Being generous probably with 2 stars, given 1 for the fantastic Coca-Cola products, both the regular and cherry coke were excellent! 2nd star for the poor staff member who had to come out in the freezing temp to bring out our Mobile App order. There are NO stars for the food or for the inaccuracy of our order. Has been years since getting food from Wendy's and now know why. Chicken sandwich was terrible, pressed chicken meat that was SO small, didn't fill the bun at all. Chicken nuggets were so-so, fries were mediocre and many overcooked to a crisp and the single cheese combo NOT worth the money. Then to get our order and not have the customization as detailed was disappointing, from the Burger not prepped with proper condiments to the missing mayo as requested and the stingy napkins provided. Review for app and drive thru pick-up: I used the app to order and it was pretty simple to do so. I chose the option to pick up my order from the drive thru (vs curbside, for example), but was so disappointed that the sauces I requested as part of my order were not in the bag with my food... Everything else was, but none of the sauces. I'm glad my husband thought to check for the sauces before we drove away because I would have been pretty upset if we had found out once we'd gotten home. Crisis averted, let's move on to the food: It tasted pretty good. We had ordered the 4/$4 deal and each of the items received were fresh: The nuggets were crispy and flavorful, the fries were piping hot and delicious. I would guess that Wendy's changed the cooking oil recently because none of the food had that bitter aftertaste I associate with old, reused oil. Customer service left a lot to be desired, the employees we spoke with to order and at the pickup window spoke in a monotone voice, as if they could care less about their job. Worse experience ever at the drive through,today .The kid was horrible in taking the order ,was rushing in an unrealistic manner and gave us the total of the incomplete order,didn't let us complete ordering and gave us the middle finger as we left the drive through frustrated because he wouldn't let us even speak and cancelled our order. Today I had a Southwest Avocado chicken salad that was simply delicious. I had stop getting my salads from Wendy's because at one point in time they was really watering. So today I decided to try again & I am pleased to day the salad was so fresh. The chicken was really good well seasoned I think you can get crispyor grilled chicken you just have to ask for either one it's up too you. The salad comes with Southwest Ranch dressing that was kinda spicy for my liking. But I did ask for a regular ranch. so that balance out the spicy taste of the Southwest dressing. The bacon was very crispy I was totally shock & the guacamole was fresh. I really enjoy this salad I did pair it with a glass of moscato wine I'll highly recommend. Enjoy everyone read more

I stopped by the drive thru to buy some food after a long day at work on a tuesday around 5 pm and the Asian guy at the window was a total pos. The a hole took my drink flipped it upside-down to shake it and gave it to me dripping all over the cup. I mean what the f? Thank you to the Hispanic girl for giving me some napkins to wipe his mess. Sometimes we get so caught up in making sure we review all of the high-end restaurants, we forget that the little guy, albeit corporate, can use a review as well. On Sunday, we were so busy cleaning the house we forgot to stop for lunch, and needed to run some errands, so I thought OK we'll grab some fast food. Enter Wendy's. We stop by this location because it's close to our house, but honestly it's solid every time. The fries are always hot and crispy, the burger is always done with the freshest of toppings, and the bun feels like it was pulled out of the bag moments before we eat it. There's never a complaint. The kids toy always makes my kid happy, and it's probably the one meal that he finishes as easily as Chick-fil-A (sorry!). Recognizing it's not always cool to go to fast food, sometimes we can all be a little more humble, and go back to the roots that probably raised us all before we were sipping old fashioneds and eating roasted Brussels sprouts. This evening I walked inside the restaurant to place my order, I stood at the counter waiting to be greeted as the staff went about working, no one greeted me, not one word,, just glances from the staff as they continued to work. Right off the main road, this particular store location is easily accessible heading down 355 south. I decided to hit this spot since I was around the area and wanted a quick bite of breakfast. I got their sausage and egg croissant and the maple chicken biscuit with thin cut potato wedge fries. First of, the fries came in a good size portion and satisfyingly delicious, hot and crispy. Probably the strangest fast food experience ever, this location doesn't even have its own parking around it like other Wendy's, there is a lot tucked away behind the business next to it, and you park and walk over. It seems clear that aside from a few large screen TVs , this location has never had a renovation, it's like walking back through time, to the Wendy's of the early 1990s. Their menu is old school down to the sizes of their fries and drinks. And no Coca-Cola Freestyle, no self serve soda fountain at all. The two of got junior bacon cheese burgers and split an order of small fries. The small was more like a large. The fries were fresh but not tasting great, the burgers were barely edible. Fast Food. Most fast food places taste exactly the same everywhere. However, according to my girlfriend who has been in MD most of her life, this location is supposedly the best location out of all the other Wendy's locations in the Rockville/Silver Spring/Wheaton local area. All the other spots don't compare to this one and tastes different. Do I taste the difference? I absolutely have no clue at all, but I trust her judgement when it comes to food because we like the same things. When I usually order here I almost always use the drive thru. I get a good laugh when fast food joints try and go the healthy route. I get a bigger laugh at the people who order those healthy options. What I love about Wendy's, especially this one in particular is that they give it to you straight. "We know our food is greasy and bad for you... BUT it's delicious!" I order the number 1 medium. The burger buns are nicely buttered and toasted. The meat is juicy. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. When you take a bite into that burger everything seems to melt in your mouth! A couple of sea-salt fries, and a sip of coke I swear you're in heaven!
