The Service was real fast and the restaurant was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience which is very unusual anymore. 5 stars for this McDonald's. read more

Ever since Jeremy and I saw those videos on YouTube of people washing their socks, and making things other than coffee in hotel coffeemakers, we tend to procure our morning beverages elsewhere. We were staying at the Red Roof motel across the street, and I'm not sure if they provided any coffee in the lobby. Maybe, but Jeremy decided to go to McDonald's while I was still rolling around in the giant bed. He brought the food and drinks back without any complaints about the task. He said it's flat in, attached to a gas station, and that I wouldn't have had any issues. Gotta love a caramel frappe first thing in the morning. Hell, let's be real, I'll drink those things at any time. They are diabolical - all that sugar. So delicious. First time having a sausage mcmuffin. I usually get the one with the ham/Canadian bacon on it. I think I might like the sausage better. Lesson learned. It's McDonald's food. It tastes like McDonald's. You either like it or don't. I like it. read more

The normal girl at the drive through window on Friday early morning is quite lovely. So friendly and nice. Today there was a really grumpy woman who didn't bother to greet me or even look at me. I was irritated and grabbed my card when she handed it out the window, and she started SCREAMING at me! She is also not very competent, as she forgot my straw and my hot sauce. I hope the regular person is back soon. Otherwise I will start hitting a different McDonald's on Fridays. read more

Every time I place an order the employees just can't seem to get my order correct. They take forever to answer the drive-thru speaker and the wait times are longer than expected. You have to check your bag because there's always an item left out.I just ordered through my mobile app and my husband went to pick it up and of course......They left out a Lg fry and didn't put my 3 hot mustard sauces in the bag .....I just don't get it.I tried calling but nobody answers the phone either. How difficult can it be smh read more

Ordered a hot fudge sundae in the drive thru, got charged for a McCrispy value meal. Guy who answered the phone at the store was dumb and a brick and told me I had to show up in person to fix it, like I need another job. I told him I will dispute the charge. Zero stars. All garbage cans over filling. Kiosk inop. Bathroom toilet, urinal and sink broken. 3.25 for a small cheese burger.

The worst McDonald's i have ever been too. For one there only do order at the kiosk. I place my order at the kiosk I get a apple pie she tells me there's no more says here's some cookies. Then I pay a 1$ extra for bottled orange juice as the kiosk says and she says they don't have any she can't do nothing about that. Then a man besides me orders a burrito she's goes to him and says oh we're all out of those. Very unprofessional staff. Needs to be stocked up on there food or whatever. If you don't have the items take them off the menu before we pay for it don't put it on there menu. THEN I ASK THE LADY HER NAME SHE WANTS TO WALK OFF. Got me all the way messed up read more

I walked into n and went straight to the kiosk because the last time I was there the lady behind the counter told me that was the only way I could order so I and a few others walked ont because we didn't know how to use the kiosk fast forward to yesterday I walked in went to the kiosk ordered but I needed to pay at the counter I went to the counter and handed her a 20 dollar bill she then told me I needed to have the correct change or a card so I and probably 3 other people left now if this isn't bad management I don't know what is. $13.50 for an egg McMuffin combo with an extra large coffee?? Where am I....at the Beverly Hills airport?

It's fast food, I know, you know. However I am a fan, hence four stars because I arrived in Richmond after a nearly four hour drive in rush hour from the D.C. area and this place was my savior. Fast food it is. 2 for $5.00 Filet-O-Fish is a bargain and curbed my hunger pains. Only disappointment was that they were out white milk. Lucky for me though, they're attached to a convenience store! I got my fish sandwiches and my milk, and settled in to my hotel room across the street. The worker behind the counter was a true southern gentleman. Great service! read more

Is this the worst McDonald's in the world? Probably. Super gross. They forgot stuff and they don't have toys for happy meals. No apologies or substitutions. Same price for an in-happy meal. Thanks for making this drive extra crappy. read more

Lobby doors were locked. Sat in drive-thru over 45 minutes and even after 2 vehicles in front of me drove off they still had no idea what was going on and still did not have the order ready. To make things worse thete were only 4 vehicles ahead of me, 2 of which drove off and it still took 45 minutes to get to the first window The manager should immediately be terminated, I witnessed doors propped open with the keys in them and 1 competent female crew member trying to get things right while the manager made a terrible situation worse. The entire experience was over an hour and they couldn't even get Doordash orders right meaning they are making others look incompetent McDonald's has gone down hill and Chick-fil-A shows orders can be fast and accurate but this location has made me decide to boycot McDonald's all together until they clean up their act. I blame poor quality control to allow this location to even exist read more

I don't think I've ever said to avoid a mcdonalds before, but I will this time, avoid this mcdonalds. It starts with the cashier shaking her head as my wife orders a 3 stack of pancakes, giving me an attitude about ordering an egg mcmuffin, and since she didn't know how to work my coupon, she walks away say "they" need help. Now that was the cashier at the front. My order was then made wrong and there's no water dispenser for customers. Ketchup packets on the floor, an employee walking past me in the bathroom not washing their hands, floor being dirty. The list never ends about why to avoid this place. read more

