Ordered and paid for extra cheese for hamburger. Did not get any cheese. Went to counter and asked for cheese. They were very confused. Eventually they gave me the cheese. They did not apologize. Lots of high school kids that don't care and don't know how to do their jobs. read more

It's kind of a scary place when I walked in and noticed the pack of flys. Flys everywhere, especially behind the counter? I'm wondering if it's a sanitation problem or they never take out the trash? Either way, I was not impressed at all. Also noted, the employees had dirty uniforms on and seemed not to excited about their jobs. I live in this area so we have several visits under our belt. They have NEVER gotten the orders right. I apologise to the people in the drive-through behind us but I sit and count each sandwich each pack of fries etc. Otherwise I would end up at home getting ready to go back out to get the meal or two that are missing and consoling the person missing a meal. (which has happened more than 4 times) The only reason I do fast food is usually a time crunch so dealing with two trips out and missing food is no help. read more

Our experience wasn't awful like some of the reviews, but we didn't customize our order. Went through the drive thru and the wait seemed normal. The food was the right temperature and good quality. We would stop again if we were ever driving through town. read more

I've eaten here twice. I should have learned my lesson the first time. For a Wendy's, this place is bad. The staff look disheveled, are missing teeth, and were unacceptable in general. I don't ask for alot when I'm eating fast food, but wow this place was nasty. There was one staff member working hard trying to clean the place up, but he was at least 65, and looked 80. He moved like he was 90, but he was workin hard for his age. My fries were soggy, sandwich was wrong, and I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. read more

Worst Wendy's EVER. It was dark inside and outside we were sure it was closed down. But it was open. The guy taking order was so high he got it completely wrong, then when we walked back in to have it corrected, he forgot to take the wrong food from us and just threw the correct items in the bag. I guess the bonus food should have made up for it, but it was the most over cooked chicken of my life, so it didn't. read more

Not sure about the inside of this location since we did drive-thru on our way home from Denver, but we were very pleasantly surprised by this location. We had a large order with many special requests and not only was the food made correctly (a major accomplishment for any fast food restaurant now days it seems), but without asking they bagged each meal individually and let us know what meal was in each bag as the handed it over. SO much easier to pass food throughout the car to each kid. Great service, thank you! read more

I am not a huge fan of fast food, however I do occasionally make my way into a Wendy's. I never anticipate a stellar experience, but I do expect a decent bite to eat where I can eat quickly and be on my way. This location greatly disappointed me. They were incredibly understaffed, and the workers that were there seemed angry and sloppy. There was a manager on duty, however, I didn't see her do much more then grab French fries, even as a giant line formed. Finally, she opened another register and yelled at a handful of customers... but only after the line had been out the door for several minutes. They ran out of change in their register and a customer in line had to provide five dollar bills, all while the manager shrugged and said, "The bank isn't open today", instead of providing a solution herself. The store itself seemed messy and things like napkins weren't stocked. Instead, they were thrown on the counter and picked over. The bathroom could use an upgrade and a deep clean. Not a complaint, but an interesting side note: I also heard a lot of yelling about a 45 minute wait for baked potatoes, although I didn't hear anyone order baked potatoes and there was no explanation as to why. The food, however, was the one perk of this experience. They ran out of half sized salads and gave me a full sized salad salad for the same price, which I appreciated. In my eyes, my completely average salad bumped this Wendy's location up to a 2 star rating. read more

This place was horrible!!! Smelled bad, dirty, bathrooms horrid. Food ordered not correct. Staff with the exception of the gal at the drive thru. I think Ky (?) was her name. She was very polite and smiles that I saw. Other staff member seemed that The customers were bugging them. The "manager" just stood there not doing anything except playing on her phone. 7 cars in the drive through, 3 people in front of us inside. 5 minutes after we walked in the door, the first two people left. The next man hollered about no customer service then stormed off. 10 minutes went by and a small quiet voiced lady took our order, hard to understand and absolutely no apology or "welcome to Wendy's" then 20 minutes went by before they told us our food was ready, but it wasn't. They had yet to make one sandwich. We got to listen to 3 arguments between employees before they announced they weren't taking anymore orders. No apology or explanation. Horrible attitudes, just close the doors and get on welfare. Wendy's wouldn't be missed, neither will the dirty bathrooms or constantly full trash cans be missed. Walmart will hire you read more

Went through drive thru and they forgot 3 items that we ordered. 2 lady's working the window. When we stated what we were missing one rolled her eyes and went to grab one item while the other went go grab the missing drinks. The first girl came back with the food and second girl came back with one of the two drinks. After stating we still needed the other one she started arguing saying the other lady gave us that when I'm fact she just grabbed our missing food and it was her responsibility to get the drinks. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head while storming away from the window to retrieve the missing drink. I can't even say exactly how long we waited, because they took back our receipt and apparently lost it. They finally gave us our nuggets and had to tell them we didn't get any other part of our order, some had been set aside to stay warm or something. Then we realized they hadn't even given us our fries, and then we realized we also hadn't gotten our frosty. Stopped here on the way back from Colorado. Thought it would be a nice change and I like their current commercial. MISTAKE. We ordered 2 different combos and they asked what size drink. That was confusing...thought the combo came with only one size. So we said medium. Nothing was said about an up-charge. I ordered the chicken asiago...got regular grilled chicken. I should have done my usual check but we wanted to get back on the road so didn't discover the error til it was too late to rectify. I called the manager. He was in no way conciliatory not did he offer any apologies. It was like talking to dead air. Our order came to all most $13. I should have gone to McDonald's after all. Ordered a double hamburger with fries and a drink. Hamburger was cooked far too long and probably sat for hours. Looked absolutely disgusting, didn't even take a bite! Usually Wendy's is pretty good, but this one is a travesty. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Don't come here, keep driving! read more
