I've had their sausage biscuits before and they have the best price when you buy two. I had originally asked if they had the promotion for the sausage biscuits and I was told no. The Manager later clarified in the drive thru that the two sausage biscuits for $3.00 is their regular price. The biscuits we're good and freshly made, but I don't remember them being squared sausages. I didn't order anything else for breakfast from here, and really the two sausage biscuits will carry me thru lunch today as well. The people who work the day shift should learn from the people who work nightshift. The day shift forgets a straw every time, and today even forgot part of my order. They also never provide a receipt, conveniently preventing me from registering any complaints with them via internal survey. Night shift on the other hand never gets anything wrong. When does a $4.69 meal cost $8.79? At my local Wendys. It was my first time in a Wendys and I ordered the bacon & egg sandwich. I tapped my phone and the price said $8.79. I questioned the large difference. He said that's the Combo price. I told him I didn't ask for a Combo and he said that was the default. I told him that even the Combo only costs $7.09, so why was I being charged almost $2 more? He said that $7.09 was the small Combo and he was charging me for the large size. I was surprised to find out that they still have the $5 Biggie Bag promotion going on after all of these years. One would think that now it would be the $6 Biggir agency, but I'm not complaining. They have about six different variations for the promotion, and I chose the junior bacon cheeseburger Biggie Bag. It came with a small fries, 4 piece nuggets, and a drink. The customer service is unbelievably awful. I used DoorDash for an order and to be fair, this is NOT DD's fault. First, my order was COMPLETELY fulfilled incorrectly by the Wendy's line staff working at 11pm on 4/29. From the meal/burger to the frosty. The burger was not what I ordered- didn't follow my selections. And the frosty- I ordered a vanilla mint chip and received vanilla strawberry. When I called the Wendy's restaurant to ask for help, the guy working the phones 4/29 at 11pm was not willing. He actually said to me "wait, I don't understand what the problem is". Really, dude? He told me I had to go to the restaurant in person if I wanted to get a solution. On ordering in English a chicken sandwich and drink, I was promptly handed a cup and went to the soda dispenser to fill it. The sandwich was ready before I was finished filling my cup, and it was quite tasty. No complaint there; however, the server, in lieu of something more appropriate to let me know I could now pick up my sandwich, said in Spanish, "¡Imbécil!" I regret having given the impression that I was too stupid to know that I had been insulted by replying in English, "Thanks," when I should have been more confrontational and said, "¿Que dijiste?" I made a mobile order for drive thru and they made me go and wait for my food near the door. They made me wait FOR 20 MINUTES. I ended up having to go inside and ask them about it at which point they said a measly "sorry" and gave me food which was just sitting at the counter. This place is SHADY!! Demand your receipt !! THEY CHARGE YOU SEPARATELY BUT PRETEND ITS A COMBO!! I just ordered a breakfast combo which, according to the website can be with either breakfast potatoes or cinnamon pull up parts. They specifically asked me that I wanted the cinnamon pull up parts and I confirmed. then when I got my bag there were potatoes at the top in there and I said they made a mistake and I was supposed to get the cinnamon pull apart and they said those were also in the bag which made me suspicious, because the combo certainly doesn't come with both. Nope! They charged me for the separate cinnamon pull aparts and didn't provide me with a receipt so I could prove it! Absolutely criminal to be representing things on the menu as parts of the combo and charging for them separately without telling the customer and then not giving the customer the receipt after so they can dispute and then rushing me out of the line because other cars were in the drive-through. I made it clear to the guy I wouldn't be back and I'd be posting this review and he couldn't care less. Hope he finds a new job soon after this place closes! To whoever the manager was working the drivethru today, July 11, 2019 and 1:30pm: I'm never going back to the Wendy's in the Reston location next to Home Depot. I'm sitting in the driveway for a few minutes waiting for my 4 count nuggets and fries. After waiting there, the manager opened the window and asked why I was still waiting. I told him for my order. He pointed right next to me and said that I already received my food. What was next to me was a bag of Santini's. I am not a picky eater and don't like wasting, also was really hungry but was so TOTALLY DISGUSTING I threw half away and felt ill for hours after. So greasy and dark it looked like it had set for hours and they threw it in some dirty oil to warm up. If they think this is ok I also have to question their other food as well. No issues, food is good, fresh cooked, hot and ready to eat. Never had a problem with the drive thru, as others have indicated. Order has always been correct as ordered, and since my orders are usually special -- only certain toppings on burgers and fries with no salt -- it means a lot when the staff takes the extra care to make it as the customer orders it. I've always gone through the drive thru during a busy work day, and if there was anytime it could get screwed, it would be at the busy time of day. Recommend giving this place a try. This place is very slow. The employees have a difficult time communicating over the speaker in the drive through in English, and it is hard to understand each other. Same for dining in. Also they mess up the orders, maybe because of the language barriers. On my latest visit I waited over 30 minutes for a few combos. I kept asking where my order was. I kept asking why others were ordering and getting their food, but mine was no where to be found. After complaining several times to the manager and being told to wait because they were short staffed, finally they admitted they didn't even know what my order was and needed to copy the receipt!
