About two days ago, me and my grandmother went to Wendy's craving some chili beans and A potato when we went up to the drive-through, one of the employees were really rude because my grandmother wanted some bacon in her chili beans. The employee goes on acting like she didn't know what we were talking about and goes on with the attitude and put someone else on the line he was kind of rude also and they never end up putting bacon in the chili beans but meanwhile when I got back to the house, my chili beans were watered down. They had a smell to the chili beans me not thinking because I was really hungry and I was gonna smack on this. I ate the whole thing. a day after my stomach started really hurting. I had bubble guts. I wasn't sure what was going on this morning I threw up all the chili beans and they were coming out for my rear end. I give this Wendy's restaurant no stars your service was bad. Your employees were rude for no reason Maybe you should give your employees a day where you teach them how to treat other people with respect and make the food. The right way instead of hiring people that don't do the job and just there for the money but remind you, I'm not here to get on nobody's case about anything but I really got sick from the chili beans I never had a problem until I went to this Wendy's!!. read more

Fries are supposed to be guaranteed hot however they don't seem to careif they're hot!Instead of saying "have a nice day@ they should just say"check your order before you leave Because you're food may or may not be hot today "also got a 4 piece nugget and only 2 we're hot and the other 2 were so old that they were dry and hard! When I called for to make a complaint the manager told me I had to go right back to get it replaced and I told her that I couldn't and she said that I always give them problems so I would have to go back the same day now I will just keep calling their corporate office and see what they will for me I feel like I shouldn't have to go back there again but there is no other Wendy's where I can go eat near where I work I have no choice but to go there and now I'm going to have to just ask for everything fresh out of the oil if I also want to get good service I have to put up a fake smile just so that they can treat me right! read more

If I could do lower then one star I would. When I come with my friends after a long night with no food to a Wendy's we never think that this will be the moment to ruin the night. All it takes is one person and one situation. When my friends order was incorrect and we got food we did not order we calmly got back in line to fix it. Knowing that they can't sell this food anymore they gave us we proceeded to eat the wrong order. When we got back in line they agreed at the menu to fix the problem but at the window they would only give us one of the items we ordered. Only because they wanted to throw away the messed up order instead of us eating it. The man we assumed to be the manager was cold, judgmental, childish, sassy, and stubborn. Two days ago I visited the Wendy's drive thru on Baseline in Highland CA. This location has been closed for remodel for quite some time. I thought, new remodel, new improved food menu items, perhaps new employees, fresh improved customer service.. Although the customer service was satisfactory, the food and drink left much to be desired. I requested Fanta regular size, I got large highly carbonated slightly grape flavored drink.. I requested what I thought was a chicken sandwich with bourbon sauce on the side, I got a Bourbon beef burger combo with a greasy smell that made me nauseous.. fries satisfactory..for $11.00 +change. I had to throw the combo away with would have been my dinner meal..at those prices you cannot use gas drive back to the site, or repeat the buy .. Nope! there has been a change with service but food is worse than before remodel .. Servers need to check order to ensure they are correct, that soda machines really have Duda in them..Finally, the paper bags for food has changed -flimsy paper that tore apart when I tried carrying my bag into my house. Sadly, not recommending at least what I received for food but the drive thru staff were ok. read more

Just went here via the drive-thru this evening. The service and quality was good but the drive thru menu has NO lighting at all. My friends and I have been here 3 times within the last 2 months and that's it, no more. First of all I give businesses at least 2 tries before I post something. Ok to start off its about 50degrees inside Second, they are always short staffed and the staff they do have is not even trained to be multi tasked. The food was mediocre for example we ordered the lettuce wraps there they have grilled or fried... I had a fried one a my friend had a grilled one. Big no no, they were both super dry and tasted like cardboard. Mine the fried chicken was so old I couldn't even bite into it so I took it back to get a fresh one and it literally took them 10min to give me a new one. It wasn't because they were freshly frying it, it was cause they only had 1 sandwich maker!! Wow. So my friend ordered a grilled one and it was way too dry and chewy she didnt even finish it and had to get extra sauce to make it someone edible. We wont be back at Wendy's any time soon. Spent most of the day shopping for our last minute Christmas gifts when we decided to go out for a quick bite to eat. Wendy's has become one of our favorite places to eat when we're in a hurry or just want a good burger. The establishment is located across the street from Applebee's. This place was really clean to include the restrooms, which are usually a common issue with restaurants. The staff was very busy in the background making the food and only one of them was at the front. Brittany was very nice and seemed like she enjoyed being at work, which is also rare during such late hours. She was very patient as we ordered our meals and also gave off a welcoming feel. Which says a lot about these kinds of establishments. Overall the service and food were great with the exception of one thing. The fries were both over and undercooked. Never thought that could be possible, but now I know. This is the reason why I had to remove one star. I'm guessing the person in charge of the fries probably forgot about the fries! lol. But this is something I can overlook being that it's my first time here, so hopefully it was just today. Good food and good customer service. I highly recommend. read more

