The food was hot. The food was fresh. The fries were hot and crispy, my spicy chicken sandwich was hot and yum. The burger patty I ordered for my dogs was hot and juicy, not sad and dry. My dad ordered food online, payed, went to drive thru took about 5 minutes just to get someone to talk to him pulled forward took another 10 minutes for the guy infront of us to get there food, then we waited in line for 30 minutes, no one even talked to use and we saw people just doing nothing he saw the lady and asked her where our food was and said she was working on it, then we just left because there was not reason to even wait. i just popped over there for some spicy nuggets, and they told me that they just realized they didn't have enough to finish my order, so they asked if it was OK if they substituted the spicy nuggets with the regular I said yeah that's fine. He then proceeded to give me a free frosty along with four chicken tenders and a large fry and five ranches. when I only asked for one ranch, a medium fry and a 10 piece of the spicy nuggets. super polite and great food. and they didn't keep me there long as well read more

Stopped here yesterday while driving across Nebraska. Trista was so kind and a bright spot in our day, food was good too!

Why this has a low rating is probably because they haven't been to many Wendy's around the US. The chili was served hot not luke warm like so many in Las Vegas. My single was what I expected and the staff was very friendly and prompt. And my fries were more then a half inch long! I got what I ordered, ate and left! read more

Hey, gang! Would you like to receive slow, rude service? Then this is the Wendy's for you! During my visit I witnessed: 1. Time between payment and order delivery at 10 minutes or more with several customers, including me. To compare, your average fast casual like In N Out or Five Guys is usually 7-8 minutes. 2. Condiment station barren of napkins and no team member dedicated to restocking or cleaning tables. 3. A team member getting uppity with a customer over confusion on a drink order. 4. No Coke Freestyle machine, unlike most modern Wendy's. 5. Lack of a playground for children to burn energy off, which is common place for Wendy's in general. I've been to lots of Wendy's over the years all over the country but this Wendy's takes the cake FOR THE WORST. #1 The parking lot to get to the drive thru is SUPER confusing and hard for vehicles to get to #2 We were one of 2 cars in the drive thru and hardly any cars in the parking lot. We waited approximately 20-25 mins for our food. #3 They got the order entirely wrong and ran out of beef. I don't understand how a Wendy's runs out of beef. #4 I could see through the window how filthy it looked in the back. Does Ogallala even have a health department? How is this business operating? My experience at this Wendy's was the worst ever. They took forever taking our order. The girl who was taking order kept stopping to help other customers coming up to the counter. By the time she started to take our order there was a line going out of the door. After our order was taken I found a couple of things wrong with it. We upgraded my combo. Awful! Drive through mic was not working so you had to wait at window. We waited 20 min with 5 cars in front of us with no movement whatsoever. NEBRASKA - this state never ends. Like ever, seriously. I think it took us 3 days from Omaha to the state line. Maybe it just felt that way because I spent 45 minutes waiting for my food at this awful Wendy's. The slogan should be "we're open for breakfast, so you will actually get your food by lunchtime." I don't understand why they had 27 employees working just to stand around and stare at me. They weren't very busy, but they were so slow, they stopped letting people order.
