The only thing they had to get right, they couldn't. I ordered a steak and cheese with provolone, and EXTRA provolone. The only thing they gave me extra was the banana peppers. barely ANY steak and barely ANY cheese. Not even as much cheese as a regular amount from another place much less EXTRA cheese. if you order your food online or in the app, beware you might be skimped. if you are there ordering in person then you can watch how they make it but the prices here are higher than other subways elsewhere. And of course, for this excellent service, when paying, they terminal asks you for a tip....... Just go somewhere else ESPECIALLY if ordering sight unseen. read more

I just walked into a new subway... nice environment but this worker named Chandra had attitude. Ask him where he from just to be cool and have a conversation while he's making my sandwich, he gets Attitude with me. If you don't want to come to work then don't come with an attitude and ruin peoples experience. I walked in with a smile and walked out upset because of his demeanor. Subway managers, please don't hire people that don't want to be at work.... I just got back from Subway with a Philly cheese. This was the VERY worst tasting sub I ever put in my mouth. The roast beef tasted like it had been on the beach for two days. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I will never go back there again. If I could give it zero stars I would!! read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I don't know whose fault it is, but we placed an order through the app, received email confirmation and even got a notification that the order was finished. We go to the location and watched the workers lock the doors so we can't get in, turn off the lights, leave, and drive off. We couldn't even call to cancel the order because there was nobody there to pick up the phone. Meanwhile online it says it's open until midnight and signs posted on the door say it's open until 1am. We were there by 10:15 so what happened? I don't know but the fact that we placed and paid for an order that was never even received or maybe even ignored completely is just horrible. Why were we able to place the order if the location is closed? Absolutely ridiculous and I will not let this go until I get my damn money back. read more

Originally I put that this was a very, very, very fast location, but this review is based on a follow-up visit. We decided to stop by on our way during a road trip of sorts and I was so excited to show my hubby and kids about the cool drive-thru Subway....we sat at the spot to place our order for quite a while, but no body even got on really quick to let us know that they were busy, or someone would be with us or SOMETHING. I ended up driving up to the window and there was a gentleman standing there working on preparing something and looked over at us, but seemed kind of scared to come to the window. After a little bit he said they were really busy. We ended up parking and I went inside. There were THREE people up at the counter helping ONE couple. One of the ladies was standing at the cash register making no attempt to help --which upset me a little, but maybe that is how they set their procedure for someone to do that . There wasn't a line other than myself and the couple being helped. I saw they messed up the sandwich that the lady got so I decided to amend my order based on that. Overall, I felt really bad for them, but after as much as I paid to get 4 foot long subs, and some other stuff...I was kind of upset and my husband was livid at how long it took considering there was only 1 couple in front of me getting helped. read more

Drove up to drive through window, the guy inside looked at us several times and did not service us. We waited for 10 minutes no service!!!! Worst place in history. What kind of business does not want to service customers? Why is this place even open when they don't service?! A restaurant experience is not only about the food. Service and how well you are treated to me is just as important. It can make an average meal great. Or on the other side poor service and being treated badly can make a great meal bad. I am not a fan of Subway but my son loves it. One late night his swim team just finished up a meet. It was late we were staying at the hotel next door to this Subway. So at 10 at night 20 high school kids from the swim team invade Subway. The staff was incredible. Very professional and friendly. They quickly built everyone's sandwiches taking care to get all their crazy requests perfectly. I was impressed. Thank you Subway Staff! read more

If you want a sub prepared with stale bread, come here. My wife's roast beef sandwich bread was so hard and dry that it crunched when she bit into it. Even peeling off the outer crust made no improvement. The bread was dry as dust and about as tasty. read more

They do not accept American Express, which pretty much knocks out any person traveling for business.

They kindly let my 2 year old potty training son use the toilet even though we didn't purchase anything. They were perfectly friendly and nice about it and I really appreciated their attitude and help. read more

I was surprised to walk into the restroom and find a Subway employee crouched by the sink on his cell phone. I was perplexed when he waved me toward the toilet in the corner and made no move to leave the room while I did my business. Not the kind of bonding I want. Inconsistent customer service. Depending on who is working when you visit you will either get excellent service or reluctant, disrespectful "service" that isn't really service at all. The worst service tends to be in the evening to late hours. There are some effective employees late at night. However, there is one consistently, unfriendly face.They laugh at customers during food preparation. The last straw was entering the restaraunt this morning to find them watching videos on their laptop at a table, headphones on, back to the counter. Walking behind them and waving to notify them I was in the restaraunt required much more extended contact than I wanted with someone I know from repeated experiences here to be consistently rude. Love the healthy food options Subway affords. Unfortunately, I'm no longer willing to risk unpleasantness simply to eat here. 5 stars for food. 0 stars for customer service. read more
