Asked for mayonnaise no ketchup no mustard looks like they scraped off the condiments
Ruby M.

Went to your drive-thru asked for a plane burger with mayonnaise went home looks like you guys scraped off the inside of a burger took a picture called ask for manager supervisor answered was rude honestly will never go back again to purchase again

Food quality, compared to other fast food burgers: Pretty good. HOWEVER: Prices have become ridiculous. WORSE: Nelson Peltz, Chairman of the Board of Trian Partners..owners of Wendy's is a HUGE Trump supporter. FACT: Wendy's PAC funnels millions to DT. InNOut now gets our business.

Asked for no onions. Had large pieces of onions
Jessica G.

Upon ordering, I asked for a crispy grilled chicken sandwich. I triers to explain that I didn't want it hard rock crispy, because so many times they over cook it that it's almost inedible. And I wanted fresh chicken. So I asked them to make it as fresh as possible but I guess something was funny when I explained that the guy scoffed and giggled at me. When I asked for them to make modifications they were just not paying attention! I said no onions and they put no tomatoes on the screen so I repeated myself and yet they still put onions in my burger. When I was at the window they spoke Spanish and were making fun of my order. I literally have never experienced anything and the guy was so rude and I could tell. He gave me a mean look. No common courtesy at all. And I asked for light ice and they put extra ice in my drink. Seriously the worst Wendy's. Customer service and food is always off!

Fully loaded baked potato...What?
Anjrue Z.

Came for a good ole baked potato. Asked for it fully loaded. Girl had no clue what I meant. Asked if they have a fully loaded baked potato. She said yes of course. Girl then proceeded to just start listing every kind of butter and cheese they have. Asked if there is a normal set for fully loaded. Girl said I don't know. Asked again to do what normally people get when it is fully loaded. Proceeded to dump everything on there and $2 potato become $8. Forgot the one thing I specifically name dropped in my order: the green onions. Kinda my fault but she was no help and brainless and I'm pretty sure I have diabeetus now

a hamburger with a smiley face on it
Remy E.

Wendy's manager steadily kept telling me, it's not mold it's just dust.. sorry, ma'am dust don't stick and grow in the bun.. even if it was just dust , which was not.. I still wouldn't eat it.. you gotta be kidding me... yes, I took a few bite of my burger. The burger happen to flip and that's when I saw mold... had to grab my mom's burger quick before she can even take a bite.

The servers might not know your name, but I've never had a server that wasn't helpful and nice. Parking can be busy, but never difficult. So now the food. I've eaten here a lot over the years and I've never had a bad meal. The garlic fries are awesome and everything from burgers to salads and tacos, delicious. My sole complaint, some burgers are so tall it's impossible to eat them like a regular burger. So, this spot is a solid 5/5. Not crazy expensive, nice staff, good food, easy in and out. Give it a try.

The food is exactly the same each time I go. Service has significantly dropped in the past two years. I watch tables get ignored, including my own, while other tables have waiters stop and chat. Requests are "forgotten" or ignored. Either they bring the bill while you're taking your 3rd bite or you are waiting for 10 minutes trying to flag someone down. Everything about service is inconsistent. Tony's isn't cheap. I would expect less service from a less expensive restaurant. I am saddened that the exceptional service I used to get is not happening now. Good food. Great ice! Music isn't too loud. Great selection of options on the menu.

My iced tea was completely forgotten, and no one ever checked back to see if we needed drink refills or how we were enjoying our meals. They also forgot to bring out the burger patty we ordered for my dog. We had multiple different servers coming to our table, yet somehow no one seemed to be paying attention to what we actually needed. Instead, we were repeatedly asked if we wanted boxes, as though they were more concerned with getting us out the door than making sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Not once did anyone ask how our food was or whether everything was okay. For a restaurant where you expect good food and friendly service, this was a huge letdown. Very disappointing, especially when basic customer service shouldn't be this difficult.

This is the second time I've been here and just like the first visit, we've enjoyed our meal…read more Beginning of the week which was pretty mellow. It could also be the after lunch rush and an hour before happy hour which we didn't know till we got seated. It's located in a massive strip mall so parking is alway going to be pretty easy finding a spot. That's what I notice in the desert, you can alway find parking and it tends to be free. Anyways, they have a nice little patio area right out front. Give or take about 6 tables or so with both 2 seaters and 4 seaters tables. Inside is the main attraction. Bar seating available as well as the main dining area. Both times we've been, it's alway been outside seating as it's nice to people watch. You check in with the hostess but as it was mellow when we arrived, it was basically wherever you would like. Patio which we opted for did have 2 tables being utilize. Water was brought out as well as the menu. It's a mixture of everything so whatever you have a craving for. With starters, salads, sandwiches and burgers, pastas and pizzas. From the experience last time, I did notice that their pizza was a big thing as a lot of them were coming out. Service is alway great and everyone is very friendly. Good customer services does go a very long way and makes the experience more enjoyable. Started off with a pint of cider which they had a few selections. Went with what the waitress recommended which was quite tasty. Also a Mexican lagers. Food, the chicken club sandwich and the smash burger. Not your classic club sandwich with traditional toast but more of a burger style. I believe it's something of a pretzel style bun with mixed greens, onions, tomatoes, of course bacons and avocado and a nice juicy piece of grilled chicken breast. That was served with nice crispy fries which was delicious. As for the smash burger style, traditionally smashed patties with all the trimmings. That as well came with fries. Simple dish but quite tasty. Service was great as all the staffs were amazing. Food, great as well. Simple but yet so flavorful and delicious. It did start to pick up when we were getting ready to leave as HH was approaching. The last time we came was during dinner which they were quite busy. Just like every restaurant, you have your rush hour and the more mellow hours. Food was great and worth trying out. Next time, need to check out HH.

