messed up our order. My sister was ready to pull off before it finally came up mostly correct. She asked for cheese on her McMuffin but it didn't show up, so she just accepted it as is. After what felt like 10 minutes placing and correcting our 7 menu items (not meals), we pulled up to the window and got our food. It's McDonald's, so you already know. My hahsbrowns were nice and hot, but my coffee was lukewarm. I did not have the energy to go inside and get another. I'm only in town for a couple days, so I'll just avoid this place for the duration of my trip. read more

Friday nights can be hectic at a fast food restaurant however making uber eats a priority and not attending their customers who go into the restaurant is unacceptable. I spent almost half an hour waiting for my food and I asked more than once and they finally stated that they forgot about my food which was put to the side. It's unacceptable to be doing that just because they make uber eats and drive thru a bigger priority than the front end. It's not the first time happening. Most horrendous customer service experience I've ever had! As I pull up to the drive up to place an order, I hear "Hello??? WHAT????!?!? Since when is that a phone? What happened to "how may I help you?" Anyway I proceeded to place an order of sweet BBQ chicken sandwich. Rep says "what kind?" What kind of what???? "Krispy, grilled etc" Ok "Krispy......" Told her I would like sesame bun. "No we so t have that" When I told her I've always ordered that she said they no longer offered that bun.binasked her how long has that been. She said It's been for some time. I told her that's funny because I ordered it about 3 days ago. She stayed quiet then says "just forget about it." WHAT ?????? how is that a professional response!!!! I asked again to confirm there is sesame bun. Her response "yeeeeessss" with total attitude. That did it I drive around to speak to her manager and she completely denied What her responses were during the at transaction which put me on a whole other level of infuriation! I took down their names and made a formal complaint at the headquarters of this franchise. Completely ghetto attitude and does not belong in a customer service Environment!!!!
