I'm finally home, back in Red Bluff and I find out about the food deals at Wendy's. They sent me an email. OMG! What a deal right now! Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit breakfast thingy for just $1.00, that's right just a buck each .... Can't get anything for $1.00 these days! I ordered 5 of them! I ordered online, it's fastest, I dunno if the deal is good in the store ordering. I get there 10 minutes later and my order is ready! $5.00 and a little tax. I'm not sure I can eat two of these biscuit things ... suppose to be 540 calories each and a ton of salt, but what the heck, once in awhile isn't too bad. They are yummy! I'll freeze the rest, so thaw and micro zap and it's all good again! So, take advantage of the $1.00 prices cause it may not last too much longer! I sat inside to enjoy the food while it was still at its hottest. I just ate two and will save the rest for later. read more

Well I have been going here since their after fire kick off. At first it was absolutely excellent. Excellent customer service and everything. Now it's going down hill now. Tonight I asked for ketchup and napkins. It was as if they saw a ghosts or something. Showing me three packets in a tray saying it's all they have until after 9:00. Really? Are they really on the last three packets in the store? Or are they lazy. And I did get my single napkin. Oh well. What's the point of mobile order? We ordered our food at 11:47 so it will be on time for my lunch break. We came in at 12:25 watched everyone go through the drive thru also come in and order all those people got their food first. Finally 12:20 we received our food order when my lunch break is over at 12:30. Make this make sense. I came in and told them I was here for a mobile order a few people checked and asked me the same question and told them. Why isn't my food ready???? Why all of these people just standing around?? Went in today, just wanted a cheese burger, fries and a soda. So ordered the jr bacon biggie bag. I told them to keep the nuggets as I dont like them. The person I was ordering from says we cant do that. I will have to charge you for a 8 dollar bag. I said you are still going to make a profit of what I didnt want. If I can give no stars to this Wendy's I would. Just stopped in here from an 8 hour drive & decided to stop here as it was the closest fast food off the freeway. There were 3 people waiting for their food but there was no attendant at the register to take our order even though we could clearly see 6 people in the background. At 3 different times 3 attendants came to the register but never asked if they could take our order, even a manager came & totally ignored us while I mentioned to each person I was ready to order. What a CHEAP Wendy's this is. Read your receipt carefully, as odds are you've been over-charged. We did the drive through for some frosty's and root beer floats as it was hot as balls out and we were on a long road trip and exhausted. We ordered our drinks, and also asked for a large ice water. When we were leaving I looked at my receipt and noticed they had charged me for 2 "side jalapeno" at 30 cents each. So 60 cents added to my receipt for what? I went back and questioned them, and the girl said it was for the ice water. Um...if it was for the water, why is there no "water" button, why are you lying and saying you sold me jalapeno's? Just to over-charge me? So I seriously got charged for a water even though I had bought several drinks? I mean I would understand them charging me for the cup if I had bought nothing else...but I bought $10 dollars worth of drinks. Whoever is working at this location at 8:30 am on Saturday April 8th is a fucking moron. We ordered three of the sandwiches with bacon (#7) and he gave us the most plain sandwiches ever, no bacon in sight. THREE orders done wrong . We even asked him for ketchup and he looked like he would have gave us attitude if he didn't think he'd get fired. Fuck this location. They low key want you to think they are closed at night lol no lights, menu has no lights, the Wendy's building itself has no lights. You will need a flashlight for the menu. Spicy chicken sandwich was super dry, the fries were soggy and no salt, the burger had little to no effort . Always ask for a receipt and check your order, because it seems like every other time I go through the drive through, they get my order completely wrong, I'd understand if it happened once during a lunch rush, but it's happened five or six times to me over the last couple months, and one of those times I bothered to go back and get my order corrected, to which they asked for a receipt, of course they don't give out receipts half the time so I didn't have one. Umm what can be said about this awful establishment. The staff was nice but they messed up our order and sent my grandfather into an angry rage as he ended up with a gluten free option and the wrong burger. I love coming to Wendy's to grab a frosty. This Wendy's is located by a gas station, so you'll have to cut through the gas station first. This Wendy's is fairly clean with lots of tables for the customers. The chocolate frosty was very good on a super hot day. I'd come back to get more in the future. read more

I may be biased in that I only ever order one thing from Wendy's which is the Spicy Asiago Chicken Club. It's my absolute favorite and I truly believe the Wendy's in Red Bluff makes the best ones. I live closer to Redding, but when I drive by Red Bluff, I'll stop and have that chicken sandwich. The bacon is just so crispy, the lettuce so fresh (this is important since a lot of fast food restaurants tend to serve food with some very sad looking lettuce) and it's just complete yumminess altogether! Went before work in the drive through. You always have to ask for the reciept or you wont get one. Price i was told to pay seemed high so upon paying and getting my food i asked for the reciept. I was overcharged. I informed the cashier and she stood there and did the math in her head to derermine that i was owed 1$ back. I recived the dollar but the math still obviously wasnt right. I was still overcharged for my order. She didnt bother to ring up the order correctly to determine the actual cost of my order and deemed 1$ to be right. I dont feel like this is appropriate and wonder how much profit margin theyre making off of overcharging or even forgetting to upgrade or give correct food. If they dont give out reciepts how many people miss this? If you dont get a reciept and your order is wrong and missing food how can you prove it? My wife and I are not big fast food people anymore but when on the road late at night sometimes it's all that's open. I have always liked Wendys since a kid but my wife, since I met her, insisted it was no good. I got her to give it another shot and she likes it now :) Good chicken sandwiches.
