That can happen on glass (like a cold Coke bottle being placed in a hot room), but styrofoam - NO. I didn't argue with her because it was clear that this manager has an answer for everything. Overall I probably won't return. The food was not well-prepared and I found the manager a bit abrasive and off-putting. If you look at the reviews and compare them to another location like the other one at Dallas Hwy (near Due West Rd), its clear that this location is being poorly run.
