No one ever came outside to check on us, offer napkins, provide condiments, or ask if we needed anything. I eventually sent my 11-year-old daughter inside to ask for napkins. The restaurant was not busy, and there appeared to be plenty of staff on hand. However, it felt like everyone was focused on cleaning and closing for the night rather than taking care of the guests who were still dining. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the tipping process. Since gratuity is collected before any service is provided, it's difficult to know what level of service you're rewarding. If I returned, I would likely skip the pre-tip option and bring cash to tip afterward based on the actual experience. The food was excellent, but the lack of service left a lasting impression.
