I made the mistake of ordering extra tomato, only to be lectured by some 40 something underachiever wearing a a circa 1990 communication system strapped to his ass like a backwards Fanny pack! Order took 14 minutes for a $5 biggie bag. I upgraded to a large drink, which was not provided at the point of sale inside. I sit, for an extended period of time, after 12 minutes I'm told that they are out of large cups- asked if I wanted a medium. Ok, but I just paid for a large? Poor customer service when no offer for refund of upgrade fee or something else to make up for extended wait and lack or what was ordered. Zero stars!!! Horrible service and horrible management!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 six dollar bags. We made the transaction but my food wasn't ready (he tells me this after I paid) and that The fries were supposedly just put into the fryer and weren't ready so They asked me to pull up and wait in front of the store. I wait for 20 minutes. During this time the car behind me and the car behind them pulled in front of the store next to me. Our orders should have came out the door in this exact order instead mine was last (though I had to go in to get it), the person behind me was first, and the person behind them was second! All of our orders were scrambled around. I walked into the store to complain about not getting my order and when I did, they gave me a bag that was the wrong order. I am giving this Wendy's 5 stars because we have eaten here three times with great results. Their hamburgers have always been hot and the patties are flavorful. We order our fries well done because we like them extra crispy. The Mexican women who have taken my orders have always been friendly and helpful. I wish their soda machine was accessible to diners. This Wendys is bad for Service No change for $100 at 1:00 oclock in the afternoon its lunch time, I asked the Manager what am I so post to do watch everyone else eat, she shrugged her sholders. My meal came out to $20 Dollars change would of been $80. I find it Hard to believe the store doesnt have $80 Dollars.
