When i first walked i noticed the art work right away complimenting the vast cultural landscape of the latin people. Service was excellent and very welcoming. Chips came out hot and salsa spicy to my liking and i love spicy...nose is runny as I write this lol. My food came out in a hot plate and looking delicious. Loved the way they make your tostada more like a bowl so it don't slide off the other side. Everything tasted heavenly and was cooked to perfection!!! Being from Southern California i know mexican food and this restaurant would strive anywhere in So. Cal. You locals are lucky and if you haven't ate here you are definitely missing out!!!

No reason to critique these people or this place, they have to live and work here. Little bit of attitude at first, I think they make you wait un purpose just to let you know who's boss. Maybe they're just busy. Either way we sat and had a good dinner. I need to hurry up and finish, im crowning.

Nice casual place next to the TA truck stops. Had the chicken chimichanga and nachos they were both very good! Wait staff was great and beer was cold! Definitely recommend for any other truckers passing through!

    Delicious chips and salsa!

We were passing through Nebraska and stopped for a quick dinner. Our experience at this restaurant was outstanding! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My (chicken) fajita taco salad was out of this world and so was my husband's chili lime chicken tacos! The chips and salsa was fresh and our drinks (water and coke) were promptly filled by our waitress. The bathrooms were spotless and the staff was friendly and quick to respond to our requests and questions. We will definitely be back!! I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but we were so happy with the experience at this restaurant we wanted to spread the word!

The food is okay. I admit I am spoiled. I live in Texas. I know good Mexican food. Could use some improvement.

We were seated right away and served just as quickly once our orders were put in. I ordered the chicken taquitos and I'd order them again in a heart beat. They were so tasty and just enough to feel satisfied. The decor within this space is also wonderful, I think my favorite item is the parrot above the register!

As we traveled from Wyoming back toward Illinois at the end of our six-week national parks road…read moretrip, we stopped in Nebraska for our second to last overnight break before getting home. After weeks of hiking, driving, unpacking, repacking, and surviving on road snacks and caffeine, we decided to have dinner at Tres Margaritas. The restaurant itself is very cute and colorful, with lots of traditional Mexican décor and bright painted chairs that give the place a lively atmosphere. We arrived pretty early, around 5 PM, thinking it would be quiet, but the place filled up surprisingly fast. It definitely seems to be a very popular local spot. The food was actually very good for a road-trip dinner stop. We shared a large steak taco salad that was absolutely enormous and honestly could have fed two hungry hikers without any problem. It came loaded with carne asada, avocado, beans, tortilla chips, and very fresh ingredients. Definitely the highlight of the meal. I also had a margarita, while my husband ordered an Arnold Palmer, and both were good. Now, the funniest part of the evening was honestly the service. Our server, Daniel, was polite and friendly, but for reasons we never fully understood, he addressed only me during the entire dinner. Since I speak Spanish, he kept calling me "señora" and speaking directly to me while almost completely ignoring my husband's existence. Not in a rude way exactly, just... very specifically focused on me. He would take the order looking at me. Bring the food looking at me. Ask questions looking at me. Meanwhile my husband was sitting right there like some kind of invisible travel ghost. At one point my husband joked, "I guess I disappeared and nobody told me." Honestly, it became more amusing than anything else, and we spent most of dinner quietly laughing about the strange dynamic. The only slightly annoying part was that the check arrived before we were asked whether we wanted dessert, which seems to be becoming a recurring theme on this trip. Overall though, the food was fresh, satisfying, and generous, the atmosphere was lively and colorful, and it was a pleasant stop at the tail end of a very long journey. After six weeks on the road, sometimes a giant taco salad and an unintentionally hilarious dinner experience are exactly the kind of memories that stick with you.

We were going back and forth on whether we wanted the Chimichanga or the Wet Burrito to split , As my husband is ordering the food in spanish to the lady behind the counter we decided to get the wet burrito. Now granted we didn't wait long but when our food was up she hands me a regular burrito. I tell the man behind counter " this was suppose to me a wet burrito " , the women behind the counter immediately comes around the man with so much attitude and says to me " no it was a super burrito " , i politely explain to them that my husband and i never discussed a super burrito and that we wanted the wet burrito and the lady was adamant on telling me that's not what was ordered . My husband walks up and also tries to explain to her that this is not what we ordered but it's okay that they charge us extra as long as they can just fix it , the women immediately tells the man " just give them their money back " and after that the women proceeded to then make a racial mark stating in spanish " see i told you, this is how they are here in the united states ". There was absolutely no need for the rude and terrible customer service when all we were asking was to fix the order. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if i give negative stars i would. TERRIBLE!!
