Went into the store last week with my wife and my 12 year old daughter. Not real busy, just 2 people in the store, and maybe 2 cars in drive through. After ordering our meals, total came up to around $40. While we were eating, my daughter noticed a toy that she liked, that came with the kids meal. I realized that my daughter didn't get the kids meal, but the meal I purchased for her cost more than the kids meal, so I told my daughter I will see if I can get it, since we do order a meal for her. I want to also note that my daughter had autism, and it's hard for her to understand some things. So I waited to talk to the manager, to see if I could get the toy, even though she didn't get the kids meal, and I could pay the difference. He replied "No, you must order a kids meal". I advised him that it's just me, my wife, and my daughter, and she really wanted the toy, and to purchase another meal, after I just spent $40 on 3 meals for us. And I could understand if we weren't purchasing anything, but we did. I asked again if I could purchase it separately. He denied me again. How much could this toy really mean to him, that he would deny a autistic child. I said I don't understand the big deal. Good customer service would like to see a child happy, not nickel and dime me for $6, to buy another meal. Good customer service would had a little empathy for a father trying to explain that he is just trying to get a toy for his daughter. I grew up around this location, and have been in it only a few times, and now never again. And coming here and Google, I see that I'm not the only one. Bad reviews everywhere. They are the most incompetent group of employees I've ever had to deal with. They never get the orders right, the food is always cold, the employees have a shit attitude when you try to have your order corrected. It's a pathetic joke of an excuse for an establishment. Went there yesterday. Waited 15 minutes on line with only two people ahead of me. Once getting to the register to place my order, I was told I had to wait because they were backed up. I then asked how long would I have to wait, and the female manager responded very rudely "well until we catch up." I then asked how it would take to "catch up" and was told at least 10 minutes. This review is about the Wendy's located on Jack Martin Boulevard in Bricktown. The iced teas are delicious and tasty. I ate the baconator fries, very tasty. Bacon & cheese combo is always good. Their salads are fresh, with strawberry pieces and almonds. A nice touch. The service is improving at this location. 3 and one half stars. read more

The General Manager at this location is very rude. I remember walking in one day and this lady ordered $500 worth of food. The General Manager has orange hair, and is short. He told the lady "this is not a catering place, oh my god lady". He then proceeded to agree with a customer who made a remark similar to what he had previously said. Corporate needs to get involved and terminate this manager. The way this man acts towards his employees and customers is disgusting. He even harassed the lady when she left by telling her never to come back. He started cursing at an employee that she was worthless and that he wished she would leave. This is utterly disgusting.... The Wendy's in the Middlebrook plaza on 35 is the worst. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it's no use. No matter what time you go busy or not the order is NEVER right. If you order nuggets and they ask you what sauce would you like you expect sauce in your bag, sour cream for you taco salad or just a complete meal in general. When you politely ask for them to fix the order you are welcomed with attitude and things practically thrown at you or in your bag. Not to mention there is no customer service. He is going above and beyond to take care of them and even brought their coffee out to them once they were already seated. First impression on walking in is getting hit with an odor reminiscent of a bathroom at Penn Station in the city. Then I say to myself that I'll get the food to go because of the odor and the fact that visually the dining room clearly has not been attended to in several hours. The condiment/napkin station a complete mess and the tables not wiped down. Then on top of that my family as well as several other patrons stood in line while NO ONE from the staff was taking orders much less even acknowledging our existence. Everyone in line started making snarky comments toward the staff who continued to ignore us so we all walked out en masse and took our business elsewhere. The manager on duty at this time, Sunday June 4, ,2017 at 2:30pm should really consider another line of work. This was one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. First of all, they put a new girl on the register by herself. She was slow and kept making mistakes. She even caught an attitude when one of the workers reprimanded her, she threw the French fries and the packaging. Very unprofessional. They are so slow, I waited in like for 25 minutes. Worst experience at this wendys. Went through the drive through late at night. The lady that took our order was nice and actually said she would make us new fries since the ones sitting there did not seem fresh. She then asked us to pull up further by the door stating she would walk it out to us.