This McDonald's is attached to gas station/convenience store off I-95. It sees a lot of action from the high volume of truck drivers and blue collar workers associated with the nearby industrial area (Port of Richmond, Phillip Morris, DuPont, Cogentrix, et. al). The truck drivers have to park their large trucks on the nearby street. The food is typcal McDonald's quality. Service is entirely another matter. OK, lunch hour is busy. But what fast food place just off an interstate isn't? There were people waiting 10+ minutes for their food. I had to wait just as long. When my check number was called, I and another guy stepped to the counter to get 'our' food. Turned out we were given the same check number. Mine was incorrect. The supervisor fixed it fairly quickly but on top of the original wait - way too long. I won't be planning to visit again anytime soon except as a last resort. read more

McDonald's - a car parked in front of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Came in 2 nights ago and the place stinks of rotten milk, yet you walk a few feet into the convenience store and it smells clean. They have plenty of staff (the cashier was nice) but everyone is stuck in slow gear 15 minutes to get food. The drive-through window was left open (both a health and security violation ) They call out food orders because they don't seem to use numbers. Surprisingly the food was hot. In front of the drink dispensers, were dripping with syrup and soda. Every table was sticky. Looking at the reviews going back years is it clear that both the McDonald's Regional Office and the health department have never checked this store. Holiday Inn Express down the street does not recommend customers go there - says go anywhere else! read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU GIVE YOUR KIDS HAPPY MEALS! I received a happy meal with EXPIRED GOGURT! I usually don't give reviews but if there is a place that doesn't check dates for food that is given to BABIES/CHILDREN then I feel everyone should be aware! Yesterday's date was 07/05/2019 and received a gogurt that expired 02/23/2019! Not to mention the packaging was super dirty! I called the restaurant and they said the gogurts they have an expiration date of 7/11/2019! DONT GO THERE!!!! read more

It was the WORST service Ive ever had. They weren't busy I had 2 vehicles in front of me which were obviously pulled into a spot to wait for food too. My order was 17.45 I gave her 17.50 she kept my nickel, I guess she needed it more than I do because her attitude was stank as shit. My daughters 6 and 11 were complaining because they both got iced tea that was hot as hell with a few lil ice cubes while we waited in number 2 for our food to come out. I reached down in the bag to pull some fries out with 3 long ass strands of hair. Not how I wanted to end my day. read more

I give 3 stars, only because it's fast food. I mean, it's McDonalds. You know what you're getting. But there's a reason for this 3 star rating. That would be their delightful service! I went in for breakfast the other day, and the lady at the counter was so sweet. She had a bright smile on her face, addressed me when I was in line, got my order spot on... And the other folks were just as pleasant! I stood for a little bit waiting an average time, I'd say, and the lady looks at me again, "I'm sorry for the wait!" And she starts helping bag everything and getting it together. Impressive. But as if that wasn't enough from your standard McDonalds employee, she says sorry again as she gives me an apple pie for my wait (once again: this wait was very average). I always give credit for good service, and she gave the best service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. Food/Location are really just 2 stars, but I HAVE to bump it up for service. Keep it up, McDonalds! :) read more

Yikes. This place is by far the worst the I have ever been to. We could tell just upon pulling up that it wasn't good. We went through the drive through where a guy was pressure washing and made an annoyed sound that he had to move so that we could drive by. We ordered a hot fudge sundae and were told to pull up to the door, they brought it out and it was filled to the top with ice cream and a small drizzle of fudge. My husband took it back in and asked for more fudge. The overweight MANAGER said in barely understandable English that "that's they way they come" then walked slowly to the fudge talking loudly about "he want more fudge" and then put a minuscule amount on it. My husband brought it back and of course I had to go back in. The manager saw me coming, made a face and stopped walking. I was pissed at this point, I don't expect much from places like this but you don't behave this way. It's unacceptable. I asked for our money back and she gave it back without mumbling or saying anything to me. I'm sure that she had plenty to say after I left, based on her previous actions. read more

AVOID. AVOID! Not only bad service, but they STOLE from me! After waiting in line forever, I asked for a Mc griddle meal with a med coffee. The cashier, Sabine, said to me the Mc Griddles are 2 for $4. I thought that's a good deal, but my daughter doesn't like that sandwich. This "thought" took TWO SECONDS, but Sabine said while your deciding, "I'll help the next customer" and moved to the other register. I said, but I'm ready to order, and she ARGUED with me that she can mulit-task. And the other customer started to order, and I spoke up and said "I've been waiting in line and now they are going to get their food first? I'm ready to order." Again, she said she could mulit task. At this point. . .I just wanted coffee. Desperate for coffee. I figured I'd drive somewhere else for my daughter's food. So I ordered a Med Coffee. The register did not display my total, so I didn't know that I paid $4.08 for a med coffee! What is strbksdshtcf / E? $2.99 I ordered a plain, normal coffee. And I was charged .99 for MRS FRSH GMS. So she charged me for something extra? I assume I just paid for HER Starbucks coffee, right? Totally awful service, and she STOLE from me. Then when I got back to the hotel, my daughter pointed out that the lady, Sabine, probably spit in my coffee. So, I threw it away. $4.08 for nothing. Also, while I was in the store, a guy came up to the counter complaining he got the wrong food. Obviously, she cannot mulit-task. She's just rude. Seconds. I had a quick thought that took seconds, and now I have to wait for someone behind me (in line) to get served first. AVOID! And I kept the receipt because I want my money back.
