I'm wondering how the hell this Zaxby'at this location is still open. This is the worst restaurant for servuce and food. Any given day or anytime you can expect to give of 30 plus minutes of your time waiting in the drive thur or in dining room. After your wait you're luck to get what you ordered correctly. There is ALWAYS a non-moving line wrapped around the building. Also, a waiting line inside. The attached picture is the 2nd salad after driving back to the restaurant and returning the first one due to rotten lettuce greens. I requested the mgr and explained to her I didn't want salad because as she could clearly see the greens was rotten. She never apologized. She only said ' Oh yeah that is bad, do you want another one or your money back? I decided to give them a 2nd chance. She said " I'll make it myself". Well, I really don't feel she remade it. It was to quick. What it appears she did was remove the rotten greens which was on top and added more lettuce. Now as you can see I have a biwl full of lettuce greens and very little chicken. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME !!! If you visit the location just off Dallas Hwy near West Cobb Ave shopping plaza you will be in and out in 10mins max. Doesn't matter if your in drive thur or dining room. There you will receive quality service and food in a timely manner. Not to mention friendly smiling faces. I will drive out of my way first to another location. The is ridiculous and unacceptable to say the least. This is the replacement salad

So, I used to eat Zaxby's quite a bit. I started eating here when it was known as Zax in Statesboro. This is the location closest to my house. The reason that I have not gone here much is the quality of the food. My wife talked me into going again last night. While in the way, I pulled over to place and order using their online app. The app clearly states that you can either pickup the order in the drive-thru line or park in a spot where they will deliver your order to the car. When I arrived, it was quite busy. I had selected to pickup the order in the drive-thru. After waiting for nine cars in front of me, I got to the menu board. This is where my experience took a bad turn. I was informed that they no longer handle online orders in the drive-thru. They informed me that I would have to park and come in. I didn't have a face mask with me as I had not planned on leaving my car. I parked and went inside without a mask. After waiting for two orders in front of me, I asked to speak to the manager. I asked her what the point of online orders were when you have to come in. I then showed her my receipt which clearly detains the pickup procedure. She didn't have an answer. I finally got my order and left. As usual the food was disappointing. Expecting warm food when they place celery sticks on top of your boneless wings didn't work well.

The wrong closing time!

As I sit in the drive thru to pick up an online order, after being told they were closed, I'm confused. They close at 1030p. But it's 1006p. The math isn't mathing. I understand that staff is hard to find but continuing to have young teens and/or adults run your establishment will help run your establishment in the ground. The young lady that gave us the order was such in a rush that she closed the window without providing us with the drinks. After reminding her of the drinks, we had to tell her 3 times what the drinks were. I am not exaggerating either. I guess she had somewhere she needed to be. Maybe she has an emergency. You may need to check on her. I guess we will drive the extra miles to the Thomas B. Murphy location. Please update your online hours if you do not close at 1030p.

First time to this location, they had just opened. I went through the drive thru and was in and out within 5 minutes tops. Food was great and prepared with care. Wasn't "just tossed" into the box. I even upsized my order and they put my extra fries in their own separate small box. 10/10 would recommend! I'm not too sure about the previous reviews, but this location actually EXCEEDED my expectations. Good job guys!

Great place for a good meal. The staff is extra helpful. Some of the best chicken I have ever had.

With this establishment I was allowed to enter and stand inside to wait on my food . From my observation, I believe it was because I had on a mask . There was only one customer whom didn't have on a mask. The staff asked that customer to provide a phone number and he'd receive a call when his order is ready . I like the way it was handled . Since some customers refuse to wear a mask and employees shouldn't be responsible for trying to enforce wearing a mask and get involved in an argument with a customer. Good job Wingstop ! Now , I want to address the previous rating . It didn't deter me from trying the food because its only one review before mine. It's hard to make a decision based on one review. For this I felt like this place needed another opinion . Sadly a terrible employee can spoil it for everyone. Here's my experience: The place looked clean from as for as I could see. No one ate in the dining area , it was only one other customer inside besides me . The staff wore mask and a few were wearing gloves . I'm a little mixed on the gloves. I've said it before , but here is another scenario. It's like using the same condom in different people . Ok too much ? If you're exchanging money , using the register, and handling the food or the packaging that house the food with the same gloves ... Should I go on ? Although cleanliness is extremely important, most of you are here for the food review. I ordered the classic lemon pepper wings. You know everyone doesn't treat the wings the same . Sometimes they can be dry as a bone, greasy ,with week old oil and no flavor. I can honestly say the wings didn't taste old, there weren't too much seasoning, yet I could taste each pepper, salt and lemon separately. Yet they came together like a good marriage. The fries was too salty. Someone had a heavy hand over the shaker . Ease up in that Wingstop.Provide packets of salt for the customers who want to dust them to death in sodium. My drink of choice wasn't that exciting, but my insides thanked me for that good water. Lastly , I didn't have anyone serve me with a bad attitude. In fact they were so happy and smiling . Maybe that rude person was reprimanded after such review or no longer with the company. Who knows , but I had to share my experience. I gave it 4 stars because the fries were just too salty . I'll be back !

Upon my arrival I was greeted by 2 very nice young men. One was seated and on his phone...I assumed he was on a break..and the other was a cook. The cook asked if I had placed an order or if I was picking up. I was placing an order so he told me to wait a minute. He went to the back and came back and told me that I had to place the order online because the manager was on break. WTF!! He said they could not touch the register. I was about to leave when a woman came out of the bathroom and asked if I had been helped. I places my order and it came up to $17+...I only ordered an 8pc!! I was charged $2 extra for all flats...when did THAT uncharted increase?!!! Ok, I get it. As I'm waiting for my food I'm looking at my receipt and I see I have been upcharged for a drink. When I asked THE GENERAL MANAGER (who is running the register...the one who was in the bathroom) why I was charged, she told me they upcharge "walk-ins". WHAT?!!! I did not see any sign that says this is their practice and it just doesn't sound like something that should be happening. This practice is deceptive and as far as I'm concerned, it's THEFT. Just think how many people are being CHEATED and don't know...that is a lot of STOLEN money this location is receiving. I got a refund and I am reporting them. I don't HAVE to place an order online if I dont want to. I understand the extra charge for "flats". You DON'T have the right to "upcharge" me for ANYTHING I didn't ask for. This "general manager" didn't seem to care about any of it. She wasn't rude or anything, but didn't try to explain anything or make it right. She gave me the District Manager's name when I asked, and refunded my money. I hope to find out the owner's information so I can complain to them too. America's greed is out of control. ​