I love Wendy's but not this one today. Resturant smells awful and wait time in store is way too long. The server was nice and attentive but waiting ten minutes to place an order is unacceptable. As is the stench. Took fifteen minutes to get our food. When we sat down to eat my son's order was wrong. He went up to the counter to get the right burger. That took another six minutes. Being new to the area, I was stoked to see that there was a Wendy's down the street from me. I used to always go to the location in Fontana to get my Wendy's fix. I was definitely not impressed with the quality of food here at the Redlands location. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was tough and rubbery. My chili had beans that were hard and not cooked thoroughly. The only good thing about my meal were the fries and strawberry lemonade. Might give another shot hoping it was just a bad day but definitely not impressed! read more

I went to this location 4/30/2021 at 10:00 pm and I ordered 28 dollars of food,I ask if they handed me everything and the little Mexican girl say ya with a very bad attitude!! So I pulled over to check on the parking lot and sure enough missing two large chills. Now the have a line around the building so I knock on the front doors and they just staring at me and nobody's coming to even see what I need. So I decided to try to call and they won't answer the phone,so now I am holding my phone up in the air and waving it at them and still nothing.. So now it 14 minutes after I ordered and I get back in line and get to the window and the girl knows what I wanted it was sitting right at the edge of the window. Going through the drive through with a large order and they ended up mixing the order up. No worries at all. When I went back around they wouldn't switch out my order and the manager was incredibly rude , consistently rolling eyes and acting annoyed. Whenever I go to my local towns Wendy's I get the apple pecan salad, I love funky things in my salads that you just wouldn't think go together. But with each bite it's just amazing. It has candied almonds, green apples, blue cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, spinach, arugula and warm grilled chicken pieces that don't taste frozen! I'm giving this Wendy's 5 stars because of it's AMAZING staff. They are incredibly friendly, they are always smiling look happy to be there which is pretty rare for a fast food place. The food is also very good here. The food isn't all messy and falling apart, it looks like they actually take the time to put everything together nicely, it doesn't look rushed. Great food, clean place, friendly staff. The drive thru always moved quickly and the staff is equally as friendly there. Perfect place to stop at on my way to work or when I'm hungry at night. The Tuscan chicken on ciabatta was delicious! It was only there for a limited time but I loved it so much that I ate it like 10 times before it was discontinued, now I just stick with the baconator :) man I love this Wendy's! read more

I had a great experience here today. I walked in to be greeted with a smile by Justin, one of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered. He got my order correct and asked lots of questions to make sure it was right. He spelled my name wrong, but hey, that's alright. Small mistake in comparison to the great customer service he had. I then witnessed some man yell at him for asking if the order was here or to go. The man was very upset that he had to ask and did not assume it was to go. Cold food, filthy tables & a rude mocking staff. Never again!

I had ordered here from DoorDash, and one of my items had gotten mixed up and I was given the wrong sandwich. Not knowing how to go about getting a refund, or the sandwich I had ordered, I called Wendy's to start there. As I was explaining my problem, the employee I was talking to started giving me an attitude and had basically told me that it wasn't his problem, saying it would "take too long". After going around in this circle for a good minute, I started getting frustrated because I had got no answers, asked him to own up to his actions and fix his mistakes and he had hung up on me. This has probably been the worst customer service I have ever received, and I probably will never be ordering again from this location. read more

Came in to try the $4 meal and was served cold nasty fries and semi warm nuggets. The drink was cold as was my hamburger. I witnessed an off duty employee use her dirty hands to grab ice out of the ice storage to get a drink very gross. I don't go to Wendy's often. When I do go, it's mainly for their salads and now for their cookies. The reason I gave them 5 stars: I've been coming more often for the past few months, mostly drive-thru, their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Every single time. The crew is awesome and their store manager and district manager needs to have a meeting with corporate and give the team a nicely, sized bonus. Really! They deserve it. They work well together and they make me want to come back more. They're always freaking happy. read more
