Chipotle used to be a food group in my house. We all know the decline--smaller portions, higher prices--but I figured I'd give this location one more shot. Big mistake. Navarre 8333 Mickajack ave. I walked in to place a normal, standard order and was told they would not make it unless I ordered online. Not "we recommend the app." Not "it's faster." Flat-out refusal. My options were: download the app, create an account, place a mobile order while standing in the store, or leave. This isn't about efficiency. It's about businesses redesigning service for their convenience, not the customer's. Forcing app downloads and logins just to buy food in person is absurd--and somehow it's been normalized. I chose to walk out. If a restaurant won't serve customers who are physically in front of them, it doesn't deserve them. read more

I visited this Chipotle to have a late lunch, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty as soon as I walked in food on the floor, food on the tables, and the overall environment looked neglected. I still decided to give it a try because my child was hungry, but the food on the line looked old and unappetizing. I've worked in the food industry my entire life and have owned and operated my own restaurants, so I fully understand the challenges of off-peak hours and the need to remake items but this was far beyond that. The drink station was also concerning. There was thick dust built up around the soda area, which made me uncomfortable even using it. For drink canisters to be that dirty is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of nightly cleaning or proper management oversight. Even surfaces that had been wiped down had streaks and grime, which tells me the cleaning being done is minimal at best. This location has so much potential, but it desperately needs new management and much higher standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I will not be returning until significant improvements are made. read more

Bowls and tacos were just fine. They charge $4.95 for the chips and queso dip. The queso didn't even taste like any cheese I know. It was bland and tasted like melted plastic would taste. Doesn't Moe's give them away?? read more

My burrito was GREAT!!!!!!! Staff was really nice!!!!! There was bone in my burrito which was extremely off putting but overall a pretty good experience. Real happy to have a chipotle in Navarre read more

I just placed an order for three chicken bowls and the rice is crunchy. For over $35 for food, they could've done better. I'm not going back out to replace the food since you can't even speak to someone over the phone. I'm not a chipotle fan anyways because the food isn't that great but decided to give it another try. Went in to the Chipotle on Mikajack Avenue, Navarre, Florida and the counter was a mess. Only saw one customer at a table, I asked the employee that served me what 2 items were on the counter and she didn't know....she asked the co-worker behind her what type of cheese she was serving and he didn't know either. 4.3 is the max score this chipotle deserves. I first arrive excited and ready for a burrito like I always am. I have been to chipotle hundreds of times but never have a had this bad of an experience! I first got half a scoop of rice and when I asked for more I was rudely stared at I next got to the register where I was expecting my usually 13.46 total I was then greeted with a 21 dollar burrito. I got about half way through my first bite of the burrito and was meet with almost rubber, un chewable steak and the whole burrito was like this ruining my whole night. DO BETTER! read more

The service was horrible. They didn't give me half the food I ordered and still put it on the receipt and charged me for it.

If you're looking for a job; This won't be the best of best options. They'll understaff you and remove your hours. They were stricter while we had the big boss thru training and ever since it has been sh*t after word. They don't know measurements and do whatever. They'll manipulate you on how great you're doing. Keep you even more to clean up dishes when your shift was already ended. Managers just care about becoming higher ranks of Chiptole CEO. read more
