    Look. It's a McDonalds, so I'm not going to try to rate another McDonalds menu. I am only rating this today to point out one employee. We came in on Sunday, Sept 2, 2018 at about 1pm. My wife and I and another couple came in just to get a quick bite on our way to the square in Marietta, so this was on the way. My buddy and I (both military veterans) were waited on by Amanda at the counter. She saw my buddies marine corps hat and bought him his meal, pretty dang cool. However, that wasn't the only reason I'm writing this review. Every single order that came thru while we were standing there, including 2 at the drive thru, were wrong. Amanda had rung everything up correct but who ever was in the back kept getting it wrong. Amanda handled every unhappy customer and issue with professionalism and a good attitude. I am amazed at how she fixed all the issues without getting upset or frustrated. Not sure how long this place can keep her, but thanks Amanda for keeping your cool. 4 stars ONLY because of Amanda, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. My wife's burger was dry, my buddies biscuit was dry, but we didn't want to add to Amanda's problem list.

    I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat on my way to an event. I ordered two meals. When I opened the bag, the fries looked like they were sprinkled with pepper. I asked the employees of McDonald's started putting salt and pepper on the fries, they replied no. I asked if we could get another order without the black sprinkles. Someone bagging food who appeared to be a manager said that's from the grease, it needs to be changed. The employee told us it would take a long time to get another order so I asked for a refund. We were then told they'd make us a fresh order. We waited a little over 5 minutes for more fries with the same black sprinkles. Unfortunately for us, we didn't realize this until we drove off. I called the location to speak with a supervisor. After the phone rang for 7 minutes, a gentleman who refused to give me his name answered claiming to be the supervisor. He claimed they no longer gave names out because they were connected to a gas station and people played on the phone often. I assured him I was not playing on the phone and that I was calling with a complaint. He rudely continued to question me asking for my information to which I advised I didn't feel comfortable providing since he didn't provide his. He then told me he would use the caller ID to forward my info to their director if HR. The interesting thing about that is if they had caller ID, he could've given me his name, especially if he was a supervisor. I called the national customer service number and reported this awful experience, but I caution anyone from going here. If the grease is so dirty it it makes the fries look peppered, imagine what is happening to other food that isn't visible. Patronize this location with extreme caution. My daughter and I were to afraid to eat anything so we just wasted money. But if you eat something from here it might be at the expense of you health.

    Best McDonald's in the area! Since we all know what a McDonald's is, I'm rating this one as it compares to other McDonalds. It has one of the best PlayPlaces. There is a seperate area for birthday parties and an Air Hockey table. But the service is second to none. There is a manager there, Josh, that because my wife and I are regulars he took the time to learn our names and where we are from. I've even been at the drive-thru where he's recongnized my voice. It's nice going to a place where you are greeted by name. I thought I was just special (like Norm at Cheer's) until one day I was in there with my wife and one of her friends and he also knew her name too. Pretty amazing service for a McDonalds.

    It's McDonald's...it's busy, it's noisy, and the food is consistent. The service is adequate. They keep the line moving and the food coming. I was hungry when I went in, and generally satisfied when I left. Only complaint was one of the 2 fountain soda machines was out of ice. If I wanted Mickey D's and I was in the area, I would stop here again.

    Ur person that asks what do they want to order sucks I'd give zero stars. And we had to wait 12 min for our food.

    Sadly, people handing food in drive thru have been so unfriendly and rude. The Mars Hill location is so much better...and very clean!

When my meal arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that: * Both beef patties were cold * The Swiss cheese had not melted, indicating the burger had not been properly prepared * The mushroom portion was significantly smaller than advertised and expected While attempting to eat my meal, two employees began cleaning tables adjacent to mine, wiping and slinging crumbs in my direction. Shortly thereafter, a female employee returned and began sweeping the floor directly beside my table. When I politely asked her to stop sweeping so close to where I was eating, she complied, but the disruption had already significantly impacted my dining experience. Before leaving, I visited the restroom again to wash my hands, only to find that the strong urine odor persisted. I reported these concerns to a supervisor on duty. As a longtime customer who appreciates Culver's reputation for quality food and clean establishments, I was extremely disappointed by this experience. The combination of cold, poorly prepared food, unsanitary restroom conditions, and disruptive cleaning practices during peak dining hours falls far below the standards I have come to expect from your brand.

Leaving to get back on Dallas Hwy can be a bit challenging if you're turning left because there's no traffic light at that intersection. There might be one further down, unsure. Interior I didn't go inside, but I noticed they scored 100 (A) on their last health inspection score. Customer Service I really REALLY should have checked the reviews. Then I would have been forewarned about how slow they are at drive thru. I know Zaxby's used to be really hard-nosed about returning food if you're not satisfied and you've already taken possession of the bag (lol), so before they handed me my bag, I asked if they could check to make sure the fries were hot. The young lady at the window asked the manager (at least I presume it was the manager) if she could let me check the food. Keep in mind, I'd already paid on the app. The manager then switches places with the other employee, takes the bag, then proceeds to give me a mini lecture about how if I want hot fries, I really should place my order in the store instead of using the app, because my food might get cold while I'm en route. I explained that I placed my order from the parking lot, then immediately pulled up to the drive thru. She then said, I should always just come inside, because they can't control drive-thru times. Really? You can't? You mean you don't operate like every other fast-food company in the world and have people pull up and park if their order is taking a long time? I didn't ask this, but I did think it. And how about once I read the reviews later that night I realized that they, are in fact, NOT moving cars through and parking them if the orders are big or time-consuming. About 90% of the bad reviews here are complaints about the long wiat times. Price / Value Not a great value. I don't think they're weighing the amount of chicken they put on the loaded fries, because there was barely any chicken on them at all. Other When they handed me the bag, the TOP of my styrofoam container was wet. REALLY wet. There was a napkin covering part of the container and it was wet too. When I commented on it, the manager started explaining physics of condensation. I'm not even kidding. I completely understand condensation / moisture forming inside the container and making the food soggy. I've never heard of condensation forming on the OUTSIDE of a styrofoam container. That can happen on glass (like a cold Coke bottle being placed in a hot room), but styrofoam - NO. I didn't argue with her because it was clear that this manager has an answer for everything. Overall I probably won't return. The food was not well-prepared and I found the manager a bit abrasive and off-putting. If you look at the reviews and compare them to another location like the other one at Dallas Hwy (near Due West Rd), its clear that this location is being poorly run.

The two staff members working the front were friendly, and my order was ready and waiting on the counter when I arrived. They placed the food in a paper bag, and placed the paper bag of food in a plastic bag. I noticed that the paper bag inside the plastic bag had started to become wet from the heat that was trapped inside. I'm not sure if that affected the food, but overall, the breakfast was just ok. We ordered 1 Bacon Biscuit Combo, 1 Chicken biscuit combo, and 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and 1 Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit. We all agreed that the breakfast was just mid. This was disappointing because we had dinner from Jack's the week before and we were really impressed with the fried chicken and biscuits. Based on that experience, we expected the same great quality and flavor for breakfast, but it didn't measure up. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it did not meet the standard that was set by the previous visit. This is the reason for my 3.5. Would I return for breakfast again? Yes, but I would sacrifice the convenience of ordering online, and order the food in person in the hope that the food would be fresher and not affected by a wet paper bag.
