Stopped by after a long day of work, never have I had to spit out my food from Wendy's. This Wendy's use to be the best, I have no idea what happened to the hard working kind staff. Current staff doesn't know how to make a simple chicken sandwhich apparently. Not one but TWO spicy chicken sandwiches were so hard that I literally could not bite into it. It's like the chicken they used had been sitting out for hours and they just stuck it into a bun w lettuce. Had to throw them in the trash. I also ordered a frosty and of course they were melted. I was a long way from home and I wanted to eat in the car but of course I couldn't because this Wendy's didn't give me napkins, straws, or utensils. Food was pretty good, hot and fresh. The employees were kind and willing to help. However, make sure u bring ur own napkins when going to the restroom because they don't have any and only have air dryers but in these times of covid doesn't seem too sanitary to me. Also, when I ate with my family it was kind of uncomfortable because we were just kinda getting squished in and didn't even get trays. Also, they forgot our fries so make sure you check ur food. The food is great fast food. I usually don't write negative reviews but this is the third time I've gone to this particular Wendy's and had rude service. There are no cars behind me in the drive thru every time, and every time I feel rushed to order. They say is that all with each item I order as if I shouldn't be adding anything else they have better things to do. When I pull up to the window, They don't say anything much, and don't smile. They pass my card back and give me the food, I ask for ketchup and say please, and they don't answer verbally just grab the ketchup and hand it to me in a way which makes me feel like they'd rather be throwing it into my car. Even Chipotle doesn't make me feel as rushed as this Wendy's. NOT good vibes. Maybe they need have a staff training on how to be polite to customers... Like I said, no cars were behind me in the drive thru every single time this has happened! I don't really like mcdonalds but I will say the one right next to Wendy's off Dinah shore .. I love Wendy's and this store is great. The food is served quickly and the staff are quite efficient in getting your order right. Great chili and great chicken sandwiches. I also love the baked potatoes, as it is hard to find a place that sells just a baked potato for your meal. And the chocolate frosting are great. read more

Only went through the drive-thru, but I was super impressed with how quick their service was. Before they had swiped my credit card, my bag of food was already in my car. Let me start by saying I like Wendy's hamburgers. However, the service at this location is so slow I hate going there..but it's the only nearby location. They NEVER have more than one register open, even when there are 20 people standing in line. You get one customer who has no idea what they want until they get to the register and start reading the menu board and you can wait 20 minutes or more. Ask to have the other register opened and they snap at you. As my dad used to say, "never make anyone who wants to give you money have to wait to do so." Everytime i go to wendy's I ask myself, "Why don't I come here more often?." They're food is affordable and delicious, would much prefer spending a dollar for a monterey ranch crispy chicken sandwich then a crappy mcchicken from mcdonalds. I hope that the burger I had at my most-recent visit to Wendy's is not indicative of a permanent change. On this visit, the burger was more compressed than normal (the meat usually has sort of a crumbly consistency), and quite dry. Wendy's is, in my opinion, a bit of a step up from Burger King, Carl's Jr. and most definitely McDonald's. The decor is pleasant, and for some reason they are playing a lot of ballads from the `50's on their in-house speakers. (Most places play up-tempo music to get you to eat faster and leave. Their music is more relaxing.) Menu choices are good, even on the 99-cent side of the menu board. Their 99-cent "deluxe cheeseburger" comes with tomato, onion, and a couple of small pickle slices. Not bad for the price. Their Wild Berry Parfait comes with fresh fruit, and is good. My root beer float seemed to have a lot more ice cream than root beer, though. All in all, it's a nice place for cheap eats, and I'll have to remember to stop by more often. read more

Zero stars if I could give zero. Poor management which reflects in the associates. The manager just made excuses and excuses. No solution. No explanation as to what may have happened. No apologies. No sense of customer service. And the fact that a manager would hand someone a credit card without checking an ID really says why the employees have no proper training either. Had to review this place, not because it has great food. Let's face it, it's fast food. But when I say "fast" I mean "FAST"! My office is just down the street so I've been through their drive through several times over the last few years. As soon as you pull up to the drive-through menu the server's voice projects from the speaker asking you what you would like to order. You place your order and before you are around the corner there may be a bag out the window. It's unbelievable. It's so fast I am flustered pulling up to the window because I don't want to slow them down fumbling to pull money out of my wallet.