Dinner for two at Heydey in downtown Palm Springs…read more It was our first time there and we had an excellent experience. Heydey is a casual (shorts and t-shirts seemed too be the preferred attire) retro diner mixed with a cocktail lounge featuring dark red booths, stained-glass lampshades, and an outdoor patio. The restaurant is small with limited seating and does not do reservations but we had no trouble being seated immediately on a Wednesday evening at around 6. Our super friendly and charming server was Cesar who greeted us with the biggest smile which he maintained throughout our visit - it makes a dining out experience all-the-more enjoyable to have someone like Cesar taking care of you. We both ordered the "Martini and Burger" special which featured a single smash burger described on the menu as "Fresh beef blend, American cheese, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, house made 1,000, on a griddled potato bun." The special was $20.75 each. While the burger was delicious, we felt it was on the small side and could have been larger. The martinis were standard size and on the strong side. The burger does not come with anything at all so we ordered a regular order of fries to share ($7.75) and the order size was more than enough for two of us. While best known for their signature smash burgers, HeyDey also offers cheeseburgers, vegan burger options, crispy fries, chicken sandwiches, wings, and house-made sauces. Bar is limited to beer, wine and martinis. Bottom line: small, friendly, casual downtown Palm Springs eatery known for its smash burgers and martinis. Service was excellent. Other than for disappointment in the small size of the burgers and the fact that any sides were a la carte - we will be back to try other items on the menu - hoping to get Cesar as our server ;-)

We are trying to explore places we have longed to visit…read more Because we are already at the Loft Hair Studio for hairstyling this morning, I took my husband out for lunch as part of his birthday week. We got to Gastro grind at around 12 or so and saw a bunch of people on the patio and enjoying some really great looking food and brews. The place is really fun inside with list of some very appetizing drinks and a menu that really excited me for all the variety of burger and sandwiches and salads. Joshua gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our questions. I wanted to try the bistro burger without the bun even though I love brioche. He suggested I make the bistro burger into a bowl. This creation comes with a yummy salad of arugula and fresh tomatoes surrounded by at least a half of an avocado so beautifully arranged. Now, if you put caramelized onions on something you have won my heart. The flavor of the burger was already outstanding, but the onions really elevate this dish. I decided to go with the sweet potato fries as my side order. We both had really great fresh iced tea with lemon. Sweet potato fries were really really good with delicate flavor. My husband zeroed in on the Oinker which includes not only a great burger, but pork belly and fig jam. Fig jam is another one of my passions. When he was nearly finished with his burger, I was hoping there would be a bite for me to try so I know what I'm talking about in my review. My brain was saying, I could never order anything, but the bistro burger, but when I tasted the Oinker, I realized that I could go on and explore some more of these amazing meals because one is just as great as the other. The piece de resistance, for his happiness was the perfect onion rings. You know when onion rings are authentic and made on the spott. He's still talking about the onion rings and he'll probably talk about them for days. I also wanted to bring home something nice for my son who's in school and so we ordered an ABC sandwich which has pork belly and other delights. I'm sure he's going to like this because he's a foodie as well. The ABC has avocado, bacon, cheese, braised pork belly, mozzarella, tomato, arugula, on a grilled sourdough bread. We usually have differences of opinion on our foodie tours but today, I sat in shock as my tough reviewer husband raved on and on about this wonderful lunch. I hope that you will give the sweet little gem in Palm Desert some love and experience some of the amazing food that they produce. It will take us a while to work our way through this crazy menu we admire so much. They are on the north side of CA - 111 and there is plenty of parking.

Given the weather, we decided to still give it a shot since this location was on our must try list. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff who offered us to seat anywhere we'd like. Cold beer on summer special ($5-$6) fixed my partner back up for a moment until we felt the AC kick back on. lol. We had the Bistro Burger with Truffle Fries and the Oinker with Tater Tots. I was excited to try the Oinker after seeing they had fresh pork belly posted on their instagram that day. The Bistro was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of the Oinker after trying my partner's Bistro burger. The combination of ingredients felt dry, the burger wasn't as hot, and I realized there was no cheese in this either. What's a burger without cheese? :( I wish the server forewarned me! Maybe a grilled onion would also be better suited? I also asked for a side of their lemon aioli for my fries, and ended up adding this to my burger to add some extra sauce. The tater tots and fries were perfectly crisp. And I usually don't finish my fries, but we ate every last bite of these plates. Overall, great! I would return to try more of their various burger offerings.
