I had a great experience here today. I walked in to be greeted with a smile by Justin, one of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered. He got my order correct and asked lots of questions to make sure it was right. He spelled my name wrong, but hey, that's alright. Small mistake in comparison to the great customer service he had. I then witnessed some man yell at him for asking if the order was here or to go. The man was very upset that he had to ask and did not assume it was to go. Instead of getting flustered, Justin the Wendy's Guy was calm and polite to this rude man. He's my hero. I will return just to encounter this wonderful worker once again. Godspeed, Justin. Godspeed. read more

I love Wendy's! I like the appeal of the burgers being fresh. The chicken nuggets are awesome and the value menu is a life saver. The sea salt fries are cool but the ones from before were the best. read more

I always have a good experience getting food to go from this Wendy's location. The burgers are so good with thick juicy beef patties and my kids love the chicken nuggets. You can't go wrong with the value menu either, as the double stack burger and crispy chicken sandwich are truly awesome!! read more

I had ordered here from DoorDash, and one of my items had gotten mixed up and I was given the wrong sandwich. Not knowing how to go about getting a refund, or the sandwich I had ordered, I called Wendy's to start there. As I was explaining my problem, the employee I was talking to started giving me an attitude and had basically told me that it wasn't his problem, saying it would "take too long". After going around in this circle for a good minute, I started getting frustrated because I had got no answers, asked him to own up to his actions and fix his mistakes and he had hung up on me. This has probably been the worst customer service I have ever received, and I probably will never be ordering again from this location. read more

Drive thru service was quick, but once I sat down to eat my meal the fries were too salty (could not eat them, that's how much salt they used) and their fruit chiller drink was too sweet...way too much syrup or sugar..also couldn't drink it. Overall my meal was a waste of money. read more

Food and service was good. The wait at the drive through and missing utensils was the only thing that kept it from 5 stars.

I ordered a large meal and got small fries instead of a large. Paid all that extra for a small fry. I would've went back but because I have a short lunch I have to settle for these little ass fries. read more

How many times do I need to put my order in and have it repeated to me incorrectly? Then correctly, then this lady forgets and starts all over. Very strange. read more

This location sucks. I say this after just walking out again. They are in a busy location, but 1 register open with a line that us backed ip to tge entrance door is ridiculous. I have ealked out before because of the lines, & the drive thru is no better. Never again will I drive to tgat location, I will give my money & business to the Colton location read more

This review isn't necessarily for this location. This is for all Wendy's in general. I love the berry burst salad. Tried for the first time a couple weeks ago and get it now often for lunch. read more

I don't go to Wendy's often. When I do go, it's mainly for their salads and now for their cookies. The reason I gave them 5 stars: I've been coming more often for the past few months, mostly drive-thru, their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Every single time. The crew is awesome and their store manager and district manager needs to have a meeting with corporate and give the team a nicely, sized bonus. Really! They deserve it. They work well together and they make me want to come back more. They're always freaking happy. read more

If I wanted a small frosty I would have ordered & PAID for a small vs ordering & paying for a medium and getting a medium cup filled 2" from the top...so much for late night drive thru... read more

My family and I always have a pleasant visit at this store. Food is always fresh and right on the budget. The staff is always friendly.

Can't get an order right. Asked for extra onions and ketchup on burger and they put one ring of onion and sparse ketchup. They need to hire some help that can get an order right. read more

Wendy's - Asked for extra onions and ketchup, this is what i got. - Burgers Near Me - Redlands, California

Very disappointing visit to Wendy's today. My daughter ordered an apple pecan chicken salad. I specifically asked for NO Bleu cheese. We arrived at her practice early so she could eat, but had to throw away the salad because there was Bleu cheese on it. A lot of Bleu cheese. The guy did not give a receipt either. I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants because the quality of the food and service is poor. This experience confirms my belief. Definitely won't be back. read more

The Cashier Tetrina and the Hispanic young lady at the front were very friendly and smiling when talking to the customers, very nice fast and friendly good job!!! read more

This gentleman who always is working the drive through when I come by is always the most pleasant person, patient, and helpful. My meal is always correct and I never wait. So Wendy's, whoever you have working the drive thru, young man in early 20s with brown hair, I think his name tag said Gary or something, A+. He's someone you need to keep around. read more

we had to wait when we got to be out turn because the employee had to check on something,?? no one else can take orders??!Then the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned!! yipes!! had to walk around til we could find a somewhat clean one. we still had to clean it anyway. if you go bring some wipes wo you would catch anything!!! The manager, Mario, is a really good guy! The food is good and always fresh, but there was a mixup last week and we had no plan to complain. It was not a big deal. But Mario offered free Frosties for my kids. Pretty cool. read more

This place is so fast at geting your food extreamly nice and it taste fresh never frozen ha.

The food was satisfying. The Creamy Sriracha sauce always makes everything taste more delicious and spicy.

This is your run of the mill Wendy's. Service was quick. Very clean facility. And 50 cent frosties!!

I refuse to go to this place again. I took my mother there tonight and she received an overcooked baked potato. After trying to eat a few bites, she could not so I took it up there and asked for another one. The shift manager said: "I needed to bring it up sooner. It is not fair to ask for another after trying to eat it." This is basically saying that I was asking for a free meal. I told him that I was not trying to. I also said that they have lost a customer. You do not humiliate people in front of others. My mother is 68 and diabetic and she did not want to make waves. I threw out the rest of my food and walked out. read more

The last time I ever go to Wendy's. The lady on drive thru duty messed up my order three times and gave me the stink eye at the window. Ordered a frosty and got a parfait sized cup ration. I asked for a large on my order and received a medium instead. the only thing they were good on was time in the drive thru. read more

In my opinion the Food is always Great . The employees have always been friendly. But today I too had a cashier JENIECE LIE to my face and rip me off today. yes I did online survey also I don't care that it was 89cents its the principle. I specifically asked her about it. Now having read reviews I'm apparently not the only one being ripped off there. Yes i have my receipt to prove it. I Will come back but i will take my sweet time & check my receipt first especially in the drive thru. It seems Janiece thinks she can lie to her customers in the drive thru but it will catch up to her. read more

I really love Wendy's. I'm going to start out with that so you know that its just this specific Wendy's that sucks. This Wendy's used to be good, they used to be great actually. Something must have happened because it has slowly started going down hill. The associates all used to be so nice and welcoming and up beat even at stressful points in the day. Now lately when I have gone there they dont say thank you or are very polite in any way. I am really disappointed because this is the closest Wendy's to me so I called them and asked to speak to a Manager so the associate put the Manager on. She had the audacity to answer with "yeah?", so I had said, "uh, hello?" and she again answered with "yeah.", but not as a question it was more of an annoyed acknowledgment that i said something. Needless to say, step up your game Wendy's! read more

Tried to give this place a 3rd chance.... My mistake. I've came here three times and every one of those times the customer service was horrible. Employees are extremely rude and can not get an order correct. read more
