Looking for something quick while in Ohio so opted to honor Dave Thomas and go to Wendy's. I did the drive thru. Got the hamburger combo. Asked for ketchup for my fries. Cashier came across indifferent. So As I was leaving thgt I should check the bag. No ketchup, so parked the car and went in and got some packets. Guy at the counter was friendly. I headed to the hotel. Then got to thinking, I wonder if they just put ketchup on my hamburger. I thgt, no way. I went to my room, unwrapped my burger. I was wrong. The only thing on my burger was cheese!!!! Fortunately I had ketchup for my fries!!! Not what I wanted, but I was starving. Dave would not have approved. read more

One star because zero is not a choice. Dear Wendy's franchise owner... please send your team to a Chick-fil-A to learn customer service. Your drive through team needs additional training on taking orders without barking back a bunch of questions. The answer should be yes and then a gentle guide to your specific terminology and order numbers. It's 2024, do better. read more

Too bad I didn't see these reviews before I stopped there. The guy at the window wasn't very helpful or nice I asked for salt ketchup and which he gives me this big handful only only to find out that one of the catchup packets was open and they were all over my hands on the rest of them. And no I didn't use them. My burger was cold, the bun will stale, and this is not typical of a Wendy's location. Wendy's is typically one of my go to's when I want something quick. Overall it was just a horrible experience and fortunately I don't live near this one so I will never go back even if I do come through here again. read more

The customer service there is horrible. I went through the drive-through yesterday and had an issue with the interaction I had with an employee at the drive-through. I asked to speak to the manager to express my concern, and she basically shrugged me off and told me that obviously her and I were raised in a different generation. That manager definitely needs some additional training on customer engagement. Obviously she is not setting the example for her team to follow when it comes to Customer Service . I doubt she will coach that employee on how to correct his behaviors . I definitely recommend going to another Wendy's in the area vs. this location. read more

Every time I go through here they make my food sloppy. They always smash the burger together to the point where the condiments are bursting out the side and they over due condiments on purpose to make your food non-enjoyable. The managers don't seem to care either. Stay away from them! read more

Coffee was not hot, and not very good, they don't know how to do breakfast! The drive-through was very slow, and dining room wasn't open.

I downloaded Yelp just to review this location; more importantly, the gentleman at the window, Joshua. I stopped by for some dinner at about 9pm on 12/12/23. When I went to pay I noticed Joshua was trying my card multiple times. He asked if I had another one and I said I didn't and was confused; I had just used that card a minute prior at the gas station. I told Joshua not to worry about it; I appreciated him trying the card multiple times. Joshua looked at me and said "you're not leaving here without your food." I'm not going to say what happened after this because I don't want any negative repercussions, but I got my food and it was paid for. All that I can say is Joshua is not just there to work, he's there to make sure people are fed. If you're hungry and you want to go somewhere that you know will go the extra step to ensure you're fed well, this is the place. (I've stopped in many times before and food is always correct and fresh. Very clean restaurant as well). read more

Pulled in the driveway at 945pm, no lights in the parking lot even though inside lights were on and drive thru lights were on. Closing time was 10:00 pm. No one came to the speaker at the drive thru, I think they were hiding. Maybe Wendy's should change their hours to 945 pm. read more

Wendy's is Wendy's is Wendy's... Everyone knows what the food will taste like, but the drive thru at this location is consistently slow. Every time I come through here it takes like 20 minutes to get my food even when there are not many customers. I am actually writing this review while waiting in the drive thru right now. There were 2 cars in the lane next to mine and 1 in front of me, it has been 8 minutes and I have not even got to the first window to pay. The only reason I went back was because I thought I'd give them another chance, THAT'LL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Rate a Wendy's? Why not. On road trips from Cincinnati to Northern Michigan, this Wendy's tends to be about the 3 hour stop for my young family. We've had a few good experiences here with friendly service. You are getting Wendy's food, but I appreciate the effort the company has made in their design and buildings. I went through the drive thru here today and the young lady at the window never spoke a word to me, had a terrible scowl on her face and all but tossed My bag of food at me. My drink was not even filled close to the top and I politely asked her if she could please Fill it and I actually apologized and said I don't mean to be difficult. The food at this place tastes really good although it would taste better and be more convenient if they got it right. Each time I go there is always some kind of mixup with my order and I'm beginning to get annoyed if it. Plus if you order anything plain, make sure you say "plain and no cheese" because if you just say plain, for some reason they still put cheese on it. If I could give then a zero I would. Went inside because drive through was silly slow. Dinning area was dirty. Guy took my order acted like he was fired from DMV for not meeting there friendliness standards. Manager was walking around talking on the phone the whole time. Ordered a fish sandwich told it would be 3 minutes. 15 minutes later I'm still there. Asked for a refund. Suddenly a fish sandwich appears from thin air. Recently, I went back to this Wendy's for a take-out order. And...for the THIRD time in a row, the order was wrong! I have contacted the place in the past. This time I decided not to because what's the point. I have ordered sandwiches without cheese and every time they have cheese on them. Actually, I hit the jackpot this time because there were two pieces of cheese on one of them! I have been told in the past to "let them know that I had an order that was wrong" and they will give me a free sandwich although I have never done this.
