They have THE WORSE customer service. Which is unfortunate because despite that I haven't had any trouble with my food orders but the service is what keeps me from going more often. It's bad enough the employees have bad customer service but the managers there are worse. Cursing while working the window. Just left water aerobics and not dressed to go inside so drive thru it is. Only one car in front of me do I like yes! The car sits there a good 3-5 minutes and pulls off, and I do mean off. I'm wondering what is wrong so I pull up to place my order and I notice no is there. I wait 2-3 minutes before I look the number up to call. This wendy's is in a crumbling section of richmond. The carpets are filthy and are the smell that greets you at the door. The fair seemed as expected for a Wendy's. The counters were clean although more attention could be paid to the dinning room cleanliness. Our cashier mumbled and failed at any attempt at eye contact. When my autistic brother asked for a milk shake he was told they did not serve milkshakes, no alternative for a frosty was offered. This disturbed him greatly as he had had a milkshake (frosty) there before. This is common most wendy's in the area and especially this one. They like you to beg. The girl mumbled a bit louder when our order was ready. I was in the dinning room. Two burgers, 10 minutes, no one in front of us, no drive through traffic. Finally a guy leaning on the counter, the one that didn't move for me to place my order while he chatted his girl at the register up, started yelling "order ready, order ready" over and over. When I went to counter there was one tray with someone else's order. I ask for my recept and got rolled up eyes in return. She printed a ticket out, went to the order and removed 2 sandwichs and a order of fries all of which were tossed under the counter. The only thing right about what she left was: we did order fries and the total item count was correct. I watched, we were the only ones there. The order was not even close. I would go here again but only in a matter of extreme convenience. In fairness. Food ok, wait a bit sluggish, no glaring food hygiene/safety concerns. So, if you like fare food at a more than modest wait while being served by a staff that acts like they really wished you did not come in while they accustom them selves to the odiferous carpet for the day, this may be your spot. I don't know why I always review fast food places... ANYWAYS... So I went to this Wendy's because I was hungry at lunch time, it has a drive thru, and who doesn't like a square burger? I got a crispy chicken sandwich and a small frosty; $1 each? Yes, please. I start to pull away, and the lady who gave me my food (who was incredibly nice by the way) practically leaped out the window trying to wave me down and stop me from leaving. I back up and she says she gave me the wrong sandwich. She apologized and I went about my day. Pretty funny stuff. The sandwich was just as good as I remember (haven't had Wendy's in a while!) And the frosty really hit the spot. Then I realized there was an offer for a free small frosty...oops. Guess I'll be going back again for another frosty! ;) read more

So a few days ago I went there to get a burger for me and my girlfriend, they ended up taking forever to serve me and then forgot my bacon fries so I had to come back to get them. Turns out I forgot to check the burgers and to give me a burger that was not the one I ordered it was way smaller. How do you mess up my whole order and everyone inside were just kids Seemed lazy and just wanted to rank up hours and go home. They weren't even trying at all. That Wendy's will never see my business again. They need to train their employees better and make sure they're doing the right job. read more

I went to this Wendy's today 2/1/18, I had the most horrible experience. I usually go to this Wendy's because I love their spice cesar salad but I got disappointed today. I ordered some chicken sandwich for my family and I ordered my salad. The lady in drive-thru said that they don't sell Cesar salad anymore. Even though I was displayed on their menu. How come you are Going to tell customer that you're already discontinuing a product when you still have it display on menu? This is the last time, I'm going to Wendy's. read more

Every time I come here it's the same! They don't greet you at the drive through. I have to say "hello? Are you there?" After waiting forever... Then I have to wait 5 minutes at the window before they will even let me pay... Only to have to pull forward another 5 minutes to get my food. And heaven forbid you ask for ketchup. I would give this place no stars. Every time I go there it's the same shit they always out lemonade or out of sweet because they are closing. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order and confirmed that the Cod sandwich was on the menu still. When I asked for it the voice on the other end with a nasty attitude told me that they don't offer a cod sandwich. That she wasn't sure what that was. I explained that I wanted the fish sandwich and she again said they don't offer one even after I pointed out that it was on the menu. At this point a second voice comes on and is yelling at me for not knowing it was a limited time only item. I've never gotten an accurate order, and never spent less than 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru, but I come back between 7-830ish for the salads. They frequently run out of salads by 7pm. Tonight they charged us for a Dave's double with cheese and homestyle chicken sandwich, but we got a single, no cheese, and a $1 crispy chicken. Worst of all: THEY SAID THEY AREN'T SELLING SALADS AT ALL ANYMORE, even though salads are on the website and ON THE MENU. That's false advertising. And if you truly stop selling salads, you've lost our family's business for life. The staff is rude, slow to come to the drive tru window. Plan on spending 15-20 minutes before ordering, in a line of 3-4 cars. Plan on another 15 until your food is ready. And plan on cold fries cooked in old oil, cold beef, pink chicken, and at least one wrong menu item per bag. The only reason we've been dumb enough to subject ourselves to the abuse of visiting this Wendy's EVER is because there are no good salads available quickly nearby. Well that's over. We're never returning. I'd rather buy groceries and make my own after work than deal with this. read more
